Spacious, well appointed apt in a great location to visit Paris.

It is spacious and airy in a fabulous location. We had everything we needed in a very clean and well appointed space.

Great place to stay

Excellent location! Newly painted clean & cozy property. Sufficient space for a family of 4 / 5 people.

There should be sufficient quantities of tissues depending on the no of days of reservation.

The location is great. Apartments is very spacious. Walking distance to many attractions.

The AC didn’t work at all. We contacted the staff and they said we had to call them during business hours from the property to fix it. We had a lot of things planned and couldn’t make the call. Thus AC remained unfixed during the whole time. We had to open windows to sleep at night. Unfortunately the street remains busy with cars and people all the night. So we had a tough time sleeping.

absolutely amazing

it was amazing. it was a short distance from everywhere we wanted to be. the neighborhood was in the middle of a bunch of government buildings so it was super safe and quiet. the beds were comfortable and the shower made me feel like I was in a five star resort.

ACs initially didnt work. WhatsApp requests initially went unanswered. Finally called and answered the 2nd day. AC was a game changer.

Pleasant

Pros: Great location near museums and two Metro stations - beautiful area to be in. Neighborhood was generally quiet and felt very safe (police on the corner 24 hours a day due to President's residence nearby). Plenty of space in the apartment to spread out. Basic equipment provided including a toaster. Double glazed windows effective in suppressing street noise. Two excellent restaurants immediately below the apartment. Contact about access to the apartment was efficient.

Cons: No elevator to this apartment although there is a lift for the building. 18 steps up a spiral staircase to the entry of this apartment. Air conditioning- as mentioned in other reviews, it did not work when we checked in. We emailed the owner but did not get a response. After 24 hours we contacted the owner on the “emergency” number. We were told to switch the main power off and on again to make air con function. This worked - for an hour - then had to do the same thing again (on some sort of timer?) not much good if it is hot and you need air con to sleep…. If apartment windows are open you get noise and cigarette smoke from the restaurants below.

In the explanation not included to what floor I had to go. Not Nespresso capsules for welcoming. The Wifi was quite slow for video conference. I had to use the 5G

Excellent, spacious apartement in safe and calm neighbourhood in middle of Paris

The apartment is very spacious, clean and cosy. Lots of windows with streetview. The kitchen is small, but convenient and well equiped. Comfortable boxspring beds and a very good sofa bed. The neighbourhood is calm and safe. A few minutes walk to the Seine river.

PARIS APARTMENT - GREAT LOCATION AND BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT - 08/2022

The apartment is in the very best location. We walked everywhere and never needed a taxi. The building itself was great and the apartment was perfect for our visit. The showers are very nice and there is a tiny kitchen, but it met our needs completely. The apartment has a very nice table with chairs, that we sat at each day to discuss our daily activities. We would stay at this apartment again when in Paris.

It was somewhat of a hassle to get the door key code. I had to contact two different people to obtain it.

Very good

Great location. Armed police officers for nearby government facilities. Big showers with great pressure, but water gets over pan and has caused mold damage to wood floors.

AC stopped working, but was fixed the next day. Bathrooms could use towel racks/hooks, Chipped cups. Refrigerator not cold enough and no freezer.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely, spacious apartment in a very good location. Close to a choice of metro stations. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Rodin and Maillol museums. Easy walk to les Invalides. Air con in bedrooms. Dishwasher.

No WiFi access meant we were unable to purchase tickets online from the apartment. No hooks in either bathroom for towels. Nowhere to hang clothes in 2nd bedroom. Some of the glasses and cups were chipped.

Great value for 2 families of 3 each.

The location is posh, very centrally located, and felt very safe! Great for visiting many Paris sites on foot! The artsy barn door gave privacy for those who may sleep in the pullout sofa in the living room.

Nowhere to hang towels in the common area bathroom, which our friends commented on.

Very hot, dusty fan mode air-con, no wifi, not worth staying

No wifi, no air-con, only fan mode work and it's very dirty, dust flying out, owner didn't respond after complaining about the wifi and air-con

Great place to stay

Good place. Very comfortable bathroom. Amazing shower. Nice interieur. Interesting old things. We found everything what we need.

Old wood things, like statue and door, can start allergie reaction. It's happened with us.

Modern apartment in a nice area

Modern apartment, good kitchenette, comfy beds. Nice bar/restaurant underneath.

It doesn't sleep 6 people as it's only 2 double beds (4 people) and one pull out couch (1 person). Broken wine glasses in the apartment kitchenette. Wifi didn't work.

Very disappointing

When we got there the apartment was freezing. Even when we turned the heating on the heaters in one of the bedrooms did not work. We had no WI-FI or TV for the entire stay there was one glass and 3 tiny expressions cups between 4 of us and no bedding for the sofa bed on the second day they got the heating fixed but nothing else we were offered a €250 refund which we accepted as we didn’t want to have to waste time finding alternative accommodation. The only good thing about the apartment is it’s location and luckily we only literally used it to sleep but if you wanted somewhere to relax it’s not the place.

Location is central, shower curtains and floors need cleaning

Location is great, within walking distance to the Louvre and other main attractions.

The shower curtains were moldy, the floors were dirty. There's construction going on right above our bedroom (very loud jackhammer starting at 8 am).

Belle chase stay

Great apartment, very clean and well equipped. Great location in the 7th arrondissement, walkable to The Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Tour Eiffel, Montmartre, shops and loads more. Lots of lovely little bars and restaurants around. Highly recommend it, we will return
