This trip was a surprise to my mother and her sister. Due to her age, I was looking for something central to tour and then relax multiple times a day. We found it. Literally steps to the Pantheon, shopping and restaurants and more history than you can take in. This being my first VRBO rental i was nervous about the process, i was wrong. Gian was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had numerous changes to our flight and came in early to avoid being trapped in the states. Gian welcomed us, explained all the “in’s and outs” and we were off to the races. The elevator was extremely beneficial for my mom. My only gripe, which honestly was a bonus for us, was there wasn’t a television to relax at the end of the evening. If you are traveling and absolutely need it, bring an iPad and he has great WiFi. Other than that, very happy. Planning on coming back possibly at the end of the year with kids and will stay again.

My wife & I (mid 50’s) stayed with our 2 adult sons 20, 24 & their friend, 20. It was the perfect apartment in the perfect location for the 5 of us.
Gian was a terrific host, meeting us at the property and allowing us to check in a little early. He set the apartment perfectly for our needs & was a terrific host.
The apartment was the perfect location - a very reasonable walk to everywhere & great access to taxis if needed (airport & train access).
We would highly recommend this apartment & we are grateful to Gian for being such a good host!

New bathrooms, comfortable beds. Walking distance of Patheon, Spanish Steps, Colossum, Trevi Fountain, & Vatican. Plenty of great places to eat/drink. We would definitely stay here again.

You cannot beat this location! So close to most everything you want to see in Rome! Small amount of stairs when you walk in to get to the elevator. We only used elevator to get bags up to apartment. Large apartment, big rooms, good bathrooms, kitchen fine (we didn't cook, so...) We would stay again.

An excellent property close to the pantheon. Our host Gian Giacomo was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay. We were 55 steps from the Pantheon and a very active nightlife area with restaurants and shops galore. The apartment was perfect for our group and the host was adorable and very informative. I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Rome.

Such a central location. Easy access to grocery, good restaurants and gelato! Small elevator and some stairs to get to it so not wheelchair accessible. For us it was the perfect location.

The apartment is spacious and very close to several local attractions. The host was very helpful and answer all our questions. Definitely will stay there again.

My family and I stayed in this awesome apartment at the end of June 2023. The apartment was perfect for my family- my husband, 2 adult children and me. There is so much room to spread out. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms The air conditioning is so cool and such a relief during the heatwave. The washer was also great. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel Gian was the perfect host. He was so helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions and helped us bring in our luggage. He was always available. The apartment is centrally located and just steps away from the Pantheon! If you stay here, you won't be disappointed!!

Great place to stay, centrally located but very quiet. Easy to walk to all the sights and for public transport.

We rented the apartment for 3 nights during Rome’s hottest ever week. Giuseppe made us very welcome. It was a refuge from the heat and we could keep it pleasantly cool. It is also very quiet given its busy location close to the Pantheon. Very tidy and clean. The only thing I request to change is a bigger chopping board in the kitchen! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Steps from the pantheon
Large comfortable apartment, big bedrooms.
Great AC
Awesome Wifi
Kitchen has everything you need
Gian was a great host, made it very easy to get in, out, and around.
I am recommending this spot for any mid size groups or families. The location was great, 20-25 min walk to the furthest sites you want to see (colosseum) but literally steps to the pantheon and a nice stroll in the morning to Trevi fountain. The apartment was quiet and clean. We were there during the heat wave, so the in apartment washer was a god send.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be absolutely perfect! It was spacious enough for all of us and had all the amenities we needed, the location was perfect and the host was welcoming and very helpful. 10/10 would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location just steps from the Pantheon! Apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is a small elevator, if needed. Wonderful gelato and shops on the street below. Large, comfortable apartment with more than enough room for our family, including 2 teenagers. Excellent showers in each of the bedrooms. Washer worked well! Hung the clothes to dry. Host was very nice and helpful! Thank you!

Truly incredible. Gian was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The location can't be beat. Nice to have A/C, as it was very warm in Rome during our stay. Huge apartment with plenty of room. Excellent value. Felt like family during our stay. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this apartment enough. It was our first time in Rome and the apartment is situated right in the middle of the best tourist attractions. You can take public transit (bus stop is an easy 4 min walk away) or walk to most places within 20 minutes. There's 2 supermarkets located right across the square, so it's easy to stock up on groceries. There's an elevator in the building which makes the process of hauling luggage up so much easier. Definitely recommend this apartment for a family!

This is a large apartment in a great location in the historic center of Rome. Everything is within walking distance. Unfortunately, the apartment was not ready or cleaned for us when we arrived. We did ask for an early check-in and we're told that the apartment was ready for us, but when we were shown around, the beds had not been made up, kitchen was not cleaned and bathroom garbage cans were full.
With a little TLC this apartment could be great. It also has no TV even though there is one pictured on the website.

Great location with a lot of space and enough beds for my entire family. We appreciated having two showers. We did not do any cooking in the apartment but it is fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans.

