If you are looking for a GREAT VALUE and a true ski-in, ski-out condo that is inexpensively priced, slope-side and steps from the slopes - you have found your Breckenridge condo! New mattresses added November 2023. Updated dining table and chairs, couch and loveseat and patio furniture recently added. We offer this modestly decorated ski-in ski-out condo at a great price, because the unit interior has not been upgraded. However, it sleeps comfortably and the location cannot be beat! For those of you that just need a place to hang your hat and warm up after an awesome day on the slopes, this is your condo. Please don't book if you are looking for granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This condo is very dated, and the photos accurately represent the simple decor and furnishings. We respectfully ask that you please take the time to look at the photos before booking. Our goal is to make your vacation experience the best possible, and to receive a good rating for the value of this condo's location and not the lack of interior upgrades. Overall the location was perfect to get on and off the hill quickly. The condo was well suited for our basic cooking needs and we really enjoyed the use of the fire place to warm us up after a day on the mountain.
I would warn others to be sure they have a rental car that fits in the garage before hand, our truck rental was a bit too tall.
Lastly, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully there was just four of us, two couples with four queen beds, so we used all of them but still can't say I didn't feel like I was falling in a cave every night. There was just zero support.
Otherwise the place was great and it was nice to have a ski locker!

These condos were easy enough to find, but the lockbox at the entry where we picked up our keys was a bit stubborn. Twila answered our phone call immediately and was very helpful and understanding as we managed to retrieve the keys. After that, our condo was really easy to find.
This condo is exactly what is stated on the app, but the couches have been swapped and are now a nice leather. The table is newer and bigger. The condo does not have updates, but is definitely a great location for ski in - ski out! It has a nice sized balcony with a glimpse of the slopes, and it seems private enough to relax after a good day of skiing. Indoors, the timer on the fireplace was a really good thing and the Paya brand toiletries are a nice touch! Overall, we loved this location. So easy to ski in and ski out! The location of the ski lockers is very convenient too.

We knew the condo was not updated and that would’ve been fine but the mattresses beds are terrible and my husband found a tag that it was from 1999 and they paid $35 for it. One pillowcase was so worn out that it was ripping whoever is cleaning the condo is not doing a thorough job. One queen mattress was on a full size boxsprings. There was a sheet and a comforter on the bed no blankets. We’ve stayed in many SkiWatch condos, and this was the only time we were disappointed. It sleeps eight, but there’s only four chairs at the dining room table. They’ve removed all the dining chairs otherwise. It is a shame that such a great location is deteriorating.

We couldn't have asked for a better location! It's so nice to ski right down to the lift and ski right back to your condo. The hot tubs were a wonderful way to relax at the end of each day and enjoy the view. Some furniture has been updated, but was as described. We weren't there for the decor. The bed comfort does need some attention. Only 2 out of the 4 beds were comfortable. You can visibly see the slant on them.

You will not be able to find a better condo for the price. True ski in/ski out. You can literally strap on your board or skis and be at the lift in less than a minute. We were able to ski right up to the rear entrance from several of the runs at Peak 8. Very convenient. Great communication from management. Condo has a full Kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Would stay here again. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

It was a very accurate description from the Ski In/Out to the dated.finishings Good price and great layout with split bedrooms & baths (2/2). With minor updates could be even better!

I might not be the best person to review as my family and I only stayed for one night, but here is my take away:
- The process is very easy and you can always reach the property manager is you need anything, but you will have to drive to an office outside of property to pick up/ drop of your keys. If you do not have your own car, you have to keep that in mind. We did not have an issue as we came with our personal car.
- The property has a covered parking area, but if you are traveling with a cargo box on top of your vehicle, you will not be able to fit and will need to park outside. The clearance I believe was 6'4" and 6'10" so our SUV with cargo box on top did not fit at all.
- The property had a humidifier which I am VERY VERY grateful for as the climate change for our family is exhausting (High altitude + dry climate) and many properties do not provide one.
- The property is as described, dated but with new TV, leather sofa and a wooden table that can comfortably sit multiple people (those are not on the pictures).
- From what I saw from the balcony ( we did not ski from the property as we just stayed one night and left early in the morning) it is truly a ski in -ski out property.
- You will need a car or bus to get to town as the property is located on the mountain so it would be quite a walk to get down, otherwise its a quick trip to get to the store or to the main street using a car ( we did not use the bus so not sure of that) I am sure I might be missing some things, but we dd not explore much as we stayed less then 18 hours.

Great place to stay for a boys ski trip to Breck. Stayed 12/14-18 with two friends. The location can't be beat for ski in/out. The kitchen was dated but adequate, we cooked most meals in the condo. The pictures in the listing are also out of date (??) , the couches, table, and TV have all been replaced. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely not a luxury condo but that wasn't what we were looking for.

Loved being at Peak 8 area, on the mountain with easy access to the gondola. We're not picky people, but the condo needed a lot of upgrades like wifi, lights fixed, comfortable mattresses, and furniture on the porch. Otherwise, Breck is a great area to explore!

There was a ski locker on the ground floor of the building near the mountain side. The building laundry room was clean and inexpensive. Plenty of garage parking. We had a great time!

We booked this condo to have a convenient place to stay while we skied in Breckenridge. The listing was as described. There was a ski locker on the ground floor of the building near the mountain side. The building laundry room was clean and inexpensive. Plenty of garage parking. We had a great time!

We didn’t mind the old and outdated look of this place. We booked it because of the value and location. There is nothing better than skiing right up to the building at the end of the day, walking up one set of stairs to the ski lockers, then walking down the hall to the condo! I couldn’t imagine a better location!
What you see is almost what you get. The owners have updated a few things since the photos. There’s a new stove/oven, flat screen TVs, and dining room table. I HIGHLY recommend they upgrade the mattresses. They are old, uncomfortable and sag in the middle. (Suggestion: we bought mattresses for our lakehouse in Texas from Walmart.com. Value and comfort and delivered to our door) The place could also a cheap coffee table in the living room. There is no place to set drinks or snacks while chilling in the evening.
Twilla was responsive to a couple of questions , so we had no issues there.
Again, we didn’t mind old and outdated, but we did have some cleanliness issues. Whoever is getting paid to clean the place isn’t doing a good job. We had to re-wash many of the dishes and the tub/shower drain had to be cleaned out. The bathtub filled up when taking a shower. I had to use a plunger which helped remove clumps of hair. It was quite disgusting.
Overall, the location trumps the old look of the place, but the mattresses and cleanliness were issues for us. Those are easy fixes. We would probably stay here again because the location is so amazing.

There are only 4 chairs for dining. Beds are firm but not uncomfortable. Hot tubs were clean. Twila (host) is very nice and responded quickly to questions.

This place is in a great location and I was prepared for the dated/old of this place but sadly the first thing I noticed was the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom had splatters of who knows what on mirrors. As I started to cook dinner, the pans I pulled out of the cabinet had crumbs on them. I ended up having to wash most dishes/utensils prior to using. Additionally, the fridge/freezer is so old that the freezer does not keep items frozen so don’t bring/buy frozen foods.
Upon stripping beds to leave, there were hairs between the fitted sheet and mattress cover.
Again, great potential and Twillia was helpful when I discovered there were no oven mitts, but I would not stay again unless I was assured it was better cleaned.

Perfect location. Just walk out the back door and you were on the slope. Had a small issue at check in, but that was taken care of quickly. Would come back for another trip.
