Very spacious and well stocked unit! The location was fantastic and so close to the lifts. Short walk to downtown but there the shuttles also
Picked up right outside. Thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend. Management was easy to get in touch with and resolved our small issues (codes not working) within minutes.

Worked great for our family of 5. Smooth process from check in to check out and communication was great. Love having one code for garage, condo, and ski locker. A short walk from Snowflake lift was convenient. Condo had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Overall, good location for ski in/ski out. Conveniently located at the base of snowflake lift. Nice to have indoor parking. Unit could use a deep cleaning and update (i.e light bulbs need to be replaced along with some bedding). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans in good condition. We were small group and picked it due to location so we had plenty of room.

Absolutely had a wonderful time at this location. Hot tub and mountain access was unrivaled being steps away from the snowflake lift and the 4 o’clock run ending right across the street from the main building. Amenities were nice and clean. Minor pipe clog in the guest shower but would not hesitate to rebook this location in the future.

We went to the Breckenridge Oktober fest for the weekend and stayed here. The condo is located a half mile from main street and is in a great area. I'd reserve this one again.

Great Location but very dark condo
The location is great, but the condo lighting is very poor. The lights over table are good, but they are the only bright lights in the living room.

Excellent location, ski in ski out, 50 ft to the lift. Well stocked and clean would definitely come back. Heated garage with ski lockers. Great western lodging does not update/ communicate very well with vrbo app. Check in and out was easy and convenient.

Great location and condo.
Condo was great and had everything we needed, except shampoo. We used the VRBO app to book and communicate with the property manager but they apparently don't use the app regularly.
Initial communication before our stay we used the app with quick replies. However, the check in instructions were sent via email, went into a junk folder. Once we checked in they did not reply to any messages in the app until we left. It seems that there should be some consistency with communication, either use the VRBO app 100% of the time or Email 100% of the time, using both sporadically is frustrating.
Stating their communication policy up front would be tremendously useful.
Still a great condo with just about everything you need for a great stay.

Property is very clean, full functional kitchen. Great for families.
Highly recommend this property.
If using a ski box on a large SUV may not fit in the underground garage. Check in advance.

Plumbing/drainage backup disaster
Toilet in Master Bathroom ran constantly and needs service. The kitchen and washing machine area have been backing up and flooding the kitchen and front hall areas for more than half our stay, we can't shower, or use water and there has been no return phone calls from the office. The emergency service people responded and have done everything they can but it looks like a building and unit issue,

Riverbend Condos are fantastic
This was our 6th trip to Breck, but the first time we stayed at Riverbend Condos. The location was perfect, within walking distance to town and right off the free bus line, and the condo was fantastic. Very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Our family of four, including two teen-agers, had plenty of room, and the well-stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The property is right off the trail which made for great morning walks. The only thing missing is a fire-pit! An awesome place to stay!

Amazing experience!
Excellent place to stay. The kitchen is so complete. The six of us were very comfortable. Ski lift, equipment rental, and lift ticket box is just a few steps away. The shuttle bus is really really close. We would be back. Apartment is really well equipped.

Easy access to ski lift
Stayed first week of March 2019. Loved the location to the ski lift, just steps away. Enjoyed the heated garage since there was SO much snow that week. King bed mattress needs to be replaced, my husband had to sleep in the bunkbed because of the craters in the mattress. Toilet in master bedroom was not working, which was fine, but the management company did not stay in contact with us to let us know when they were coming or if it was fixed. Enjoyed how spacious it was for myself and my husband. Dish network was constantly resetting itself, which made it impossible to watch a full episode of anything.

Overall very good stay
Very good 2 bedroom condo. Easy access to snowflake lift. Had pretty much everything needed. Being picky with these two things but The bunk bed was not great for a teenager. Prob better for little kids. The master bed mattress needs replacing and the sheets would not stay on the bed.
