Alles war super. Unterkunft, toll, Lage toll, Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit. Alles ganz unkompliziert!
Ein bisschen salziger Aufschnitt (Wurst) wäre toll für die, die kein "Süß" oder Käse mögen. Das ist aber konstruktive "Kritik" auf allerhöchstem Niveau. :-)

Close to the Vatican. Many good restaurants on the same street. On the fourth floor serviced by a lift so you couldn’t hear any noise from outside.
Ideal for a visit to Rome. Would stay again

The location is great, shops and restaurants nearby and walking distance to the Vatican and some other attractions (all the main attractions if you are a keen walker). We had stayed in other places in Rome and this stood out. The room we had was clean and very spacious, more so than expected, plus everything was in good working order unlike some places. The Continental Breakfast was great, delicious fresh bread, coffee etc. The host offers excellent value for money and we would definitely book again.

The location is near the Vatican and walking distance to many places in Rome. The room was large and spacious. It had great working air conditioning and the bathroom had plenty of space. There was closet space and a full length mirror available. All the toiletries you could possibly need were available. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The place was clean and lovely. My family really enjoyed it. Our host was so kind and thoughtful as well
The beds and pillows weren't comfy but I am hard to please with my arthritic back.

Fantastic accommodation and would definitely stay again. Host was lovely and super helpful/ understanding when our flight was delayed and offered us breakfast earlier than usual time. In terms of location, it is about a 5 minute walk to the Vatican museum. Plenty restaurants around to choose from too.
Apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and well equipped.

This place was absolutely beautiful, better than the pictures. The place was immaculate, and even larger than expected. It even included slippers, basket of toiletries, automatic coffee machine with choices and beautiful uplighting which made this place stand out. Cynthia was wonderful as well. She was great with communication, provided us a map of the city and even recommended authentic restaurants in the area. The taxi station was conveniently located nearby. Would definitely here in the future.

Large room size, very clean, very charming and welcoming Host, Nice breakfast (for vegetarians)
Its very far from Termini (the place I recommend should be closer to the stay) but very close to the Vatican City (15 minutes walk only). The lift is too small and far from the main gate. Virtually 2 people only fit in.
Its a BNB so you dont get any kitchen facility. The host till she is there will always be helpful but she normally stays for very small time in the property. So in case you need anything in her absence you have to manage on your own.

Amazing apartment, bestifullu decorated and super clean with a wonderfully huge bed and nice bathroom. We felt very welcome here and loved that it was in a quiter part of Rome with a nice 50 minute stroll to the historic sites through st peters or the metro (which was so easy) it was also close to where we did a food and wine tour as its a where all the best food is! We though the room was very good value too.
