This was our annual family Christmas vacation. The cabin was great! It was in a perfect location for accessing Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley, and Cades Cove. There was plenty of space for our party of 8 and more. There are plenty of fun things to do at the cabin as well and we spent the majority of our time together there. We plan on returning to this property.

We have had our family Christmas vacation at numerous cabins in Pigeon Forge. This by far has been the nicest. Plenty of blankets, space, towels, trash cans you nameit, we had it! Plenty of room our family truly enjoyed it and hopefully will be in this cabin next year!

Property was easy to access. There were 9 of us meeting for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room. Had so much fun. Only disappointment was unable to use the fire pit due to burn ban.

We really liked the layout of the cabin. It was so spacious and comfortable. We did not experience any issues. Parking was somewhat difficult, but we did OK.

We had a great experience! Everything was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking items we needed, we made dinner every night! We loved the wrap around porch. Easy to communicate with as well. We hope we can stay here again on our next visit. Pictures don't do it justice!

Home exceeded expectations. All ages of our multi generation family loved it. Location was perfect for easy in and out trips. The only thing I needed in the kitchen that I couldn’t find was a good knife.

The cabin was just perfect. It is beautiful and spacious! There were 15 of us there and we had plenty of room! The location is excellent too. It's not too far from town, but far enough to be away from all the hustle and bustle. We had a minor problen with a leak, and Cicely had someone there within an hour tops to handle the problem. She was wonderful to rent from and we hope to be able to enjoy her beautiful cabin again in the future!!

This was our 2nd stay here. You are about 15 minutes away from anywhere in Pigeon Forge. The game room is a favorite for us. I absolutely love the wrap around deck. The host are amazing to work with. Can’t wait to book our next trip back!

We went as a family of 10. We fit perfectly. We really liked that some of the porch was screened and some of it wasn't. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and baking/cookware. Thank goodness this property doesn't have a scary driveway! That was a major plus! We ran into a couple hiccups during our stay due to a storm that was out of the owners control but she did everything she could to try to help us and was super accommodating! I would definitely recommend this property!

Family trip that included adults, teens and children. This house was more than could have ever hoped it to be. The basement, with the bunks, the arcade game, the pool table and comfy sofa was perfect for the kids. The four bedrooms was perfect for the adult couples, the wrap around porch was amazing. The kitchen was big and very well equipped. The hot tub was clean and in perfect working order. The location was off the beaten path and private yet only 5 minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and all that it offers. Five outta Five Stars for sure!

Loved the location as you can’t see other houses and loved the hot tub camp fire area. Kids enjoyed having the basement and being able to play arcade and pool. Overall great stay.

This cabin was exactly as described. The kids loved it before we even completely unpacked the car they had to enjoy some time in the game room. It was located in a nice location not far from main road. The hot tub was just what we needed to relax after long days exploring. Nobody wanted to leave and already started asking when we can come back.

We are a LARGE family of 16 people and this house was great for us! Ages ranged from 42 to 9 months! The house was super clean when we arrived!

Everything was wonderful. Only issue we had is the regulator on the gas grill. It should be checked.

We had a GREAT time! The cabin was very clean and plenty of space for our group of 7. Everyone enjoyed the game room downstairs. Hot tub was very enjoyable. Rooms were very spacious and plenty of linens provided. Full kitchen with tons of pots and pans. Would definitely stay here again in the future! Great communication with host!

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cicely’s property. From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt right at home. The home itself was just as described in the pictures, beds were incredibly comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone.

Each one of us commented at some point during our stay how much we like this house and how we could picture bringing other family members down for a stay. There was plenty of everything we needed. Everything in the kitchen, pots and pans for cooking meals in, towels in the baths, we enjoyed the fire pit every night but one. Plenty of seating out on the porch when it sprinkled. It was wonderful. Getting to the parkway destinations and grocery was easy. We loved it. Thank you to our hosts for delivering what they listed and more.

The cabin was just as the listing. We had plenty of room for 13 people. We had a slight issue with the main shower upstairs and reported it.
We would very much rent this cabin again as it was close to the strip in Pigeon Forge. There was also a back way that was convenient to avoid traffic.

We had a fairly big group exploring TN for a week and the cabin worked great for us during our stop in Pigeon Forge. Everybody had a bed and was comfortable the cabin is in a very good location; kind of secluded and quiet, but very close to the attractions. I would definitely recommend sraying here!

Our family had a great time on spring break at this house. There was plenty of room to spread out. It was an older house, but everything was very clean. It was in close proximity to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg with back roads to help with some of the traffic. Don't expect scenic views out the window, but it was secluded and fairly private. The hot tub and pool table were the family favorites. We would go back again.

Good house with plenty of room. First floor has drive-up access with a large bedroom if stairs are an issue. Other bedrooms were all a good size and the amenities (hot tub, pool table, grill, etc) seemed to be good quality. The house is very close to the main area of Pigeon Forge, but far enough away to be very quiet. Definitely an enjoyable stay with great hosts.

Great place with plenty of room! No one had to sleep on a sofa bed. Hot tub and fireplace were great and there was plenty of entertainment in the cabin. Giant Jenga, pool table, and arcade cabinets kept us entertained. Gatlinburg was a short drive and the cabin is in a nice quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was very roomy and had plenty to do or just chill. The owner was great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again. My 4 year old grandson told us after we got home that the cabin was the best time ever!

Our church group had a blast! Plenty of room and games for the kids to play! Huge hot tub and screened in area! Fire pit for s’mores ! It worked great! And great response time and owners!!

We had a great time at the cabin! Everything was just as described and we spent a lot of time looking at each detail before selecting this location. The hosts were great! We were fortunate not to need to reach out to them with any real problems but when we did contact them with a question, they were quick and very helpful! We had 9 guests and the sleeping arrangements were more than enough. We planned on 16 guests and there would have been enough room for all. We loved the fire pit area and the wrap around porch. The location was close to attractions and the driveway was not one of the steep ones! While others were parking at the end of the driveway because they were too slippery to climb, we easily pulled in with no issues. We had a great time at the cabin!

Cabin was so roomy. There was 10 in our group and we had so much room. No one seemed crowded. It is secluded yet so close to town. Perfect for a larger group.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Plenty of beds for everyone to rest well. Loved the outdoor space for the kids to play. Even saw a bear and wild turkey.

Perfect cabin for our small youth group to stay for the night. Lots of games activities for the youth and a great fire pit outside. Cabin was clean and the wrap around porch was awesome.
