Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large and provided adequate space for three adults. There was a short walk into the old town so location was ideal from our perspective.
Unfortunately the bar and kitchen were shut (due to staff illness I believe) for the whole duration of our stay. Whilst breakfast was still available, no bar or lack of evening food was not great.

Our first stay at this hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel is very well presented, the room was excellent, as was the view over the park. The breakfast was fantastic too.

Well placed for my family event nearby
Having stayed in this hotel many times over the years, it’s starting to feel in need of a refresh. It all felt a bit dated and grubby
