This renovated Old Town estate is designed for the real downtown experience in the Conch Republic, but in a large home-base all your own. SWEET HOME ANGELITA is located right in Old Town, half a block away from Duval Street and smack dab in the center of the entertainment district. You couldn't be any closer to the late-night scene and attractions of downtown. Fair warning... It can get a little noisy out there! SWEET HOME ANGELITA was renovated into two apartments which are offered together in this dual-home compound. You'll have two living rooms, two full kitchens, two sets of washer/dryers, and plenty of space for your group both in shared areas and private accommodations. You won't need a car, but should you decide to bring one you will have one spot in the driveway. THE LIVING AREAS AND KITCHENS... SWEET HOME ANGELITA is a combination of two apartments: one upstairs, and one downstairs. Each apartment has its own living area and kitchen. As you enter either the upstairs or downstairs living areas, you are greeted with a modern tropical feeling in the light-filled living room with tall ceilings and high end finishes. There are large flat screen TVs in spacious living areas with plenty of seating. The sofas pulls out to sleeper beds to sleep extra guests in a pinch. Off of the living areas, each upscale kitchen is fully equipped with all the high-end tools and appliances you'll need to whip up a meal at home (if you can resist the temptation of all of the famous Key West restaurants within walking distance, that is.) There are dining areas both upstairs and downstairs for the group to gather or spread out. The front and back of the home have doors to the wrap-around decks, both upstairs and downstairs, for you to enjoy your morning coffee and some prime Old Town Key West people watching. THE ACCOMMODATIONS... The accommodations of SWEET HOME ANGELITA are designed to accommodate either a family or several couples comfortably. First Floor • Bedroom #1: King bed, full closet, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. • Bedroom #2: Two Twins OR One King bed, full closet, flat screen TV, direct access to the back covered patio, and direct access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Second Floor • Bedroom #3: Queen bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. • Bedroom #4: Queen bed, flat screen TV, direct access to the wrap around deck, and access to the shared full bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower. • Bedroom #5: King bed, flat screen TV, direct access to the wrap around deck, and access to the shared full bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower. ALL LAST KEY VACATION HOMES INCLUDE: • Washer and Dryer • Central Heat and A/C • Ceiling Fans • Flat Screen TVs in Living Room and All Bedrooms • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Basic stock of spices • Starter supply of paper products • Starter set of cleaning products • Linens and Towels provided • Wireless high-speed Internet access and full cable included In addition, this fully stocked home also includes, but is not limited to the amenities on this list: • Private Gated and Landscaped Outdoor Patio • Off-street Parking in Driveway Other notes: • Interim housekeeping provided upon request • This property will accommodate up to 13 adults • Pets Allowed • Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

The space was perfect for our group of 9. We had plenty of room and the house was clean and well appointed. The location is great, being walking distance to many things Key West offers. Previous reviews mentioned noise..I guess there were pros and cons with the noise. Yes the fans at the restaurant next door were annoying at times when sitting on the porches. We actually enjoyed the music coming from the restaurants at night though. We all recommend.

The inside of the house was excellent. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space for everyone and ample space for group gatherings. The only downside was the bar next door had a fan or vent running 24 hours a day and was very loud. The noise did not prevent anyone from sleeping but made it difficult for the group to hang on the porches and talk. It was hard to hear each other.

We really enjoyed this spot. It was in the perfect location in close proximity to the nightlife off Duval! It is very close to Mangoes so it is to be expected that you can hear music, but that did not bother us one bit. The property manager Kendra was so easy to contact with any questions and this helped me to prepare everyone for checkout and anything else we needed. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great home with awesome space for 8. Walk to all attractions and Duval street, which is the tourist street for bars/restaurants. Live bands can be heard until about Midnight so be prepared for late nights, but we had a blast. Greg was super nice and had great communication.

Place was beautiful and well kept. Defiantly in a great area to be so close to duval however the downfall is how noisy it is at night. You will definitely hear the bar’s live band until midnight along with the end of the night people walking down the street and talking, and if it’s trash night and you have the guys we did they were yelling and screaming to talk to one another around 5am. Didn’t get a lot of sleep due to it not being real sound prof or any barriers but the management people were awesome and extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely rent again from there just would pick another location they have so we could sleep better because I’m too old to not get sleep LOL

We stayed at sweet home Angelita for a 30th birthday and engagenent and it was amazing. The pictures dont do this place justice and the location is perfect. We had 13 people so rented the whole house and with the pull out sofa's we had plenty of room. Greg was great and Chad made setting up a private boat trip simple. Thank you all and we will be back!

The pictures don't do this place justice - This is an awesome home!! There are 5 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor, and 3 more on the second - all were beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Hardwood floors throughout. Beds were super comfy. The house is about a block away from Duval so very convenient to the main "attractions". The manager Greg was super friendly and checked in throughout to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could give this house more than 5 stars I would - we loved it here! We would definitely stay here again!!

Everything about the house, from check in, to cleanliness, to location, to check out, was wonderful. We had enough room for everyone, and the location right off Duval can’t be beat. The only thing that would help is having a wheelchair ramp, perhaps on the side of the porch. That would help persons who use wheelchairs, or even parents with sleeping children in strollers, access the house more easily. I would love to rent the house the next time we are in Key West.
