Zeer sfeervol ingericht
Schoon en netjes
Goede centrale locatie

Great location, close to everything!
The room was really big and had tons of amenities for each of us.

Praticamente tutto.
Un un’unica segnalazione negativa: la domenica mattina l’acqua era solamente fredda (sia doccia che lavabo).

Location:
The hotel is located next to the Bargello Museum. We can take a short walk to almost every where.
Breakfast:
The breakfast is served by a bar called La Badia. It is not so good as a 4 star hotel should have. Basically u can have a croissant, a cup of coffee, a glass of orange juice(not fresh one) and a sandwich.
Room:
The room is very clean and comfortable. The daily cleaning service is very professional. One thing needs to be mentioned here. The isolation is good, u cannot hear the noice from neighbors. But during weekend the noice from the people outside the building is extreme. It is better to prepare a pair ear plug when u have problem to fall into sleep.
breakfast is point to be considered to be improved.

Superb location, supported personal, simple and clear direction how to get there, how to open all doors, picture of the main door helping us to identify appartment. Housekeeping everyday, new towels when needed, clean cot for our daughter.
Irregular water flow in sink.

The location was in the heart of the city and it was super nice! It felt like we were coming home to our own apartment!
The only thing I will say is that because it’s in the heart of the city, it’s noisy at night. So if you are a light sleeper, the city isn’t where you need to stay! Everything else was perfect!

The location, the place, everything was amazing.

Beautiful and rare-find place which makes you feel fully emerged into the historical past of the city. Each room is a piece of art on its own. A beautiful fusion of modern and antique architectural statement pieces and designs. The staff were most welcoming and helpful, breakfast with classical music was wonderful.

Amazing stay! Location was absolutely perfect. Decor of the room was gorgeous. Comfortable size, with big bathroom and wardrobe space. Breakfast in nearby cafe was ideal, delicious Italian breakfast. Couldn't recommend this accomodation more!
Nothing, it was perfect!

location.
To noisy, late night and early morning. No parking or agreement with garage, no possible to book! Very small bathroom. We had problem with washer and water pressure.

Good location, lovely building, room was cool given how hot it was and we were surprised to see. washing machine!
the shower would stop working and run out of water if you were in there for more than a minute! the room had almost no natural light so it was really dark,

Fantastic location, near to the Dome and Uffizi. The rooms are huge. That is all the positive things, I can tell.
We wanted a hotel, it is not a hotel. This is an apartmanhouse. There is no reception, only cleaning. Breakfast is in a bar 200 m far away. You can eat 1 croissant or 1 sandwich, drink the usual breakfast drinks,, that's all. If you want more, you must pay.
But the greatest problem is, that the photos of the rooms look totally different, than reality. We expected a charming mediterranean enterieur mixed with new and nicely renovated antique furnitures, and some nice accessories. The rooms in the reality are dark, the furnishing is poor. There are many things, that you can see on the picture, but you can not find. Eg. there was a sofa on the picture, but the only reason, why it was on the picture to hide the old, loud airconditioner, that does not look pretty. Anyway, the condensation water comes into a pot. If the pot is full, you must pour out. I ordered 1 bedroom apartman, but there is no living room. The other room does not looked like a living room. It is a 2nd room with a small sofa bed. It would have been better to put a normal bed into this room and forget the living room thing.
Maybe other rooms looks much nicer, but this apartman does not meet our expectations.

It was unexpected quite in the middle of the old town. Very helpful and friendly staff (Justyna).

great location, easy to walk to various areas within Florence. spacious layout. to note for light sleepers, it can be noisy in the early morning with service vehicles. really appreciated the staff member justina who helped us out during our stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location, on a very quiet street. Our junior suite included breakfast at a nearby bistro and it was outstanding. A perfect beginning to each day! Daily housekeeping was very much appreciated.
We were "living/working" in the room for 9 days so it was very important that the wifi was strong. It wasn't. It often stopped working, especially in the evening when we needed it most (our on-line meetings were in Canada...6 hours behind). Due to the extreme heat, the air conditioning was so-so but given the age of the building, we were okay with it.

AQA Palace was an absolute gem. It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. This stay exceeded my expectations. It was conveniently located and central to everything. We loved our stay and will come back whenever we’re in Firenze. Thank you!!

Super friendly and helpful staff before the stay with giving codes etc to get in. The place is super central and within 5 minute walk to duomo, bed very comfy, and just overal great room and views on the terrace also. Good that there was also coffee machine we could use. Great stay and think we got a great deal in terms of price!
Would've been nice to see what breakfast was offered. Not a negative though.
