Fully Renovated This is a Luxury Executive 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Penthouse. Our kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances and a Keurig Coffee station with frothier. The interior features a dedicated work station, faux shutter doors on the bedroom and bathroom for privacy, Ship lap accent walls, vaulted ceilings and nautical colors. This 1 bedroom condo is considered to be very large by Key West Standards. 2 sets of Patio Doors opening on to the Balcony that provides a peek of the ocean, King Size Bed and a Queen Size Murphy Bed, Large well equipped Kitchen. Our renovated bathroom features a "Couples walk in shower" (the shower heads both operate at the same time or individually.) We offer: - Dedicated work area - Secure High Speed Wireless internet - Local and long distance telephone for continental USA and Canada. - Printer - 2 Adult bicycles (The Best Way to Explore our little Island) _ 2 Comfy chairs on the balcony - Central A/C - High quality Bedding and Linens. - Stainless Steel appliances. - Full size Washer and Dryer - 2 Large Smart TV's ( Living area and Bedroom) - HD Cable - Assigned garage parking for 1 vehicle (Oversized vehicles and Golf Carts have to park outside) - Pool - Hot tub - Gym - Sauna - Private natural beach area - Picnic/Grilling area - Tennis courts ( 1 clay court and 2 regular) - Laid back Costal Decor - Stunning Courtyard with lots of little surprises, here you will see that Orchids do grow on trees! This is our little piece of Paradise! It should be noted that NOT everyone here is on vacation there are many full time residents so it is important to be considerate and respectful understanding that not everyone is in vacation mode. If you are looking for something a little wild this may not be the space for you.

Our family of four was visiting the Florida National Parks and wanted to stay in Key West for a few nights. This condo was fabulous! So clean, comfy, and everything was very well appointed. The kitchen was one of the nicest and well stocked kitchens of all the many places we’ve stayed over the years. Sherri was very responsive the few times we needed her. The location was nice and quiet but just minutes from all the action. Our teens loved having the bikes to ride around and the beach by the pool we found to be nicer than the pictures. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

This was perfect for our first time in Key West! Great amenities and location was close enough to everything by short car or bike ride. Having the bikes and hot tub really sold it for us! The host Sherri was easy to get a hold of when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Loved it! Great location, condo amenities and pool were incredible and has a section of sandy beach to relax in lounge chairs. Comfy bed and a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. We parked the car in the reserved deck parking and rode the bikes all over town most of movie stay. For us, the bikes really made the trip. Key West was very accessible by bike. Next time, we'll bring tennis rackets to make use of the onsite courts. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone bound for Key West. One note, the property is a residence and more suited to adults which in actuality makes for a better overall experience for couples getaways. The property is well kept and the condo was immaculate. Thanks Sherri for opening your home to us, we had a great time!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. We stayed here for our honeymoon and would not hesitate to come back if we had the chance. Sherri sets the bar high as far as communication goes and the check in instructions were exact and thorough. The pool was gorgeous and everything in the condo felt luxurious and high end. Nothing was lacking in the area of necessities. This is a great place for people who stay in key west but want a little more peace and quiet, however all the action is a short car or bike ride away. The parking space and bikes were an added bonus. I encourage those coming to key west to consider this space.

The place is very nice, great matress and an awesome shower. Parking is inside and the location is perfect to restaurants and the water. Pool facility is also amazing!

Condo was well furnished with anything we needed, even if we didn't know when we booked what we would need. From pool floaties to beach bags to cooler, and of course, bikes. Washer and dryer, beach towels, and any kitchen tool, whatever we needed. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit.

Sherri was extremely responsive if we had questions leading up to our trip. Check-in was easy and we walked into a welcoming and very clean condo. The decor was beachy and enjoyable. The beds are comfortable. Everything in the house was labeled, making finding the lights easy. We had packed a couple things that we ended up not needing because they were already in the condo (extra beach towels, fish and laundry detergent). Check-out was easy and we miss the condo already! We will definitely look to stay at this or another one of their locations! Thank you for a great week!

I can’t say enough amazing things about the property. The owners provide everything you possibly could need. Extremely clean and decor is awesome!! Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Both beds are comfortable. I loved the location, so easy to get around by bike or car. The pool is beautiful! Stayed at this condo for 3 nights with my family of 4 (kids 6 and 9). Condo was clean and loved the updated kitchen and bath. Beds were comfortable and couch was large enough for my 6 year old to sleep there. Pool was large but beach wasn’t really usable for kids except for the soft sand area (water too far to make a sandcastle). Only thing to be aware of is that there are several more senior residents who use the pool and there are strict rules of no music, horseplay, inflatables (noodles allowed), and no frisbees. If you have “active” kids then this isn’t t he pool for you but we were happy with the calm atmosphere and since it is so large we could find our own space. The location is about 15-20 min to old town which worked fine for us as we didn’t mind getting out of the hustle and bustle.

Condo was beautiful - pictures were very accurate but didn’t do it justice! Very clean and had a lot of extras provided for your use — which is great so you don’t have to bring anything!! Sherri was a fantastic host — made last minute accommodations for us, was very communicative since the day we booked, check in was smooth, and left detailed instructions - which eliminates the need to reach out during our stay. Location was quiet and away from the downtown guests. Amenities on the grounds were beautifully maintained - we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and workout room. And everyone we encountered were so pleasant and helpful! Would definitely go back here again! Thanks for making our anniversary getaway fantastic!!

We loved our stay! It was our first visit to Key West. The condo was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The condo location was great and everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. We spent many hours at the pool and found everyone we met to be very friendly. The pool and hot tub does close at sunset. The condo owners provided us with great information about the area and made check in so easy. All my questions were quickly answered. We have a GREAT visit and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Attitudes. The place was very clean and very well equipped and comfortable! We enjoyed the porch each evening and liked having bikes to ride into town. Would recommend this place if you are staying in Key West!

We stayed three nights, and wish we had had more time. The Condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It offered all the amenities one would want for a longer stay, and everything was in excellent condition. Sherri was extremely pleasant to work with and we will definitely be coming back.

Condo was truly exceptional! High end everything, pool area was WOW and host was friendly (even when I called with a silly question). We have already booked another stay and can't wait!! (Labels on the light switches saying what they did were very handy and thoughtful!)
