nice stay, great terrace

The location was convenient for our various sightseeing needs. There was quite a bit of street noise at night and throughout the night. You could only hear the noise in the room that faced the road.The other bedroom was quiet. We enjoyed walking up the 4 flights of stairs in lieu of the elevator which was easily accessed if necessary. All the appliances and accessories worked well. Could have used a few more rolls of toilet paper and soap bars. Check in was thorough and the host was polite and helpful. The third bed option is a pull out couch which would be perfect for a younger child, not meant for a full grown adult with a height exceeding 5ft 7 inches. All in all a good choice for our family.

Great location. 2 rooms and 2 toilets are very separate and have a great living space! Makes it nice for 2 couples!

My family and I stayed for two nights. We loved the location of the apartment, as it was in close walking distance to many shops, attractions and restaurants. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 5, however we only used it to sleep and get ready in. Washing machine was a bonus as well! Daniele was a pleasure to work with, stayed in communication and very helpful. Valerio checked us in the day of our arrival, and was full of useful information for our stay.

We stayed in Rome for 2 days prior to boarding a cruise and chose this apartment due to its proximity to The Pantheon, Trevi, and all the other nearby sites. We were not disappointed! All those sites plus the Spanish Steps are within a few minutes walk. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didnt use the kitchen except for the fridge, nor the washer/dryer, but all looked to be in good order. Bathrooms were sufficient and towels and hair dryer were provided. Also, the air conditioning was moat appreciated since we were there during the recent heatwave. The manager also arranged for our ground transportation to/from the airport and cruise terminal, and both went flawlessly. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Rome! Grazie!

It was ok. Furniture was outdated and one of the showers was not working properly. The main plus for this apartment, it has an elevator….!!!!!

We loved our stay in Rome - the area is very central and convenient and Adriano was very helpful and available if needed. We really appreciated the air conditioning as it was hot in July and the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay in beautiful Rome. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for family of four. Modern bathrooms and comfortable seating areas. Air conditioning great for hot summer days. Walkable to many shops, grocery and restaurants. Elevator helpful for bringing up luggage. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. Transfer to and from the airport, Great location, access to restaurants and tour busses, and walkable to many of the main sites. The best part of the location was there was a coffee shop just below the apartment to jump start our day, and it was fantastic! Cafe Vino was both coffee and wine!! The hosts were very accommodating with quick responses to questions we had and quick to communicate options for us. Our check in and out process was a breeze. Stefano, made us feel very comfortable with the check-in and a warm welcome! We definitely would stay here again and also happy to share the location with family and friends! Thank you for taking good care of us!!

Apartment was in a good location walking distance to Pantheon and our favorite Gelateria Giolitti’s! Very clean and had all that we needed to stay comfortable with a family of 5 with 4 adults and a teenager. A little noisy at night in alley so maybe some earplugs if sensitive otherwise great

The apartment was Ok, but the furniture looked like it was very old. The bathrooms were nice and looked like they had been remodeled. No paper towels, no wine opener. It did not live up to the cost we were charged for it.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent within walking distance of restaurants and sites. The floor plan is perfect for two couples traveling together. The front bedroom is a little noisy but that’s to be expected in such a great location with lots of activity. We would definitely chose this apartment again when visiting Rome.

Enjoyed our stay here, perfect location with easy access to transportation and good proximity to many of the attractions. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. The only negative comment would be that the beds could use some new mattresses. A bit uncomfortable

Great location and plenty of room for 2 couples. Walking distance to all the big tourist things and to fabulous restaurants and shopping. Very responsive and accommodating host. Would highly recommend!

We really liked this place and location was great. Everything was perfect except for one thing that down brought down the overall ranking to 4 stars. The one item that resulted in the overall 4 star rating is this place is not really set up for a two week stay. If you are staying for 5 days and 4 nights or less, this place is perfect, the hostess is great, the service to fixing any problems is outstanding and you have everything you need for your stay. But if you stay longer, like we did for two weeks, this place is really not prepared for that long of a stay. For example, the towels are provided but you only get one set of towels per person and can not clean them in the apartment's washing machine per the owner. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee for clean towels each time you ask for them. We did get one set of towels free but that was it. For 4 people, cleaning the towels was an additional 70 euros. There is no microwave or smaller toaster oven to heat leftovers or make a quick meal. The clothes washer is compact but good but you need to air dry, on a rack, your wash which took us about a full sunny day to do, a dryer would have been helpful. The internet service is good, but the TV provided has no USB port and was out of service during our two week stay, we used our smaller IPad to watch TV on the two rainy days we had during our stay. Lastly, the elevator was out of service for our stay and it is a nice four story climb to the apartment! Enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. They were able to accommodate our early arrival, the check in process was simple and the communication was always clear and timely. The place was just what we needed, and the location can't be beat. Highly recommend!

This was a great find. There was plenty of room in the apartment for our family of 4. We used the 2 double beds and the sofa bed. It was nice that the sofa bed didn't really encroach on the living space as there was an additional sofa in the kitchen/dining area. Super location. Clear communication from the property manager. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Try CiPasso around the corner for dinner.... excellent.

The location of this apartment is perfect for walking to many of the must-sees in Rome: Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, restaurants, markets, and shops; within 30 minutes are the Colosseum and the Vatican. Communication with managers was quick and easy. Apartment has a lot of great light. Beds were comfortable, linens were fresh, plenty of towels for our 3-night stay. Provided were a small bottle of shampoo and a small bar of bath soap for each person on reservation. Kitchen equipped with dish washing liquid, dish washer detergent and sponge, cooking pans. Binder of instructions was really helpful (washer, AC, etc).

Perfect Appartment for a short stay in Rome. We reached all sights by foot and every evening we found a great Restaurant for having a delicious dinner in the neighbourhood

This apartment was in a perfect location to exploring Rome. It’s in the heart of Rome and just off a side street where it’s not too busy. Very safe and convenient location. Lots of room for the five of us. The hosts were very accommodating and ensured we enjoyed our stay. You can tell they love and take pride in their property. I’d definitely stay here again and also recommend it to anyone looking to be in walking distance to many of Rome’s amazing sites!

We enjoyed our stay here and it was exactly as described. It was so close to everything in the city center and we were able to walk to places without taking a cab. Communication with the owner/VRBO was always timely, helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I find myself going to Rome again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Check-in process was easy. Valerio was so kind and patient when doing the check-in process. The place was clean and organized. We requested a late check-out and we were approved without penalty/fee. Most of the tourist attractions are walking distance. They have a list of restaurants to go. We will stay here again for the future.

The apartment was very clean and secure. We appreciated having the two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the elevator in the building. It is in a wonderful lively location yet the street is fairly quiet especially the back bedroom. We walked everywhere and found the recommendations for restaurants and gelato helpful. The property management company was very helpful, especially when we discovered the card I had booked the trip with had expired and there was no way to update it on VRBO. They also arranged for a driver and car for our airport transfer which picked us up right at the apartment. Highly recommended.
