Plenty of amenities, cozy, lots of dishes for a big group. Place was clean and tidy. The steam showers were quite the bonus! We didn’t use the jacuzzi, but it looked enjoyable. The split spaces was really nice, everyone could be doing their own thing separate from everyone else, as opposed to everyone sharing one space. Abundance of TV’s. My only complaint would be the lighting on the third floor, above the dining table and middle section with the black leather couches, a couple of the lights would make a pretty loud static noise, so we had to keep them turned off. This place is great for large groups. Quite the trek back from town uphill, but there’s a trolly of sorts that can pick ya up about halfway up/down. It worked great for 7 adults and 2 under the age of three.

Our family comes to Park City every December to ski together and celebrate the holidays. We loved staying at this lovely home - it is super close to the restaurants and shops in Park City and a short (5-10 min) drive to Deer Valley where we ski. On one particularly snowy day, we even saw people skiing to the Park City lift...how convenient! The house is clean and well appointed with many bedrooms and extra trundle beds for kids. Love that there are two washer/dryers. A couple of the rooms run a bit cold but there are space heaters & humidifiers provided. And when we needed help, Mia was super kind, responsive, and quick. It is good to note that this house is split on four levels so you do have to be OK with lots of stairs (we were totally fine with this). But there is also a handy elevator that goes to three of the floors. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent house and stay

This is a really fantastic place. This place has everything (an elevator? Really? Really!), beautiful and comfortable beds with wonderful linens, clean and luxurious bathrooms, and lots of group space to share time with the gang. The kitchen had lots of the things you'd need but probably didn't bring. The thoughtfulness of all the touches were incredible. And the owner responded almost immediately when we needed a baby bed of some sort as our daughter-in-law surprised us along with our grandson. Mia had us covered. Park City is amazing, this location was perfect (quiet yet easy walk to the action) and the weather cooperated, so things went extremely well. We were going to have a great family time no matter where we stayed. This place made it all the more special and memorable. Thank you, Mia, for your responsiveness and for making your place available for one of our best family memories.

Awesome location, fantastic house! With the vertical design, it allows different groups to have separate feeling spaces. Perfect for multiple small groups with some fun areas to gather. Summer days and nights can be warm without AC, but plenty of fans and windows to let in the cool summer air.

We had a multi generational group staying in this beautiful home, just a block off Main Street. We had easy access to all Main Street has to offer, including restaurants, shopping and fun. We could also access trails nearby without having to get in the car. We enjoyed grilling out on the deck and hanging out with loved ones throughout the day on the front porch. Such a fun summer getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at the Off Main Powder Haus this past summer. There is a ton of space and this would be great for multiple families. The owner has provided everything you need and many more thoughtful details (lovely soaps, K Cups, etc…) The property is spaced on 4 levels so it is ideal for families that can spread out- our kids and us slept on the 2nd floor and my mom slept on the 4th. Everything is also VERY thoughtfully labeled in the kitchen. The only note is that it is a bit of a walk into town, not too bad we did it with my mom and kids but not super quick which is also nice because alternatively you are close to a great trailhead. For sure would love to stay here again! For those looking to ski both Park City and Deer Valley I will say it is SUPER quick to get to Deer Valley. Our kids did camp there and it was a very easy drive.

We wanted to be on the same floor as our two small kids so that left the third floor. That was a queen bed and not super comfortable. The red couch in living area on 2 needs replacement. I wish I had reviewed the floor plan better prior to booking. The railing on the third floor is also a hazard for young kids who try to climb over the couch. We went during shoulder season and could not find a lot a food options or activities. The neighborhood is right near Main Street with some very nice houses and some a tad rough. The patio is nice and has a fire pit. I think under different circumstances with adults during ski season this would be a good option. Mia was very responsive overall.

My family and I do a yearly ski trip for Christmas. This home has it all!!! The owners have managed to pull off high end quality in everything with comfort and cozy. Magnificent views close to downtown and slopes only minutes away. The owners are available for communication and most helpful with ideas. It’s a must stay in home I highly recommend. Linda

Wonderful house in a great location in Park City. All of the amenities with a lot of room to spread out. Too much to list that we enjoyed about staying here, definitely will return at a future date. The property manager, Mia, was easy to communicate with and attentive to any of our questions.
