PETS: Dogs are allowed - we permit 2 dogs under 50lbs each, with a pet fee of $150. Cats and other animals are not permitted. Due to our insurance, dogs are restricted by breed so the following breeds are not allowed on property: Akida, Armenian Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, any Wolf hybrid. Any dog that has a mixed background of any of the prohibited breeds cannot be on the property. Any animal that has a bite history must receive prior approval from our insurance carrier before the animal is allowed on the property.
