The sliding door offers access to the private west-facing balcony with expansive views of the Wasatch Mountains and Park City Mountain Resort. The large couch also seconds as a pullout sofa bed, which can accommodate two (2) Guests. The open concept kitchen was also has been remodeled to modernize the property and to give it a homely and inviting feel. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and other small household appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, teakettle and more. A hot tub is available (winter months only) with a laundry room and storage on the ground floor for your ski equipment. Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during summer. Fans are provided. There is a parking lot and garage if space is available for your convenience. For those who plan to venture outside the downtown area, there is free transportation to Deer Valley, The Canyons, Olympic Park, Kimball Junction, or The Outlet Mall, which is the largest in Utah.
