All of this is set around a gorgeous outdoor sitting area, which is perfect for reading the newspaper and capturing the sun. There is also free WiFi. There's 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath) downstairs. It's would perfectly suit 2 families. There's ducted heating, a coonara heater and ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. The outdoor area has a large entertaining deck with BBQ and your own heated inground swimming pool (set to a beautiful 32 degrees in winter!!). There's even a cubby house for the kids.
