To book, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival. In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay), the total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking. Deposit: An imprint of credit card or check of 2000 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.
