About this condo rental
Nestled in Key West, this attractive condo for £350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers. NO EXCEPTIONS Our beautiful waterfront condos have a range of room types to suite your every need. Whether you want a suite for two or a penthouse for up to twelve guests you will enjoy your stay at Pelican Landing. If traveling with a boat, the facility is boat accessible by powerboat only, because a fixed bridge offers only an 18-foot clearance. The marina offers 16 boat slips accommodating vessels up to 45 feet with a 13-foot beam. Clean your catch at the dock’s fish cleaning station available to all our guests. Then take a few steps to the open-air poolside grill and learn the meaning of fresh fish. Pelican Landing is a short walk to a marina where world-class fishing and scuba charters can be engaged. After spending some time on the water, you might want to enjoy the charms of Old Town and Duval Street. Luckily, a quick bicycle ride is all it takes. Our facility is located just one short mile the Duval Street area. Across the street from Pelican Landing is Bayview Park where you can play tennis, shoot hoops, or just hang out. Retreats (for 6 – 8 people) feature two bedrooms and two private baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two queen beds, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a dining area. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, blender, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and breakfast bar. Living room and one bedroom has sliding glass doors which open onto a private balcony overlooking the water. Other room features are central A/C, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets, cable TV in living room and bedrooms, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and beach towels. Pelican Landing’s heated swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck. There is a minimum stay requirement on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season. One boat slip is included with this Retreat. Each Retreat can only accommodate one boat; no exceptions. Trailer parking is not available on property. Trailer parking and additional boat slips are available across the harbor at the City of Key West Marina. Please contact the dock master’s office to make arrangements for trailer storage and/or additional boat slips at Families are welcomed in our vacation rentals. Student groups are not permitted. Our minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. Everyone in your party must be 25 years old to check in unless accompanied by a parent. No Birthday Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. No Pets

Staying at Pelican Landing is always a great experience. Being a local of the Florida keys I've seen some pretty rough places that claim to be great vacation rentals but Pelican Landing is truly a great place. My family and I stay there a few times a year and always have a wonderful time. The rooms are clean and staff is always kind and helpful. Thank you to Bennie who is always there for what ever you made need and thank you to owner Jaime Caballero for always accommodating me and my family for a wonderful get away!

The pictures make this rental look a lot nicer than it is but if your intent is to only be in the room to sleep it was ok and extremely affordable. The king bed needs replacing, it has two indentations due to so much use. Some of the tiles on the balcony were lifting and the cement was cracked, and seemed unsafe. Upon arrival the floors were not clean, walking around in socks or bare feet for an hour your feet would be black. Everything is very outdated in the unit and we had not realized there was no wifi available which seems very standard in most rentals. The pool was advertised as heated, it was extremely cold and not usable. Parking was easy, the view was nice to overlook the boats and marina near by, and the location was good for our purposes.

My major disappointment involves an incident where our boat trailer was towed from a parking space. It was an unnecessary incident, and we would have moved it once we became aware it was unwelcome. There is more to this incident than this field will allow. Very disappointing.

Very nice place to stay
The manager was very helpful in letting us bring our bags to the office as we were early for check in. It would have been nice if check in was before 4 PM but it all worked out. I would stay there again.

Waterfront with dock space was awesome.
All the essentials were included with this Vrbo to make it a convenient, easy fishing getaway. We stayed during the week and it was nice and quiet, as the weekend approached the noise level rose but when 10pm hit it quieted down so all could sleep, except maybe the sirens from the fire/police depts that were across the street.

This is my father in law's favorite place to stay. We have a great view of the marina and he loves to watch all of the action going on from our patio. We rented 2 this year because of the number of people that we had going. It was so nice because we could open up the patio doors and connect the two in that way. We could easily go back and forth between the two and had super easy access down to the pool via a private stairway. The only thing that happened was that the elevator quit working and my father in law is disabled. But the property manager was there- on a holiday- within minutes and rectified the situation. Super impressed with the quick reaction on his part!! The building is obviously older when you see the outside, but most of the property owners have remodeled their units and each one we have stayed in have updated kitchens (solid surface counter tops, nice appliances etc) and furnishings. The units are always super clean! Pool was also nice and warm. Very happy with this property. The only thing I would change if I could is place it a little closer to the action in Old Town. But we rented golf carts and easily buzzed into town. The super plus- it's a great price!! We are already planning to stay here again next year.

We stay at this property almost every year with our family for our vacation. The property is in a great location if you are bringing a boat. Much more convenient having the boat in the slip vs keeping in a marina. The unit we rented was in good shape. New furniture in the living room, but could use a bigger TV. The mattresses in the bedrooms are uncomfortable and squeak a lot. The bathrooms could use some updating. Slow water pressure from the showers and old lighting above. Kitchen has all amenities needed and in great shape. Overall it was a great stay, just a few things that need updated.

We bought a air mattress and put it on the pull out mattress and within 5 minutes it was punctured in 3 places - money down the drain! The hair dryers do not work nor do the bath exhaust fans. There was plenty of space for our group besides the sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was nice and the washer/dryer was convenient.

This property was okay. It was outdated, not as clean as expected, and did not provide a lot of essentials. We had one small fry pan with no lid, a few dishes, and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and when I asked for additional TP, I was told that we were to bring our own which was listed in the agreement, but I still thought they could provide enough for a couple of days since there were six of us staying five nights. However, for $400/evening, I guess you get what you pay for.

We stayed here for 6 nights, first time our family has been to Key West and what a great time we had! The condo was nicely stocked with essentials and we enjoyed the nice pool. The condo is quaint and has a vintage feel which is what we wanted but could use some upgrades in the bathroom. Quiet and No fuss! Washer and dryer made the stay extra comfortable. Our balcony had beautiful sunrise views and was very private. The staircase to the pool from our balcony was very nice! We are looking forward to returning next year! There is a fire station across the street so from time to time we heard sirens but not for long and not a bother!

Our large family stayed here and we were pleased with the location which was right on the city marina and we saw amazing sunrises every morning. This property has 16 units so it is a very intimate which is what we needed. We loved the washer and dryer in the unit also! There is a manatee in the marina that visits in the morning. The room was spacious and the kitchen large. The bathrooms could use some upgrades, and the floor in the outside corridor needs repair. We loved the private spiral staircase to the pool and parking area and we used it more than the elevator. The staff was very friendly.The patio was very large overlooking the nice clean pool. We were a short walk to the happenings in Duval Street and Smathers Beach. We would drive 5 min to Fort Zachary Beach. We didn’t want to leave and will be back as soon as we can.
