You’ll love this home because of the huge kitchen, ample relaxing space for all of your friends & family, the location, the views, the high ceilings, plus FREE parking! Let us help your make your Tybee Vacation a Fairytale Experience! (Please note only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times, Max Guest count is 14 regardless of age). The Space: The master bedroom features a King size bed, en-suite full bathroom & TV. The other three bedrooms have two queens each, TVs, and share a full bath located in the hallway. There is also a laundry room with an extra sink, Washer & Dryer! Live like a local and prepare your meals in our fully equipped kitchen! This home is perfect for relaxing whether you're here for vacation or part of a wedding party- The Tybee Wedding Chapel is right next door! An abundance of seating is available throughout the home which makes this the ultimate place for a get-together. 4 Seats at the bar in the kitchen, 4 seater dining set, Seating for 9 plus a 4 chair dining table in the Sunroom, and seating for 6 in the Living Room! There is also a patio dining table & Grill on the front porch, a porch swing in the back yard and a fire pit with chairs around to enjoy on a cool Tybee evening! In the sunroom you'll find a new slate Pool Table! ***Please note: any damages, broken items, and/or missing items will be billed back to the guest. We reserve the right to charge guests in full for any damages to the table or accompanying equipment. Please do not stand, sit or lay on top of the Pool table. Please refrain from using the pool table for eating & drinking. We feature ROKU TVs throughout the home so feel free to use your personal app accounts to stream content (Hulu, Disney +, Netflix, etc.) **SOMETHING TO NOTE REGARDLESS OF THE HOME YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK ON TYBEE: Internet/cable services can be spotty on the island, especially during storms. If internet/cable services are interrupted during your stay we will make every effort to have them reconnected, however we are at the mercy of the cable company and their scheduling department. No refunds or discounts will be applied for interrupted cable and internet services. Incase of an outage we do have a DVD player and a library of over 100 DVDs available to watch! Guest access: The whole home is open for our guests to enjoy! There is an amazing view from the Sunroom overlooking the Marsh. Our yard does connect to another property and our neighbors have requested that we let all guests know in advance to please not walk in their yard or out to the marsh (it isn't my property). House Rules: 🚭NO SMOKING on property, inside or outside. 🐶Pets: All pets must be preapproved before booking. We do not allow cats/other animals. *Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate this (size, breed, age) in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog. A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max) and must be paid prior to check-in. 🏡Early Check-ins: Early check-ins must be arranged in advance (prior to day of arrival). Early check-ins can only be allowed if the home is ready in advance. Early check-ins will not be possible if another guest is checking out the morning of your arrival. There is an early check-in fee of $150.00 to arrive prior to 3:00pm. ⏰Late Check Out: Due to the time it takes our cleaners to prepare the home for the next guest, late check outs are not possible. If you would like to extend your stay please reach out to us ASAP! 🔑Housekeeping: During your stay you have the option to pay for housekeeping to do an extra light cleaning & to have fresh linens on the beds and new towels. For stays longer than 8 days, a mandatory second cleaning shall take place on the 8th day & a second cleaning fee shall be added. If you would like an extra cleaning, please let us know! ☀️Please keep all doors and windows shut throughout your stay to keep our AC/Heat working efficiently. Although we do have regular pest-control, bugs are hard to keep out of beach homes and may come in through open door and windows. 🎱Please do not stand, sit or lay on top of the Pool table. Please refrain from using the pool table for eating & drinking. Guests will be responsible for any damages resulting from negligence and misuse. ❌No house parties or events- only registered guests may enter the home or be on property at all times. Interaction with Guests: Typically I have minimal interaction with my guests- I want you to enjoy the space the same way I would want to enjoy my vacation! I have put together a Guidebook on here of local restaurants, shopping, bars, beach access, etc. If you are looking for specific recommendations, just ask- we are happy to help! Other things to note: Before booking please look up local events/parades, road work, possible future storms, weather and tides. Traffic can be backed up due to major events or an accident on the island, or changes in weather like rain lead to a lot of people leaving the beach all at once, so it's a good idea to plan ahead and know what's going on! If you decide to go into Savannah for the day, plan ahead for your return at night. It is fully recommended to do this research in advance and to monitor weather radar for your stay. Tybee is a super fun place and our Island loves to have a good time. We often have fireworks for major holidays which are well attended. During a Full Moon, especially on a Super Moon, a high tide or even a King Tide can happen which is when the tides are even higher than normal. While very rare, it is possible, water can also cross over the main road US Hwy 80 coming onto and leaving the Island so please plan ahead for that. The city and county may close roads temporarily as it isn't safe to drive through water so you may need to plan accordingly to arrive early or later to the Island. We are happy to provide you with starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. You will need to purchase additional toilet paper and paper towels if required during your stay (this is the biggest difference between a rental home and a hotel). :-) I do recommend picking up some local "No Gnatz" bug spray which works wonders with mosquitoes and sand gnats. You can find it at most convenient stores and beach gear shops on the island. We are located near the water and depending on the time of year, mosquitoes and tiny biting files called sand gnats or "noseeums" tend to be out! If you require a special sized pot or pan for a specialty dish, please plan to bring it or purchase upon arrival! There is a Walmart and larger grocery stores on Wilmington Island which you can visit on your way to Tybee, about 10-15 min away. There are lots of items in the kitchen for you to enjoy and you should find pretty much everything that you need to have a great stay! The coffee pot takes flat bottom filters (please bring your own coffee and filters).

Great space! Very comfortable, a couple of bars and shopping right across the street. We biked to the lighthouse and beach. Lots of fun in this g of an island.

This is an absolutely beautiful house! The property is beautiful in person, and had plenty of room for our party of 10. We enjoyed eating in the backyard and playing some card games on the sun porch. It was a walk to the beach, but nothing unmanageable. It’s close to many amazing restaurants but still in a quiet part of the island. The only problem we encountered was dealing with excessive trash bags, which the owner helped us solve. Jenny was extremely easy to contact and quickly answered if we had a question. It was an amazing stay!

Jenny is amazing!!! Communicated very well with me. Right across the road from a great pizza place and bar, Huc a poos! Only 20 minutes from Savannah and a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this place over and over again!! Also easy parking for the 4 cars we had!

The property is beautiful and spacious! There was more than enough space for my entire extended family. The property has a very beachy vibe and everyone loved it. Beds were comfy, appliances are mostly new, and the game room is well kept with a nice pool table! The property is an easy walk to the bay beaches at Byers St and a longish walk from North Beach and the lighthouse (~1mi). If you bring bikes it will be an easy ride. Almost 3 miles to Tybrisa Beach entrance and Boardwalk area, so plan on driving or golf carts to those beaches. Overall, not a bad location, but I know it was hard to see exactly where the property was located pre-booking. It's almost directly across the street from Huc-A-Poos right on HWY 80. It's convenient to everything but not exactly a walk out the door to the beach location. That's not a bad thing! The house is great. Lots of parking for 4-5 cars. Communication from the renter was excellent. No complaints at all. A fun vacation spot and a beautiful house!

Perfect location for a family or friend get-a-way. Location is away from the hustle and bustle and near to local coffee shop, shopping and restaurants. Beach is about a 10 minute walk and is nice, clean and not crowded. Property is very nice, clean and bedrooms are great - but two bathrooms for 14 people is a bit of a stretch. We had 8 people so it worked for us. We very much enjoyed the location of the property and proximity to Savannah and Tybee attractions including the lighthouse. It was a great week for all and the house was perfect!
