Location and property manager were great. Unit is very comfortable except the shower is not great - tepid water and low water pressure (hard to wash long hair!). Location is great and if windows and doors are closed, it is surprisingly quiet making for a comfortable spot while still close to action. We were able to find free street parking right outside unit. Would stay here again for a short stay.

Stayed a weekend with my daughter for her birthday. The place was better than expected and we enjoyed walking to the southernmost point and la Grignote every morning. Street noise was pretty minimal that far down Duval. Everything was within walking/biking distance. Would definitely stay here again. One area for improvement would be that the water didn’t get hot enough (for me- my daughter said it was just fine!)

The house was super clean and had everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. The owners had plenty of towels, soaps and shampoo ad the kitchen had everything required to make a quick meal. Its location on Duval is ideal but it was on the quiet residential end which was so nice. Th bed was a little soft for us but we normally sleep on a Tempurpedic mattress so take that with a grain of salt.

Large bedroom with tons of storage. Kitchen well supplied. If someone is using the foldout sofa in the LR, they don’t have much storage. Also you have to move the coffee table to open the sofa bed. Duval is a main party street for Key West, so there is noise at night either from bars nearby or cars which drive by with the sound cranked up. The bars stop music promptly but the cars do not. Despite this, would stay again- it’s a very well maintained apartment in a convenient location.

The location of this property is good. It’s right on Duval St., though in a somewhat quieter end, which is a plus. Overall it was a nice unit. The size was perfect for 2, it was nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable. We were impressed with the starter amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, washing detergent and dish detergent) that were provided. The downside was there were numerous issues that needed to be addressed. It appears perhaps previous renters had not reported things, which is disappointing: security chain for the door was broken, the washer and dryer were rusty, the flusher on the toilet was broken, the toilet seat was loose, and the oven didn’t work. Additionally, the floor in the kitchen and dining area was littered with crumbs, along with the countertop, stovetop and dining table, as well as that table being covered in dust. This makes me question how well it was even cleaned.

We had a great time in the Kingfish Keep- very centrally located right on Duval and was still very quiet. We were in the thick of the action and also able to unwind and relax. Very comfortable for us and we would definitely rent it again.

Spacious dining kitchen and living room area huge jack and jill bathroom Large master suite with king size bed. Large balcony overlooking Duval Street. Just beware the taxes and fees are more expensive than the room itself and are not disclosed until after your card has been charged!

We were very pleased with the rental except 2 things. #1: The internet wasn't working the entire stay. #2: We were laying in bed, when we heard a knock in the hallway. Wasn't expecting anyone so we figured it was at the neighbors. When suddenly a man opens the door right after the knock. I quickly jumped up and said hello while rushing to the door. It was a guy from the property management company that basically let himself in to check the internet. We never called with an internet complaint so we certainly weren't expecting it. Just wish we would have had a call from vacasa before hand. Guess they would have let themselves in even if we weren't there?? Other than that, the apartment was nice. Parking a car anywhere around there is tough. Get a moped or bicycle. The balcony was great for people watching.

We loved our trip and place was extremely nice. Great location, just few blocks to the beach. We rented lounge chairs for $10. At night it was a short walk to Irish Kevins. We had a great time. Will be back and will rent this place.

This is a fantastic place - beautifully furnished/decorated, clean, very comfortable bed! Convenient to many great restaurants, 2 fine breakfast places on the same block, walkable to everything in the old town area. You really wouldn't need to rent a car - just take an Uber from the airport and you're set for your stay. Will recommend to all my friends and family who want to visit Key West.

Amazing place! Very clean. Spacious and homey. We absolutely loved it! We loved the location as well. You aren’t right in the center of all the main bars but we enjoyed being a couple blocks from the craziness. Still plenty and do just a short walk to the center! Would absolutely stay here again.
