Beautiful and grand. As soon as you enter the lobby you can feel the grandeur as if I am transported to a different place
Im not definite if this is accurate, but the preference given to a Chinese customer who cut the que whilst checking in. Surely there should be fairness provided to every guest

Room was clean and spacious
Medley Restaurant had an enormous selection for breakfast
Staff were friendly and polite.
The indoor beach was CLOSED for renovations. But nothing mentioned about the closure when booking.
Hence, pool overcrowdedand, due to indoor beach being closed.
Everything is overpriced, then doubled.
Outdoor pool has little shaded seating.
Incidental deposit of 5k per night, takes between 2 and 4 MONTHS to be refunded.
The AUDACITY to hold on to deposits for so long, just so the hotel can earn interest from your deposit
