Everything was just perfect! The kids loved the pool and games, the location was absolutely perfect!!! The cabin was comfy cozy and had the essentials qe needed for our whole 4 day stay :). So much fun in the surrounding areas which was not far at all to get to. Already planning our next stay thank you!!

The cabin was clean, all the games worked, the movie theatre was great. The beds was very comfortable. The private pool and hot tub was amazing. Property managers were friendly and professional. we were the last cabin on the road so the privacy was nice

This cabin was disgusting. If you didn’t wear your shoes the floors would turn your feet black half the things shown in pictures were not there hot tub was broken couldn’t get any one to come fix it total waste of money and for what we payed im very disappointed don’t waste your money on this cabin

The cabin was amazing. Love how private it is yet still close to everything. The pool and arcade games were awesome for the kids. We will definitely be staying here again!!

The cabin was very nice structurally .. there was a very strong old furniture smell throughout the cabin like it hadn't been freshened up in a very long time, with that being said i dont know how long it has been since anyone stayed there the hot tub was cold and filled with sticks and leaves we cleaned it out, the pools water had a weird oder as well but the kiddos didn't Mind.. my biggest gripe was the bedding it smelled horrible and had stains that went through the sheets into the mattress protector so that tells me that they have not been changed luckily there was a washer and dryer so that was an easy fix also there was no bedding available for the sofa beds..to end on a positive note the cabin was well equipped with fun games that kept the kiddos entertained..we booked like 4 weeks in advance so I guess I was thinking it would have been taking care of a little better I wasn't prepared to clean before we stayed

My family and I loved what the cabin had to offer. It is a beautiful cabin on the top of a mountain with enough games to keep everyone busy. The only negative thing I could say is that the cleaners could do a better job.

The house is beautiful only complaint is the cleaning, we found dirty clothes in dresser drawers, trash was already full outside when we arrived and we never saw pick up. Hot tub never got hot and it had skin and hair floating in it. The Christmas tree had no lights and was very thrown together. Both fire places would hot heat they are electric. The flames show but no heat.

A group of 8 of us decided we needed a girls trip, and this cabin was just perfect. There was a maintenance issue that was seen to in a timely manner, so no complaints. Beautiful views, plenty of room, and the hot tub was *just right*. Overall we loved it, and plan on returning for another girl's trip soon!

It was a beautiful cabin and location the decorations were awesome. The pool and jacuzzi were crystal clear.

Nice property very well kept. I would definitely recommend and property manager cooperative. Overall very satisfied and would return.

My Family and I had an amazing time at this cabin. We will be returning it was relaxing Fun Peaceful Clean I could go on and on. The property manager was so pleasant and was in communication with me right away for anything we needed. Thank you for this wonderful experience ❤️

We initially chose this cabin for everything you see in the pictures…pool, games, hot tub, spacious look, fireplaces, it appears to have it all. When we arrived late Friday evening, the cabin was filthy and the hot tub was at 91 and wouldn’t heat past that mark. It was also missing the cover to the filter in the hot tub. The water level in the pool was below the skimmer and didn’t even reach the first step into the pool and the water temp was maybe 70 degrees at most. We called the service number that evening and the lady answered and was very friendly and said someone would come out the next day. Sure enough, they walked right in while we were still in bed watching tv without warning. The hot tub that afternoon was up to 102 which we loved but it was filthy and had a dirt line around the edge after seeing it in the daytime. We purchased a fish tank net to clean it ourselves because it was the only thing about the cabin we could enjoy. Multiple games don’t work and the buck hunter game that does work in the basement, the shotguns aren’t calibrated so the left one shoots off target and the right one doesn’t shoot at all. The pool room looks nothing like the picture shown and I’m fairly certain it’s not even a picture from this cabin. The ice dispenser wasn’t working so we bought ice for the cabin, the ice tray was disgusting and needed cleaned and there was dried liquid that was tan in color under the tray when we removed it, the utensils in the drawer were dirty and had dried food on them, the showers had cobwebs in them and dust around the top of the insert, there was a half roll of toilet paper in each restroom which was left over from the previous guests and the washing machine had black mold in it. The tvs had remotes missing or only cable box remotes and one of those was missing the battery cover. The fireplace in the bedroom wouldn’t operate so we didn’t even try the one in the family room. It’s really a shame the cabin was so poorly managed because the location is great with it being on a dead end street and if it was clean and everything worked, it would be an excellent stay. Unfortunately hardly anything worked and even less was clean. After we called the night we arrived about the dirt, hot tub and pool level/temp and the only thing corrected was the hot tub, we didn’t even bother calling back as we could see from the reviews and first attempt how things ran. Very unfortunate how poor the cabin was, lots of potential but we won’t return

