Birthday weekend getaway

I enjoyed the breakfast, there were plenty of food options to choose from. The location was great, only a 15 minute walk down a walkway to The Island.

Nice hotel near convention center and various entertainment spots.

A la carte breakfast was very good, and service was excellent.

I would have preferred buffet style of breakfast but what was offered was very good.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. For the amount of money breakfast should be included.

The bathroom sink would not drain, so we had to wiggle the drain stopper.

Excellent location with great service

The location was great due to the event we attended was across the street at the Leconte Center. Staff was wonderful from the time we arrived we felt welcomed. I loved that we didn’t have to leave the hotel for meals. The food was good but our server was excellent. Also loves the live music each night we were there.

Beautiful entrance but room not so much.

Price way to high for a very plain room with little to none amenities$900. Had to ask for everything The room was not clean. Had cobwebs and LOTS of dust on the headboard. Hair all in the bathroom floor and counter along with dust all over the counter. Only had two coffee cups with two pods. Had to ask for more towels for our three day stay Just a lot of things that could’ve been different especially for a $900 stay.

Stay here!

I always stay here when I come to pigeon forge, because this hotel is absolutely the best quality and cleanliness i have ever experienced with a hotel. The beds are comfortable, the floors are impeccable, and I never feel dirty after being here. The pool facility is great, perfect for kids. The staff is always friendly. I will always choose the Black Fox.

Bad choice of hotel.

location.

Room not clean. Opened sofa bed and it was covered in dirt and food. Wires behind nightstand have YEARS of moldy dust. Doors in the room had food stains and dirt - obviously never get cleaned or wiped down. Hair in the tub upon arrival. Knob fell off shower head. Carpet was moist - probably from previous guests swimming. Totally disgusting. This is the third Hilton I've stayed in that was subpar, dirty and run down. It's no longer worth getting the honors points. I'll choose other options in the future.

A must stay when visiting the area

Great location to Gatlinburg, Dollywood! Great breakfast and my 4 YO daughter ate free! The staff was very sweet and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy. The price was super reasonable.

My room wasn’t very clean (cobwebs on the bed posts and ceiling) and it seemed expensive for what we got.

Overrated hotel and restaurant.

Good location.

The food service was extremely slow, and they didn’t have anything that was listed on the menu. The rooms were much smaller than the pictures showed and weirdly shaped. Also, the room wasn’t as updated or clean as expected.

The location is great, but rooms could use improvement.

The location of the hotel is great and the staff was accommodating.

Our room was fairly small as well as the bathroom. I expected more for what we were paying, considering we could have rented an entire cabin for the same price/night. The room was also slightly outdated with textured walls.

It was okay. The location is great, but for the price we paid-not clean.

We loved the pool and outdoor area. We also loved our first floor balcony area.

Our room was dirty. Dirt on the walls, hair on the bathroom walls. We couldn’t get any new towels for 3 days of our stay because they “didn’t have anybody to do the laundry”

This was the first time we had stayed with your hotel and feel like we were cheated. There is nothing better than coming

The location was good. The price was ridiculous, especially since our room was not cleaned. We knew the price up front and did not mind had we have had full services. We saw a letter in our room that said we needed to ask for room service at check in or 24 hours ahead of time. We were not verbally told this at check in. When I pay $400+ a night for a room the room should be cleaned without me requesting. To me this is just a lazy way to pocket money for doing nothing.

When sitting on the balcony the air conditioning had to be turned off because it blew hot on you. The hallway to the elevator was quite small.

Comfortable

It was hard to adjust the air conditioning setting to the desired temperature. The maintenance man said if we wanted to raise the temp, to set 4 or 5 degrees higher. We never got it right.

Very nice.

Good location. Room was nice, clean, and cool. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly.

Decor a little dated. Bathroom door continually swung open and blocked entrance door from opening.
