84 m² apartment in the heart of the city center with 2 separate bedrooms in an excellent location, making it easy to reach St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Hofburg or the Vienna State Opera in just 5 minutes. The underground station “Stephansplatz” (U2, U3) is only 250m away. The apartment is modern and fully equipped, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a modern kitchen, bathroom with tub, a separate room with dining table. Our guests receive 2 key sets on arrival, if necessary, the luggage can be stored in their own basement compartment on the day of departure. --- TRANSFER from the airport to the apartment --- If you are interested, we can organize a taxi for you, the price for up to 4 people costs € 30. A station wagon (more storage space) comes to € 32.- A minivan for 5 people costs € 45.-. The journey takes about 25 minutes. For the order we need your flight number, the place of departure and the arrival time.

Roman was a great host and assisted us with checking our bags early so we could begin exploring the city. The apartment was in a great location and very walkable so we did not utilize the multitude of transportation options much but easily accessible. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The area rugs could stand to be shampooed but overall the apartment was very clean. We were there for two weeks and Roman ever gave us a free cleaning after one week. The only minor disappointment was that the apartment was advertised as having a dryer but it did not. A drying rack was provided so it was only a minor inconvenience. Overall would definitely recommend and would choose same apartment if in Vienna again.

Everything about this flat is perfect for a visit of Vienna. Most of the sights are within walking distance or accessible by public transportation which is a short walk. The space is roomy, clean and well appointed. Roman is a delight. Our flight from the US was delayed by over 12 hours. Rather than greeting us at 4:30 pm, he greeted us the next morning at 6:00 with great cheer. You will not regret selecting this location. The only downside, which didn’t affect us because there were only 2 of us, is there is only one bathroom. They have separated the toilet into a separate room but for a large group there is only one bath/shower and sink.

Be aware that there in only one small toilet room and a bathroom with a shower and sink, but no toilet. Made it a little inconvenient for three people getting ready. Otherwise the apartment is nice and location is great

We are extremely fussy about where we book. It must look comfy, be roomy, have both a shower and bathtub ( or shower over) and be in a prime location. We hit the jackpot with this apartment, and Roman was a lovely, easy to reach host. We stayed two weeks, and could walk to most of the sights. Shopping, museums, churches on your doorstep, yet on a quiet street, and transportation, if needed, was very close. The apartment is even bigger than it looks on the website, is extremely clean, and, oh my, the beds are comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment.

This fantastic apartment is in an ideal location in Vienna Innere Stadt. Nearly everything was within walking distance, including convenient train stations. The apartment was clean and perfect for us to spread out and have our own space (I traveled with my husband and two college aged children). If we are back in Vienna, I’d definitely seek to book this apartment again.

If I could rate this apartment higher, I would! The location was central to all of the sights, which were all within walking distance. Check-in was easy and fast. There was a guide on how to use everything in the apartment, as well as information about the surrounding area. The apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook. The small washer was perfect for doing a small amount of laundry. I would highly recommend this apartment!!!

The apartment was comfortable with plenty of rooms with windows, the dining area has an extra sitting area. kitchen is modern and enough space to work with. The owner is very helpful and very responsive. The location cannot be better, can walk to virtually everywhere. Only drawback is there is only one toilet, even though the room description said there are 1 and half baths，and a shower unit over the bath tub was quite dangerous given slippery nature of the tub. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in Vienna , I look forward to staying there again. Thank you. Roman.

My wife, friends and I recently stayed for a few days in the city. We were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lovely and warm with all the amenities we could want or need as well as being in the perfect location for exploring the city. There is also a nearby food shop for milk, bread, and essentials.(wine). We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone

We loved everything about this apartment- it’s located right in the heart of Innere Stadt, steps from fantastic shopping, restaurants and the museum sector. The apartment is large, clean and very comfortable- even small details (such as hair appliances) were provided. Everything you could need was available. The apartment is furnished comfortably with new beds, linens and towels. It had hotel quality but much more comfortable and spacious.
Roman was a wonderful host and responded to my messages promptly prior to arrival. He met us at the apartment upon arrival and settled us in.
You will not be disappointed with this apartment. I hope I can return to Vienna one day soon and stay here again to enjoy the beautiful city.

The property was everything stated and more. The location was great--within 10-15 minutes of anything and everything. Roman was helpful with everything from directions from the train station, to dining options to assisting us with getting a cab to the airport when we left Vienna. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything needed for a great visit--including a real rug in the bathroom. That doesn't seem like a big deal, but it was a very homey touch. Some rental places seem like just that...a rental place. This apartment felt like someone had pride in the property and like the owner wants other to like it too. I'll be back if they'll let me! :-)

An immaculate property inside the “Ring” within walking distance to all major sites in central Vienna with access to all public transportation. Roman met us upon arrival and provided answers to any questions we had. Also left a well detailed booklet about the apartment with suggested restaurants, grocery, etc. Apartment worked well for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Firstly, many thanks to Roman for welcoming us to the apartment. Roman was very helpful. He gave us some tips for good restaurants and also organised our taxi to the airport for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is in a perfect location for visiting Vienna and visiting all the major tourist locations. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities advertised and required. When we return to Vienna we will try to rebook this property.

The location was centrally located, safe and easy to get to by metro and walking. If you want to stay in a safe location that is centrally located and easy to get to, this is your place. Pro Tips: Ask how to use the laundry machine if you are going to use it. And FYI - be aware you'll be charged extra if you have more than 2 people staying here - but in our case, definitely worth it.

Incredible location, very quiet, comfortable beds, the host met us and explained everything in person. The kitchen is small but has all the basic equipment. The washing machine is rather tiny but works well if you remember to turn the water supply on first!

We loved everything about this apartment. We were 3 seniors, husband, wife and a cousin. It was a fabulous location, spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable beds, quiet, great shower and tub, just like the photos. Roman was responsive and left great info and travel books. We would love to return!

Lovely!
Lovely and spacious apartment in the heart of the city! Walking distance to many attractions, shops, restaurants. museums but surprisingly situated in a quiet street. We walked everywhere and only had to take an Uber to visit the Schönbrunn Palace (only because it was cold and very windy). Roman was very helpful and communicative, thank you Roman!
