This condo is located in the heart of downtown Wilmington on S. Front Street at Muters Alley. The deck overlooks the Cape Fear River, the USS North Carolina Battleship, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, water taxis and & tours, & Anne Bonnie's Bar & Grill located on a floating barge. The riverwalk is less than a block away. Nearby attractions include carriage tours, history tours, ghost tours, historic home tours, river tours by boat, boat rentals, rooftop bars, live music, festivals, & more! Remodeled in 2018. This is a vacation rental property. Guests have full use of entire condominium. We are available anytime via AirBNB app or text/phone in case of emergency. This condo is located in the heart of downtown Wilmington on South Front Street at Muters Alley. The large back deck overlooks the Cape Fear River, the USS North Carolina Battleship, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, multiple water taxis and water tours, as well as Anne Bonnie's Bar & Grill located on a floating barge. The famed Wilmington riverwalk is less than a block away. Amazing dining options & nightlife exist throughout the surrounding area. Nearby attractions include carriage tours, history tours, ghost tours, historic home tours, river tours by boat, boat rentals, rooftop bars, live music, festivals, and more! Take a leisurely ride through historic downtown Wilmington on the FREE Downtown Trolley! Catch the Trolley at designated stops or, flag down the Trolley to board anywhere along its route. The water taxi stops nearby and makes runs between the battleship and convention center in season. Kitchen/Living: This unit features a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen was remodeled in 2018 with new appliances, counters, wall to ceiling subway tile backsplash. A Keurig coffee maker is provided with assorted K-cups. The breakfast bar has 5 stools. There is a 65" 4K Smart TV (Roku OS) in the living room, ceiling fan, as well as a love seat and pull out couch that sleeps two. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has 12 foot ceilings, huge windows, a ceiling fan, walk in closet, king size bed, and en-suite full bath. This room has windows overlooking Front Street. 39" Roku TV. Second Bedroom: This room features a queen size bed, large dresser, 55" 4K Roku "smart" TV, & large closet, & ceiling fan. The hall bathroom can be accessed from inside this room as well. The window in this room faces toward water street and has a view of the river. 55" 4K Roku TV Parking: We provide parking passes for TWO vehicles in the private lot immediately behind this condo. Renter is responsible for displaying the pass at all times on the lot and leaving it behind at check-out. There are multiple other public parking facilities nearby. If you need additional parking we recommend the City of Wilmington deck at 115 Market St (intersection of Market and 2nd streets) for any extra vehicles you need to park. This deck is $1 per hour with an $8 per day maximum. Wedding/Event Venues: This condo is a short walk from many popular venues including Riverwalk Landing, The River Room, The Loft on Front, The Atrium, & The Penthouse. The city of Wilmington allows private boats to dock at the municipal docks on the river for up to 14 days. These are a 5 minute walk away. . For information about cost/reservations visit The "Port City Marina" is nearby as well and is another option for your boat, you can walk, drive, or take the water taxi to & from this marina. We do not have any trailer parking available. You would need to park your boat trailer at another location. Wi-Fi: We have high speed internet from the local cable company. Typical speed is 60-100mbps. PLEASE NOTE: This condo is located in a vibrant downtown area. The owner has NO control over outside noise. Music is played outdoors in downtown Wilmington at many rooftop bars, festivals, and from other establishments. We provide top rated "white noise" machines for early or light sleepers. This is not an issue for most of our guests or us...(we stay here often) but we want to be transparent that on most evenings the area is bustling until late. We do not provide early check out, credits, or refunds due for music or other outside noise as it is inherent to this popular downtown and historic building. Rental Agreement Required

This place was a perfect location, much more room than pictured!

This place was perfect for our visit with our adult children. All of the restaurants/bars are very walkable. The beds were very comfortable. It is above a couple of noisy restaurants but we didn’t hear a thing with the white noise machines provided. We didn’t really get to enjoy the outdoor deck very much because it was so cold for our trip. We would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive.

