Perfect place for a couple to enjoy Key West and Duval Street. Can walk anywhere. Loved having the balcony. Was clean. Would definitely rent again!

Such a cute small space and the location was perfect. We found a parking lot down the road and paid for daily parking. Definitely don't need a vehicle with this location because you can walk everywhere. So many great food places nearby and the beach is just down the road. The space was cute and quaint and perfect for a couple. It was a bit loud with traffic in the evenings but we were able to sleep just fine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Yes, this little apartment is up a good number of stairs (it's on the 2nd floor). It has everything one needs to take in everything Key West has to offer: from beach towels to a stocked kitchenette to cook your catch of fresh fish ... which we did, after a day fishing trip provided us with our own fresh fish. Being my first time to Key West, after a short walk to rent bicycles, I very much enjoyed bicycling nearly every morning over to Fort Zachary Taylor beach for morning snorkeling (you can even set up your own "tree-friendly" (i.e. no metal straps to hang) hammock between pine trees on this beach, take a book and relax in your own hammock) and then grabbing a green juice literally just a couple minute walk just down the street from this little apartment. Everything was functional except the bathroom exhaust fan and the garbage disposal upon our arrival and after I contacted the property owner, the garbage disposal was fixed and the fan was not but we were told that it cannot be fixed, so it was what it was (we survived =). The customer service team is excellent: even to the point of responding to text messages early on a Sunday morning! I had absolutely not issues with having my needs addressed. Being located on one of the main traffic areas of Key West, the noise level is pretty high at night, which I anticipated from prior reviews, which is easily solved by sleeping with ear plugs. For those of you who care, the bed mattress is fairly FIRM, which is my preference. The balcony is small and the high stools provided for the sitting area are metal (not optimal for lounging) but we weren't focused on being out on the balcony. There's a safe in the room so valuables can be locked away while out and about and there's a closet with decent storage space for clothes and luggage. We did not use the fold-out couch, which the cushions are extremely soft and not the most ideal piece of furniture but it worked for our use. There's a small drop-leaf table which can be expanded for more table space, folding chairs and a little ottoman for extra sitting. My only suggestion would be that the refrigerator provided has no freezer, so ice cannot be kept unless it's turned all the way up and then all the whole thing is a freezer, not a refrigerator ... so a refrigerator that has both freezer and refrigerator would be optimal.

The apartment is well equipped

It's clean and exactly as described. It's small, you can see that from there pictures, and it's right on Duval near the southernmost point. I would give 5 stars if the soundproofing was a little better. It's almost perfect. Will stay again

House was very clean, everything worked, and was a great place to stay close to everything. Patio is a little hot during the day, but an awesome place to hang out and people watch at night. Thanks I will be back!

Clean, quiet accommodations with a comfortable queen bed. Updated bathroom (that still needs a fan installed) with new shower. Has a small kitchen area that we did not use. You can sit out on the balcony and people watch on Duval.

We loved the set up. location and cleaniness. Unfortunately our air conditioning did not work the entire four days and we hit some hot weather. We mentioned to one of the vasca cleaning staff members but they did not know how to help us.

This condo was in a great location on Duval street, south end so not around all the big bars of Duval Street. Great balcony for people watching. Great location to be able to get everything easily. Great amenities , would recommend for 2 people. Had 3 and was a little tight.

Perfect stay to celebrate our 30th. Adorable apartment in spectacular location on the quieter end of Duval Street, but in the heart of amazing restaurants and shops. Easy street parking across the street. Tall ceilings make this apartment airy and bright. We'll be back!

I had to prepare some food and this kitchen had all I needed for basics. AC worked great. I stayed somewhere else during my stay in Key West and this location was ideal. Food on same block, beach walking distance. Highly recommend. Owner obviously cares very much about their property, much appreciated!

Loved the location for great shopping and action. Walking distance to so many great attractions. Notice many nice updates to the apartment. Decorating was super cute. Was clean and a great value compared to other places I researched. We own a VRBO also, so I like to compare and I found this place to be a great overall value and experience. Enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and evening beverages and people watching. Laundry was super convenient. Vacasa reached out via phone calls to see how we were doing and ensure we were satisfied. The one recommendation I have is for maybe a foam mattress pad for the couch bed…but I understand coach beds are typically springier than traditional beds. I will recommend this place to friends and family and would stay again.

Loved that this place was a little off the beaten path, so we had a quiet place to sleep. Bed was comfortable and the place had everything we needed. Next time I will opt for a place with a pool, but for the price and location, this can't be beat.