The cabin was fun , but had several games not working. Pool table one bad pool stick but they did kindly bring two newer ones .place need to be dusted everywhere. towels were two paper thin for each bath.garbage was still full from previous renter. I DON'T LIKE TO GIVE BAD REVIEWS! the person I talk to was very kind and offered to refund me something back and she did $80 but no air hockey and 3 of the games 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs and a window with a broken lock on first floor! Did not expect a full refund by no means, 80 dollars and I had to call last day to see why no one came or called if they did. Disappointed that's all ! Location was close to everything and I probably would rent again , I would have everything checked first!

The house was beautiful but dirty. Had to ask for new shower curtains because they were all moldy. Plug upstairs with no covers, floors so dirty our feet were black, broken blinds, cupboards falong apart, spider webs and dust all over, pool smelled musty and the washer had black nasty mold. The location was beautiful and if the house was clean would be awesome.

The main level bathroom had a moldy shower curtain that I contacted the owner about and was told it would be replaced (it wasn’t) There was food crumbs in cabinets, beyond disgusting amounts of food and things by the appliances. The hot tub didn’t work due to a pump issue so we were unable to use the hot tub the entire stay. The downstairs games and hockey table work half of the time. The pool liner is pulling away from the pool. The cabins pictures are better than what it actually is since there’s a bit of maintenance that needs addressing: very loose door handles, kitchen cabinets not properly secured. This cabin should be pulled to be properly addressed for lack of maintenance to get it back to where it should be.

We did have a fun trip and I feel like the price we paid was still a good value. As other reviews state, this is not the cleanest rental but we were aware of that when we booked it from other reviews and because of the lower price we decided to book anyway. I feel like the description should be revised to remove the word “new.” This cabin has seen some use and has been around long enough for many item to be changed. The 3 games in the theatre are all different, great games but not the ones in the photo, the pool table is different and the foosball is no longer there. The pool room has no tables or chairs and has been repainted to a drab tan. The couches are a different pattern, similar but already worn, there are only benches and no chairs at the table, the fridge and dishwasher are different. I’m sure you get the point, the cabin has been around long enough to have that many items replaced and the replaced items are now worn as well. Each bathroom had 2 towels, one wash cloth and one hand towel. No bath mats in any bathroom and no pool towels. The floors in the whole house were due for a deep clean, our feet would be black at the end of the night. There were mouse droppings in the drawer under the stove and ants on the countertop. There were 6-8 missing light bulbs in the house, batteries missing from tv remotes. The air hockey table did not work as other guests stated. The pool and hot tub were heated and the kids enjoyed them. The pool room has a strong musty/mold smell. They did have an air filter and dehumidifier so it’s not from lack of them trying. The house is up a fairly steep road with a gorgeous view then you make a 150 degree turn and go downhill a bit and it’s the only house on that leg of the road. It was actually nice not having neighbors. We like a cold house but the ac wouldn’t get the house any colder than 72. It was warmer upstairs in the loft area. The fridge did not have a water filter and the ice maker did not work. There was an open bag of ice in the fridge, we took the gamble and used it. The pool table has seen way better days, only 1 pool cue has survived the use but it was also just dirty. There was so much dust/dirt on the poor table, there was even a pixie stick wrapper on it. Basically the place could use a good deep clean and maintenance, but if that was done they could also raise the price.

The pool I was told has a slight leak which didn’t effect our stay but is a concerned. I would suggest a rail to help get into the pool since the steps are slippery. The games the kids loved!! The neighborhood is very nice however they are doing construction on the ones above and all of the trash from the construction are all over the roads. So many nails watch your tires. There was a very nice young lady that came up to the cabin to check on things and she did help. The family theatre wouldn't have sound for all movies, the boys couldn't play air hockey cause we couldn't get disc's back after shooting. Lightbulbs were missing from the stairs to loft, otherwise all good.