Great place, fantastic location. Host lives in the same building so any issues were easily solved. Right by the Pantheon, walking distance to the Vatican, colosseum, Trevi fountain, lots of archeological sites. The flat is spacious and well appointed, more than enough room for our group of 4 to spread out. Would gladly stay here again.
There are tons of restaurants nearby, though the ones in the plaza can be quite expensive. Not too hard to find a wide range of pricing with a little effort. There is a BANK owned ATM and 2 well stocked markets on the opposite side of the piazza. Tons of places to shop and you can have gelato just about anywhere. Highly recommend. Would easily stay here again. One more important comment: Wear comfortable shoes or boots with thick soles and good support. Those cobblestones wreak havoc on your feet.

My apologies this is a late review but I’ve been wanting to return to Rome this summer and thought about our most magical Roman Holiday. All thanks to this wonderful accommodation. It is in the heart of Rome, 10-30min walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. A stones throw from the Pantheon. Minutes walk to Piazza Navona, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps.
Gian was a wonderful host!

This property is an excellent location for those visiting Rome. It’s around the corner from the Pantheon and across the street from an easy restaurant and down the street from a yummy gelato shops and there are many.
It took only 15-20 minutes to walk to the Coliseum. And every monument was a short distance from the location.
There is an elevator in the building so it can accommodate almost any level of traveler.
We were a family of 4 and an extra visitor for a shirt portion of our stay and it was perfect for us.

Great location just steps from the Pantheon. Apartment was large. Bedrooms were huge and both bathrooms were updated. Furniture in the living room could be updated as the couches were not standard size so once you sat in them it was hard to get up. There was a washer and dryer but not sure if the dryer worked since our clothes remained wet and I wasn’t able to get get in contact with the host when I had the issue - he got back to me the following day (after we checked out) stating that he left his phone in his car. But other than that there were no issues. It is a great location!

The location couldn’t have been any better. Right next to the Pantheon. Restaurants everywhere. Very quiet despite being in such a core area. Easy to walk everywhere and get a taxi next to the Pantheon for longer journeys. The host, Gian, is great and very helpful. You can easily reach him for help and concerns. Highly recommend this place.

We are a family of three adults and two teenagers, and we loved our stay at this apartment. The location is superb, just steps from the Pantheon, with plenty of cafes and stores nearby (the crème croissants at the cafe in the corner are incredible!) and within walking distance to all the main sites.
The apartment is large and clean, and comfortably fit our family - one mother, two 16 year olds and two grandparents (one with mobility issues). There is a lift, but there are some steps to get up to it - manageable though.
The apartment was as advertised except there was no tv like there was in the pictures. Not usually a huge deal, but the World Cup was on and the kids were hoping to watch it.
The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and lives in the building. He made himself available in case we needed him and was quick to respond.
We would absolutely stay again. Thanks for a lovely visit.

Hi! My family and I stayed at Gian’s place on Via del Semanario this week in Rome. What a great trip and a great stay.
There are 6 of us, my wife and I, and our 4 adult children. There was plenty of space, 4 single beds and one double. The place has great amenities, a washer/dryer, two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a large living room, wifi, etc... The apartment is on the third floor, but there is an elevator!
The apartment, owned by Gian’s parents and managed by Gian and his brothers is perfect: 30 steps to the Pantheon (amazing to see each time), a five-minute walk to Piazza Navona, and less than a 20-minute walk to every major tourist spot in Rome. There are probably 20 great restaurants and 5 gelato shops five minutes away (a favorite restaurant of my kids was right across the tiny street). I just asked my kids whether we could have done any better with the location and the apartment, and they all said it was perfect. Honestly, I agree.
We’ve stayed at probably 20 VRBOs, and this is a top-tier spot.
Gian lives one floor down and is very helpful. Any problems, and he’ll be right up. He is truly a terrific help. I can’t say enough about this—at every stage of this vacation, he helped, finding us places to eat and things to do.
Check out Walks of Italy for tours, we did one tour a day and they were terrific.
I highly recommend this apartment, we did it over thanksgiving, and it is a surprisingly great time to visit Rome, the weather is great still and the crowds are low.

The location of this apartment is perfect. We were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go. The Pantheon is steps from the front door. The neighborhood is lively, but we could not hear any noise from the street in the apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. There were 5 adults in our group and it never felt crowded. There is a small elevator which is helpful when bringing up luggage. The host was very responsive to all communication. I would highly recommend staying in this property. Overall, it is an excellent apartment.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. It was very clean and well-equipped. Gian is a perfect host - greeting us as we arrived and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location of this apartment could not have been better. Walking distance to SO many cultural sites, and to have breakfast in view of the pantheon every morning was extraordinary. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends

Great location (within walking distance to most) for sightseeing in Rome. Fairly quiet but near a busy piazza and the Pantheon where you can find a taxi stand if needed. It’s an apartment in a family home and very spacious and would accommodate 4 people easily even though it was just my husband and I.
