Wonderful family apartment in walking distance of Vatican City

Linda met us upon check in. Gave us a little tour of the apartment and showed us how to use the facilities. She contacted us mid point of holiday to check in with us and was overall very polite, friendly and knowledgable. Her apartment was local to many places to eat, shops and Vatican City. Other places are a metro away. The apartment is very clean, modern, beds are all comfortable and the air con on point! Especially if you travel during heat waves like we did.

Loved it. A great home in Rome!

The property was closely located near the Vatican, 2 mins to the Metro and in a very safe neighbourhood and building. Linda was an incredible host and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous!!!

Linda and her apartment are wonderful!!! We loved our stay there. So comfortable and all the amenities that you need. The beds were so comfortable and so nice to wash and dry laundry. Apartment was close to everything. Great coffee shop on the corner. Thank you Linda for your hospitality. ❤️

A fantastic apartment in a superb location

- The host, Linda - It was as good as it looked in the photographs - We felt safe and secure - It was beautifully presented - The two bathrooms are superb and the bedrooms are large - The views from the windows are not great but it doesn’t really matter because you are within a few minutes walk of some great stuff.

These are very small points but: - the bedrooms had little green security lights to show you where the door is but these were very bright at night - the kitchen/living room would have benefited from additional comfortable seating (there is one sofa with room only for two)

Beautiful apartment 10 min walking to Vatican and Basilica St Peter. All facilities included (towels, bathrooms, kitchen). The host was very nice and personally met us to show the apartment and to explain everything. Highly recommend for a short city break staying in Rome.

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious with all the needed facilities. Linda is awesome!

The location is great to use as a base to explore Rome. The area is busy, but safe, and a few hundred metres from the Vatican. Easy access to transport, shopping, restaurants of all types and budgets. Also Mercato Trionfale is in walking distance, and is well worth the visit for amazing local produce.

What a great little apartment. Great hostess, clean, neat and tidy apartment. Situated in a hood area, with walking distance to the metro, Vatican and local grocery stores. We really enjoyed our stay. Lindi, the hostess is absolutely fabulous!

Our Best Booking

Perfect stay!

This apartment is amazing! Linda has thought of everything you might need during your stay. The air conditioning is COLD, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the showers are huge, there is a washer and a DRYER, all the kitchen items you need (including a dishwasher). The entire space is spotless and looks exactly like the pictures. The location is perfect - 10 minutes to the Vatican, less than 5 minutes to a Metro station and bus stops to get the other parts of Rome that are a bit further (don't be afraid of public transportation in Rome, it's clean, safe and easy to navigate). Linda is super helpful - she arranged private drivers for us, provided restaurant recommendations and told me where to go to get something printed. She also checks in with you via Whatsapp to see if you need anything. Seriously, if this apartment is available for your dates, stop reading and book it now!

Great location! Walking distance to many things, including shops, restaurants, and Vatican City. A little further to the Colosseum area but still a nice walk. Very comfortable and lovely apartment! Was an added bonus to have the washing machine. Our host Linda was super friendly and helpful as well. Checking in on us and communicating since booking. She also helped us book a private transfer to and from the airport and train station which was very helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Location was great, we felt safe at all times and could walk to St. Peter's Square, restaurants, shops, etc. It was easy to explore the area on foot. Plus, we loved having TVs in all of the rooms. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were large and the A/C and wi-fi worked great. Plus, we felt like locals. I'd stay here again if visiting Rome. Also, we loved the cappucino and food at Luma Bistro downstairs.

We tried to store our luggage since we arrived early and check in was late in the day. However, we had six bags and while Linda recommended nearby luggage storage places, they were all full. So, we were limited to being able to go off and explore.

A perfect place to stay in Rome

Very clean, spatious, well-equipped apartment at a great location in Rome! The host is also super nice and friendly. The apartment was also very silent, you can't hear the street noise at all.

The bed mattresses were a bit soft to our taste. Everything else was literally perfect.

Rainfall showerheads in both bathrooms were blocked so didn't work well, but there was a second shower head that could be used in each. One towel per person, a second towel each when staying a few nights would be great. Couch very small when there is more than 2 people. Lipstick stain on one wine glass provided.

Very peaceful and comfy stay :)

We have visited Rome and stayed 6 days with my family and 2 of our friends. The house was located in a perfect location, just 30 meters from the Ottaviano metro station which you can use to reach almost all tourist attractions. Vatican City is just 100-150 meters away so you can easily walk for visiting Vatican City. Besides, there are many proper pizza restaurants and other kinds of restaurants around. There are two bathrooms in the apartment which gives you chance to stay together as 2 families. 2 bedrooms both are quite spacious, the beds are very comfy, you can use external blinders outside of the window, even though the apartment is in a central location it was silent too, so you can have perfect sleep during your stay. The Host, Linda was so helpful and caring starting from our booking till we left the apartment. Thank you Linda for making it possible to have a nice vacation in Rome!

Perfection!

Everything! The location is fabulous! It’s very close to the subway to make getting around really easy, but it doesn’t feel touristy. Linda is absolutely great! She was so helpful and caring. When traveling to Rome, we’ll always stay here!

Brilliant stay at the Vatican Royal Apartment

The property was comfortable for 6 people and we loved that we had two bathrooms for our family. It was a great location, within really close walking distance of the Vatican, and also next to a metro stop which made it very easy to get around the city. Our host was incredibly friendly and communicative, would recommend to anyone.

The location is great, you are close to many popular tourist sites in the Vatican City in walking distance There are many restaurants in the area that you can chose from The kitchen has all you need for you to cook if you want to and last but the most important - Linda, the host - she has provided us with lots of usefull info and always helped us with our requests

I can't wait to go back, I discovered an excellent restaurant nearby.

The host was extremely kind and offered me support in any circumstance, I communicated very well before accommodation and during the holidays, the apartment was very spacious for my family and my parents in total 5 people, very useful the 2 bathrooms, I highly recommend!

Pleasant

Location is very good and also the apartment structure.

The owner’s attitude was very inconvenient. At the check-out, we were packing and she entered the apartment checking all the furniture, rooms, wardrobes. She did not wait for us to get out and we felt kicked out of the place with our privacy invaded. Very compelling and inelegant.