The property was very nice. We rented this place for Christmas and it’s right near everything in downtown Wilmington. My only complaint is that it is a little loud as it’s right above a bar, which we knew about before we booked. It was just a little louder than I had expected, however, I’m a very light sleeper so that doesn’t help either. The sound machines really helped a lot. This place had everything too which was great. For example, they supplied you with laundry detergent, dish soap, and dish washer detergent. This place is perfect for visiting the riverwalk and is close proximity to everything. Also, it’s really nice that you get two parking passes. One last thing I will mention is the stairs to get to the property. The stairs are a bit difficult to climb if you’re older so just keep that in mind when deciding to book. There is a railing which makes it easier. My 69 year old father just had to go slow up and down them but he was able to climb them.

We were in town for the Ironman competition. The unit was exactly as it looked online. The parking was convenient and a big plus for our stay. The location was close to everything and the white noise machines made the nightlife noise a non-issue, we all slept well! I spoke to Brandon before our arrival, and he was very easy going and great to work with. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Property was very clean and had all the amenities. Comfortable beds and couch. I wish I had known about the outside steps going up to second level condo. I’m older and this was difficult but I loved the inside and porch with a view.

Can’t beat the location! If you plan on staying up late and being close to all the bars and restaurants in downtown Wilmington then this place is for you! Could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was a great stay!

Just as described by the host and others that have stayed. apartment was well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials and plenty of towels. Family really enjoyed all aspects. Music at night is not a problem if you have IPod with great headphones for sleeping. I have to say, it added to the charm of the place!

The location can't be beat. Beautiful river views and in the heart of the downtown area. It is convenient to everything - ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, and cute shops. We parked our car and except for a trip to Carolina Beach did not need to use it. We would stay here again.
The property needs a little attention - a small leak in the bathroom sink and the ice dispenser needs attention.

Great Spot in the heart of downtown. Clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable beds. The LED party lights under the bar were a nice touch 👌. Thought it could be loud due to location but it wasn’t - score!

It was a great location unfortunately the weather wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the outside space but we loved the location we walked to the venue and to restaurants and bars.

We stayed here for a work convention instead of a hotel. location was great, getting in and out was easy, parking work perfect. The location is above 2 bars Monday seemed to be the busy night at those places. The noise didnt bother us.

Great property and perfect location in the heart of Wilmington next to Cape Fear river and many great restaurants. Older condo remodeled but needs some areas to fix. Would rent again we loved it! Owner was helpful!

We wanted sun and seafood and thanks to the deck with river views and southern exposure had plenty of both. We're already planning another visit in fall.

Brandon, the host, does a good job developing the expectation regarding the condo's overall condition and its relative location to potential street noise. They also provide good white noise machines to assist with potential street noise. The condo and location was perfect for us and our objectives. We had a short, but good experience.

Great location!
The condo was very nicely decorated and you can't beat a parking spot directly in front of the unit downtown. My only complaint would be the hardwood floors throughout the condo definitely need to be redone; they were loose and felt unstable. The downtown noise was much noisier than expected, although not a huge problem with the noise machines & earplugs provided. Our 1 year old slept through everything just fine. The location, although loud, is part of why it is so great, you're in the middle of it all! The restaurants, shops and entertainment are all within walking distance. The outdoor deck is nice too; very comfortable and a good view of the riverwalk.

Great place to watch the sunset
Really a nice apartment in the perfect part of town. Yes the bar below can get noisy so if you want to be in bed by 9p this might not be the best option. But if you're looking for a nice apartment to spend a few days in Wilmington and enjoy the nightlife this is a great spot. Comfortable beds nice bathrooms and a nicely stocked kitchen just seal the deal. Enjoy some drinks on the deck watching the sunset and you really can't complain.

The other nights the white noise machines were sufficient. We honestly could not have asked for a better stay. Pro Tip: Be sure to try the switch at the end of the kitchen peninsula at night. It was a great surprise given we were there for NYE!

Everything was exceedingly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host definitely cares about you having a great stay. The location is amazing for downtown and affords spectacular views. Yes there was some noise from downstairs but given the fair warning in the description we were well prepared with noise cancelling headphones which we only ended up needing one night. The other nights the white noise machines were sufficient. We honestly could not have asked for a better stay. Pro Tip: Be sure to try the switch at the end of the kitchen peninsula at night. It was a great surprise given we were there for NYE!
