Cleanliness in room, all encounters with staff, breakfast variety options, buffet dinner variety and quality on Friday evening was excellent and also good value for money.
Noise at night time, poor noise cancelling windows in the room. Rooftop pool smaller than advertised, too busy and congested. Breakfast quality on Sunday morning was inferior to Saturday's. Wagamama's food quality next door was also subpar.

It was very central to everything
The pool area on the roof was very overcrowded at times and the sunbeds were too close together

the location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean, and the sea view and terrace were lovely.
It is worth mentioning, that Christiana at the front desk is exceptional, very helpful as was the waitress at the upper deck in the evening (worked on 7/28).
The evening staff at reception on 7/16 and at the upper deck restaurant were awful. I found the waiter to be extremely rude and uncooperative, and the gentleman who checked me in difficult, and inflexible. Once the manager intervened the check in was smooth.
