Good location and clean basic room

Very convenient location next to the station. Basic room but clean and newly refurbished.

Lift only to the first floor, we were on the third. Reception was closed when we arrived in the evening, so we had to call and wait to be let in the building (although not for too long). Room basics were there, but we were told they had just been refurbished so hopefully other details will be added (e.g. bedside table lighting)

Ottima scelta per visita a Firenze

Albergo in buona posizione a Firenze, abbastanza vicino alla stazione ma in una zona abbastanza tranquilla. Personale molto disponibile e camera confortevole. Ideale per un breve soggiorno a Firenze. Colazione non disponibile nella struttura ma possibilità di fare colazione in un vicino 4*.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, la gentilezza del personale e la camera anche se piccola, ma completa

Posizione della mia camera a 10cm dall'uscita dell'ascensore, colazione non disponibile, ma subito avvertito che potevo farla in hotel convenzionato(non usufruita).

Bueno, pero no todas las habitaciones son del mismo nivel

Dentro del mismo viaje regresamos al hotel dada nuestra buena experiencia anterior y necesitabamos una opción cercana a la estación del tren.

Sin embargo la habitación que nos tocó no fue del todo cómoda, se encontraba limpia y cama cómoda, pero sus paredes se veian deterioradas y el baño muy antiguo con un WC alto e incómodo y una ducha que contaba solo con una cortina, lo que no es acorde a un hotel de este precio.

Buena opción precio-calidad

Ubicación práctica si deseas estar cerca de la estación de tren. el duomo queda a 10 minutos caminando. Cuenta con un restaurante al lado y varias otras alterantivas para comer cerca. habitación adecuada.

Sin opción de desayuno en hotel.

GREAT STAFF AND CLEAN ROOM

room was clean and they provided basic necessities including coffee, towels, water (which is excellent). the room was clean and neat. great staff.

Great location w Versace wall paper

It was the biggest room that we have stayed in Italy. It had a walking closet and a spacious bathroom. It had multiple plugins on the walls so we could charge our phones at the same time when we arrived to the room. The room was clean and we found everything that a person could need during their two-night stay. It is walking distance to all significant places in Firenze. The staff was always smiling and helpful.

I didn’t like the fan noise that comes from the bathroom. Whenever we turned the lights on the fan would run with a noise. At night times, we used our phone lights to not to wake up our kid.

Отличный отель, рекомендую. Отель прям в 5 минутах от ж/д вокзала, что очень удобно. Улица спокойная, тихая без вокзальной атмосферы. Работники ресепшен отработали на отлично. Дали карту города, подсказали как более грамотно осмотреть город, угостили кофе. На наши просьбы и пожелания отреагировали быстро и с улыбкой. Номер нам предоставили свежий после ремонта( мы в нем первые ) . Номер прекрасный, теплый и уютный. В номере есть все необходимое, не было утюга. Попросили утюг, дали без вопросов, за что большое спасибо. Сотрудники отеля очень приятные и гостеприимные. Будем рекомендовать друзьям этот отель.

Понравилось всё, даже больше чем мы ожидали .

Amazing!

Excellent location, close to everything. Tidy, clean room, with kettle and Netflix! What I liked most was the kindness and friendliness of the receptionists, who helped me whenever I needed it!

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower drain didn't drain the water, I think it was blocked. For this reason, the box got very wet.

Clean rooms and good value for money

Very near SMN train station and only a few minutes’ away from the city centre- clean rooms and convenient location for a one night’s stay in Florence. Staff very kind and helpful

Più che soddisfacente

Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza e la disponibilità da parte dello Staff, pronto alle esigenze e a dare tutte le indicazioni richieste. L'hotel ha una posizione buonissima, è vicino alla stazione (ma non troppo per essere disturbati) e vicino al centro storico. La stanza non era grande ma era dotata di tutti i comfort compreso il bagno privato e anche avendo la finestra sulla strada, io e la mia compagna abbiamo passato una notte serena e tranquilla. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della pulizia degli ambienti. Positivo è anche il fatto di poter depositare i bagagli prima di prendere possesso della camera e lasciarli anche dopo avere fatto il check-out.

Migliorerei l'arredamento (tavolo in camera e armadio) che sono assolutamente funzionali ma un po' datati. Nell'aprire e nel chiudere le ante si doveva forzare un pochettino col risultato di disturbare l'altro/a nel caso di un uso notturno.

Персонал, дают точные пояснения по проживанию. Завтрак отель не предлагает, но есть соглашение с соседним отелем в двух минутах ходьбы.

Нет такого, бронировал практически за день до заезда.

地理位置离各个景点步行即可前往，离火车站很近，去比萨非常方便，员工的服务也非常好，替我们做了能做的一切，包括我们需要在最后一晚之后的早晨前往机场，替我们预约了TAXI

浴室有点小，中间去房间的路程中有一段没有电梯

Décevant

L'emplacement idéal, proche de la gare, station tram et centre ville.

Chambre très petite, vieillotte, rideau plastique dans douche. Pas de frigo, pas bouilloire. Prix très élevé par rapport à qualité de la chambre. Pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, il faut se rendre dans un autre hôtel avec une participation de 10€ par personne.

Bel emplacement sans plus, trop dispendieux pour ce que nous avons eu.

Très petite chambre. Nous aurions aimé être informé qu’il y avait des travaux dans l’établissement car à 7:30 nous avons été réveillées par des bruits d’outils électriques dans le ciment, tres bruyant.

Superb

The location was great; very convenient to the train station. We only had to walk a short way to see the sites. Restaraunts and grocery store were both close by. The staff was very friendly with our children. They were very helpful, even with planning a day trip to another city.

The bathroom was narrow, but managable.

Very good

Staff was very friendly and able to tell us the best places to visit in the city. Nice clean room.

The room was noisy even when we turned off the air conditioning which we thought was the problem. Also while we were staying there there was construction going on outside.

Exceptional

Friendly and helpful staff, let us keep our staff till 2:00pm even though we checked out at 10:00am. Vadim in particular provided us with more information about where to go explore than the tourist info boxes by the station. Close to the station and they do personal late check ins, so you don't have to send your sensible information through unsafe means. Overall pretty nice experience, will definitely recommend to my friends

Good hotel with very friendly staff, perfect location

Location is perfect next to city centre and tram station (very easy travelling from/to airport). Staff was really nice and friendly! My room looked a bit old fashioned but I've had enough space and it was very clean. Easy access and elevator, good entrance for the night (after 12).
