I appreciate the hospitality of the host. Made my experience in Rome a good one. I had an issue w my key and the manager was immediately responsive nice and generous. Called back later ok to ensure i was able to get in. Clean well kept area in a great location

6th floor apartment with balcony/view/ elevator/ and AC. Close metro and walking distance to Vatican and Piazza del Popolo. Off the touristy area with nice shops and restaurants/ grocery nearby. ATM right across the street. We would walk to our activities of the day and take the metro back. Safe area to walk around in at night. Easy communication with owners. We had to get to airport for flight home and it was an easy access to a taxi stop 2 blocks away. Bed was a little firmer than we prefer but overall a very nice place to stay.

A 5 day/4 night stay at this property, which was very clean, well appointed and walkable to many of the major monuments, sites and attractions. Apartment was well equipped with a comfortable bed in the main bedroom, kitchen utensils, plenty of bath towels, iron and ironing board, washing machine and other amenities. It was a great home away from home.

Away from the hustle of center city but close enough 20-30 minutes walk to most attractions (Vatican , Trevi Fountain. panetheon). Four blocks from metro stop for easy access to Termini and Coliseum. We communicated with Livio who was extremely helpful with recommendations.

The apartment was clean, tidy, a good size and in a really great location. Just a 15 minute walk to some of the main attractions and a 10 minute walk to the metro for everything else. Chiara and her family were so incredibly helpful with everything leading up to our stay including what to do with our hire car. They took the time to set out travel routes and tell us about some more of the unusual places to visit in Rome, which was so helpful.and made our stay really interesting. I cant praise them highly enough. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful apartment. Laura

Thank you so much for a great stay! We really appreciated the travel tips from the owners. We also loved the fact that robes were offered. After a long day of touring, it was great to take a shower and put on a robe:) The space is clean and located within walking distance to so many attractions. I would highly recommend staying here while visiting Rome.

We loved our stay here in Prati! The apartment itself was very comfortable. Air con in each bedroom and living area was great for the hot week we had in Rome. The hosts were so kind and helpful, the recommendations they gave for our visit helped make our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent in a lovely friendly neighborhood. An easy walk to the train station as well as lots of Rome’s attractions. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

We enjoyed our stay. The Host met us at the apartment, explained all we needed to know about the place. Sudgested a bus transfer to the airport (8min from the apartment). We had everything in the apartment. Close to stores and cafes. Good restorant was also found very close. Most of attraction of Rome in walking distance. And balcony is best place for breakfast.

What a great place to stay to explore Rome, great communication from the start and check in was easy and very helpful from Chiara’s father in law. Rooms were spacious and spotless and the property was well equipped. Added little extras like toiletries and bath robes were a lovely touch. Loved having a balcony to sit on and enjoy and easy to walk into Rome itself by crossing the River.

This apartment is a perfect one, well equipt and spotless clean. From the sunny patio you have a nice view over Tiber-River on the left and even on the St. Peters Cathedral on the very right. The neighbourhood Prati - is a lovely Place with some tasty restaurants, small supermarkets and several useful shops. We never needed bus or train to reach the sights, it’s located just in a walking-distance to everything, We had a perfect stay, can highly recommend this apartement without any doubt and would choose the place again any future times !

I was here for 2 months on sabbatical. The apartment is lovely, and the terrace magnificent. The location is great: close to the centre of everything, but Prati is just enough removed from the chaos to feel like a retreat. (Piazza del Popolo: 5 minute walk; Castel Sant’Angelo: 10 minutes.) The hosts were incredible: excellent information and responsiveness. Also, my purse was stolen when I was in town, and Livio was an enormous help. This was a fantastic place to live, and I highly recommend it.

We cannot fault Chiara's apartment from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Chiara's dad gave us a very comprehensive orientation of the place, where to go and where to eat. Apartment is spotless, very clean with white linens and the place smells divine. It is like a hotel accommodation plus much more. Coffee pods is a big hit to my family. Walking distance to most of rome attractions. We run out of laundry pods but Chiara brought us more in no time. Highly recommended! Thank you Chiara for a very comfortable stay.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for almost two weeks in November 2022. The apartment is perfect, the location is great and the hosts are super nice. Impossible to find something better. We had a great time at the the apartment, it was within walking distance of the metro station and the major sites. We appreciate Chiara's tips on getting to the apartment, finding the metro and places to eat nearby (Raf’s had great pizza). We loved the private tour of Rome we got from Chiara, he sure to ask about it!

The Location of the Apartment was perfect and the communication with Chiara und her father was very good. We could leave our luggage at the Apartment befor the check in. So we were able to go sightseeing without luggage.

We - a couple of tro - had a plesent stay in the apartment with walking distance to the Vatican and Old part of Rome (the Colloseum tour was a 14 km walk 😉) The apartement is well equipped - hotelstandard - and we have no complaints what so ever.

First, I cannot say enough kind things about the owner of this apartment, Chiara. She was so helpful right from the start. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, clean and in a great location. We were within a short walk to the many sites of Rome and also to the Metro. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Chiara checked in with us periodically to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. Chiara happens to be a tourist agent and we were fortunate enough to book her Hidden Details of Rome tour. Chiara is very knowledgeable about the history and art of Rome and brought the city to life for us. Her Hidden Details tour was our favorite. The apartment and our host was perfect and we would stay here again.
