A lot packed very efficiently into a small space. Very clean. Very comfy bed. Located on the quiet end of Duval where we like to stay. We were impressed that they provided a recycling container and liquid hand soap in the bathroom. Great storage for clothing, etc. A kitchenette was new for us, having always stayed at B&Bs before. The stove eyes worked only intermittently, so there was a maintenance issue (we boiled water for tea each morning), but that's an easy fix.

The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. One small issue that was taken care of right away. It was very relaxing, the only issue is there is no place to sit outside. But we knew that before booking. Cute small and comfortable.

The bed was comfortable and the location perfect. The listing said the room had a balcony, which it didn't, so that was disappointing. And the kitchen was really too small to do any cooking.

The room was not as described. Booked it for 2 nights A/C only worked for one. Spent a whole day and night without air conditioning in the middle of August. Called and spoke to Justin and Victoria several times, told the A/C was literally spitting ice on us, finally the AC repair man came in, looked at it from a distance and said “yeah, I’ve told them they need to replace this unit many times, nothing I can do” and just left. Called the office again and again. Finally next day, I speak to Victoria, who sounded very annoyed and rude and told me the manager will call me. I called later to ask for the manager, no answer. It has been days, nobody has bothered to call. Spoke to Booking.com which is where I booked from and they told me they spoke to the manager and that she will call. Still waiting. My advice, most rooms like this run for the same price , KEEP LOOKING. Thank you.

I suppose this is what you’d consider an efficiency room. The window was broken so I’m glad the weather was good. Great communication. Disappointed that I booked on Hotel.com and got charged double what it was marked on their website with all the fees, etc. I won’t stay there again unless I have no means to get from Duval to my hotel. Too pricey

Small, but clean & cozy. Great location. Nice to have the little "kitchen" area. I have to have my coffee first thing in the morning. Fridge came in handy for bottled water and leftovers from great restaurants in the area. Only suggestion would be a luggage rack or two.

This little place had everything you could need for your stay plus close to all the major touristy highlights of the Key West.

A nice little gem
The place was perfect for my husband and—plenty of room for two; adequate storage for belongings, if needed; clean, which is really important to us; and a comfortable bed. We loved having the good sized mini fridge! If I could make one suggestion for those of us who have to have our kids manage our technology and electronics—please leave instructions on how to coordinate using the television and DirecTv.

We loved the perfect location right on Duval St. There is parking on the side street! Room was small but clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived, everything seemed great. Parking isn’t so great, but that’s noted in the listing. We finally got a spot right on the street by the property and just didn’t move the whole time. The room was small and quaint. The directv stopped working day 2. We had a hard time getting someone to come by to fix it. So, we didn’t have tv the rest of our vacation. The company said they’d get it fixed and compensate us and we got a lousy small amount of money back not even remotely close to how much we paid for our stay. The room smelled awful of marijuana. When I left, I had bites all over my legs and ankles from fleas. If you don’t want that, don’t stay at a place that is pet friendly. They tend to be dirtier. I was overall disappointed with our place and the customer service we received. We pulled aside a worker doing something with another room and he told us he’d be right back, then never showed up. Complete waste of our time. I probably would not stay here again. It was cold at night (no heat, the AC blows right on you). Also the blankets are really light so you freeze at night. Just overall disappointed for the price and what you get in this room…

The decoration is really nice. We really love it, especially the Key West map (puzzle). We would love to know where we can buy that puzzle to save our lovely memory about Key West!

Perfect Location
The little efficiency was perfect for a few days on Key West. Location was ideal to get around the downtown, but on the quieter end of Duval for resting at night.

Fantastic location and great amenities
Loved the Duval Street location. Walked everywhere during our stay. Mini kitchen was tiny but had everything we needed for coffee and light meals. No view, but we came to experience restaurants, bars and shopping on Duval Street. Local management was super responsive to our needs.

BEST LOCATION!!!!
The room is perfect, has everything you need.Its Amazing how they utilize every bit of space without making you feel confined. Absolutely will stay there again, can't wait to go back.

Nice room
Like the fact that we were on Duval Street, didn’t like the steps to get in the room. The room was cosy and had all we needed for a couple of days
