Inspired by the Colorado Rockies, this unique property will awe you with its fashionable furnishings, hardwood flooring, custom made bathrooms and great decoration. Luxury linens, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs, cable, telephone and WiFi are just a few of the amenities you will enjoy. This large corner unit features a sitting room set up with flat screen TV and board games that normally turns into the family's hangout area. For this reason, corner units are a favorite of our returning guests! The balcony with beautiful patio furniture is a great place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing evening cocktail. FAQ: How do I get directions and check in instructions? Prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay. What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry tabs, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Any additional items not included above, food, drinks and any personal items will need to be purchased or brought along with you. A large supermarket is located minutes away. The store’s address, phone number and hours are in the welcome information packet, located in the unit.

The location was ideal for our activities in Orlando. The property was well maintained. I'm usually not a guy that cares about decor, but I appreciated that the theme was consistent throughout the property and it was cool and fun. Would definitely stay at again.

Condo was exactly what we were hoping for. It was fully stocked and had a few extras that really made the stay great. There was plenty of room for all of us and the area was quiet with plenty to do.

Quite easily the best vrbo we have rented! The space is beautifully decorated and very clean. The property itself is well kept and offers many amenities, including a beautiful pool area. Ana has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay and included many thoughtful extras. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Orlando!

Awesome Accomodations
Me and my family of six stayed for five days. We were in Orlando to attend a family reunion. The location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes away from everything. The accommodations were clean, everything was thought of. We were very comfortable and highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for accommodations. Loved it!!!

Great Property
We've stayed in several VRBO properties, none any nicer than this. Well maintained and nicely decorated. Everything we needed for a great vacation. Walgreens and Publix within walking distance. Nice pool, pool bar, and playground. Comfortable beds and couch. Plenty of eating and cooking space. Nice roomy shower and tub. TVs in each bedroom and a separate game room with a Wi. Quiet, private corner room. We had a wonderful time and hope to book this property again. Highly recommend.

Pleasant stay. Beautiful condo!
From the moment we booked, the property manager’s response time and communication/information made me realize we chose a good rental! When we got there, checking in through the gates was a piece of cake. The condo looked exactly like the photos, in fact better than the photos! Beautiful place to stay. Access to anything you could possibly need within just minutes. The unit had a nice and easy information set up, with a binder for nearby restaurants, grocery, or emergency locations including pediatrics (ya just never know when you may need those things — so I felt that was a great add), a basket with some goodies and some kitchen essentials were provided as well like coffee and creamer, paper plates, paper towels. Just small little touches that made for an easier first day of settling in.
I would absolutely book this unit or any other unit from ITZ vacation rentals again thanks to my great experience with the property manager and our clean, beautiful unit.

Stayed for a wonderful week! Condo was huge, comfy, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Property management provided all the info we needed in advance.

Mountain #208 @ Vista Cay
Wow - nicest and most spacious 3 bedroom condo we have stayed in Orlando area. Super well appointed with Mountain theme which isn't typical for Florida and has a very warm feeling. Open floor plan perfect for the family to spread out and have their own space. Super sized master bath. Very fine porch sitting area.

This condo is as nice as the photos on the website make it look! It was perfect for our family of 6 as we enjoyed our Florida vacation. We would absolutely stay here again 😊�
There were only a couple minor things we felt were missing... drinking glasses, for one. There were a ton of coffee cups, 5 juice glasses and a few stemless wine glasses... but nothing larger to drink water/tea/milk out of. The second thing that would have been helpful is a laundry basket for the laundry room. Finally, there was only one towel bar in each bathroom, so some extra hooks in the bathrooms for hanging damp bath towels would be ideal.

A lovely week equipped apartment
A really nice apartment with everything needed down to laundry tablets and dishwasher tablets . Great welcome pack Amazing comfortable beds. Very good location for Universal .
Only negative is the sofa bed which is really unusable so don't rely on it.

Everything we needed!
The Mountain condo was a perfect fit! We have stayed in Vista Cay for the past 3 years. This was our favorite unit so far! Having the 2 living room areas was perfect when we needed to separate the kids and adults. All the beach towels, laundry soap, dish soap, and hand soap were so helpful. The A/C worked great. Everything was clean. Wish we would have had more time to read or watch the movies available. Will definitely stay again.

Best Place to Stay in Orlando!
This was our second time to stay in one of the Vista Cay condos. If you are going to be staying in Orlando for more than a couple of days, this is the place to stay. The condo was in pristine condition and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed having plenty of room to spread out and relax while we were going back and forth to attractions. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, which saved a ton of money! The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. You can't go wrong here!

Fabulous condo! Child-friendly & clean.
This condo was a fabulous find for us. ITZ vacation properties were so wonderful to work from booking to check-out. They were even so patient as to send me photos of the pack and play to be sure it would work for our child! The condo was in immaculate condition and had details that I have rarely seen in other condos rented through VRBO/Homeaway. There was a sweet welcome basket/drinks when we arrived, a great deal of starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, sponges, soap dispensers, etc.), child-safe things (like high door lock on the exterior door), toys and child-safe plates for the kids to use, beach towels, pool equipment, videos, books and just a great living space. Our kids were too young to enjoy the wii but that was a nice addition. The beds were comfortable and each room had darkening curtains (super important so that the littles still sleep well). The condo itself was in a quiet area, the community had a lovely pool, great kiddie pool, game room, and even a small media center. It was convenient to Sea World and we just had a fabulous stay. When we return to this part of Orlando, we will stay in this condo again. Thank you, ITZ vacation, for a wonderful stay. Your professionalism, care for details, and customer service were greatly appreciate.

Great unit, lovely decor, well looked after & everything you need!
We had a fantastic time visiting Orlando! The unit is fabulous, plenty of space, beautifully furnished and maintained! We were a family of 4 who had another family join us. They live in Florida and commented that they would definitely return to the unit in the future.
It has everything you need and more! Everyone slept well in the beds, kitchen well stocked, separate family room for the kids was great!
Thank you to all involved for adding that unexpected luxury to our trip!

Very luxurious and beautiful condo
The "Mountain" condo in Vista Cay was perfect in every way. The description and pictures are very accurate. I'm a clean freak and the unit was in great condition. The owner/manager has done an awesome job in decorating and putting in high quality furnishings and linens. We would definitely stay in the Mountain unit again when we are in Orlando.

Awesome condo!
This condo was perfect! The unit was very nicely decorated and very clean. I honestly did not want to leave. It felt like home to me. Who ever did the interior decorating gets an A+. It is also very conveniently located to all of the attractions. I will rent this unit again.

Good Rental Property
The condo itself was very very nice. We had plenty of room and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. However, I was very disappointed with the noise from the condo above us. You could hear people walking around in the condo above us. Unfortunately, the people above us were up every night until midnight. One night they were up till 2 am. This was very frustrating as I am a light sleeper. My daughter had a dance competition and had to be up early three mornings. Again, the condo and the accommodations were excellent.
