Chateau La Mer II Sunny Days 403 is a spacious, one bedroom condo on the second floor that was just remodeled with brand new kitchen and bathroom. The cottage-white cabinets are accented by beautiful quartz countertops and sea glass backsplash! Pull-out drawers and cabinets provide many dishes, pots and pans to use if you want, or enjoy take-out at the cute pub-style dinette. The beamed, vaulted ceiling and electric fireplace gives a lodge vibe, while just steps from the beautiful Destin beaches. New stainless-steel appliances include refrigerator with front access, filtered water and ice, dishwasher and microwave. The tile floors are also updated. Renters love the warm and cozy feeling of Sunny Days with its private back balcony and front patio overlooking the heated pool. The large, beautiful bedroom features elegant furniture, a mounted smart TV and lovely view off the balcony. Just a short five-minute walk to our deeded beach access and the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald pristine water of the Gulf of Mexico. With coastal décor throughout this lovely condo, Sunny Days 403 is certain to make you will feel right at home while on vacation. • Beach Service Included! Two chairs and umbrella are set up on our beach for your use from March 1st through October 31st. • Great view of the pool in front and private balcony in back. • The vaulted beamed ceiling gives you a spacious comfortable feeling. • The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and cookware needed. • Condo sleeps four comfortably with King bed in bedroom, and Queen sofa sleeper. • New King Plush Pillow-Top Mattress. • Comfortable Sleeper Sofa features an extra thick five-inch mattress. • New Whirlpool stainless refrigerator with water/ice dispenser on front door. • New Keurig coffee maker for individual cup or whole pot brew. • New stainless-steel dishwasher and above-stove microwave. • Full size in-unit washer and dryer. • In-unit Wi-Fi Internet and Free Netflix. • Smart TVs in living room & bedroom. • All linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. • Barbecue grill just steps away downstairs. • Beach wagon, Boogie boards & Beach toys

This was my first time here in Destin the condo was very cute and perfect size for the 3 of us and it was not even a 5 min walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend it to my friends.....Thanks again!!

Perfect location in a quiet complex, just a quick 5 minute stroll across the street to the private entry to the beach. Will absolutely rent this place again!

when we arrived, there were no extra blankets and pillows (things happen, not a big deal!) - the landlord immediately brought us over some. he was great at communication. he also came and cleaned our bathtub drain out (just build up of sand & such).
not too much to complain about, it’s good for the price, if that makes sense.
the 1 thing that does need addressed is the bathroom exhaust fan. the vent itself collects a lot of moisture (maybe the filter needs changed?) causing it to drip all over the floor. & it is also starting to cause mold around it. that is the only reason i didn’t 10/10 this property.

The condo was clean & spacious. I loved they had a playground & park right outside of our condo. Also was a very short walk to the beach. We loved our stay & will definitely be back!

Although we were only there a couple of days, this condo made our stay very comfortable. Everything was as described and convenient to the multiple places we were going. The area is safe and within walking distance to the beach. Great communication and we were provided beforehand with a lot of great information about things to do and places to go. Would stay again!

We were very pleased with our stay at Chateau La Mer II! We didn’t check in until late night but the process was just a matter of getting the keys from the drop box at the leasing office. We were “welcomed” to our home for the week w/music playing as we opened the door and some drinks in the fridge! The condo is very clean and well appointed! There are just a few tweaks that could be made to complete the update. But nothing that would affect my decision to stay there again. Parking is assigned w/extra unnumbered spots for an extra car. The private beach access w/beach service is a huge plus!! It’s just a short, pleasant walk from the condo. Crossing Scenic Gulf Dr. was easier than I thought it’d be...even during the prime time of a July stay. (Tip: As soon as you get the beach access code memorize it or put it on your phone in multiple places...I couldn’t find the correspondence where it was given as we stood at the access gate....ended up walking back to the condo where I found it clearly on the welcome packet but that was the only place it was written)
The King bed and pull out sofa were quite comfortable! All indoor furniture looks fairly new.
Some places we’ve stayed in the past have had a good selection of spices in the kitchen. This one only had one salt and pepper shaker and a small bottle of olive oil. Again, not a problem for me....just giving the info for planning purposes.
You won’t be disappointed if you choose this condo.

This property is just as described! Very close to the beautiful beach and right by the pool! It was very clean and having the washer/dryer in the unit was so handy. Having the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach was a plus too. We loved our stay!!

Great for a family! Looks even better in person!! Condo was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable! Pool and grounds were very clean also. Everyone there was very respectful, quiet and friendly!

Great place to stay. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. It is family friendly community. It is a walk to the beach, but i knew that going into it. What really surprised me is there even was a little fold up buggy that could be used for kids, toys, coolers, etc and i thought that was a great touch. Needs a clothes drying rack. But seriously great condo and no issues what so ever. Thank you!

Great place to stay. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. It is family friendly community. It is a walk to the beach, but i knew that going into it. What really surprised me is there even was a little fold up buggy that could be used for kids, toys, coolers, etc and i thought that was a great touch. Needs a clothes drying rack. But seriously great condo and no issues what so ever. Thank you!
