CLEAN BED PROMISE Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest. PARKING Your parking pass(es) must be purchased at the front counter of Island Winds East upon arrival. It's important to keep in mind that during holidays, special event dates, and the prime season, only one parking pass is available per unit. Condo was decent and the location was perfect. Didn’t like having to pay $50.00 for a parking spot, thought that should be listed when booking but overall, it was good.

When we arrived to pickup our parking pass the people working in the office were not very friendly. Our next shock was when we entered the condo and it didn’t resemble the online picture. The furnishings were different. Also the closet door was off the hinges and many of the window blind sections were missing. I will say the management company did get someone over right away to repair the closet door. The maintenance guy, Jason did point us in the right direction for some good food. The beach was beautiful, the view from the balcony was gorgeous. After our initial shock we had a nice week.

Good the owner needs to fix the blinds. They just need to replace the slates that are missing. The customers from next door can see in.

We were very impressed with location and Condo! It was very spacious, clean, and all appliances worked well.pool was amazing, we used one of the grills down by pool and ate at the table available, it was very nice! I would recommend staying there to anyone! Close to souvenir stores, restaurants, etc. Beach was nice, Parking lot well lit and pool also at night.
We will definitely plan on coming there our next trip.

Location was awesome. Checkin was easy. Loved sitting on the balcony & watching the sunrise. It could stand some updates on decor( lamp & clock didn’t work & could definitely use a new rug). Unit 505 - overall was a hit with us. Would book again

Stayed at the property with friends and had a good experience. The only problem was the couch, which I didn't like. However, it's up to each owner for room decor. Great location and close to everything one needs. I will be back in the future and recommend to others. Thanks

The check in process was great. When we arrived to the room there was black mold on the ceiling likes lots of black mold. We let them know and they sent maintenance down to spray bleach on the ceiling which then left the entire room with fumes that we should’ve been breathing. The blinds to the glass door were broken and this is a big deal because the design of the balcony leaves you no privacy from your neighbors, and the doors to the washer and dry were broken. All in all it’s sad because with better care this could be a nice condo. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this place after our stay. The potential is absolutely there. I just don't see how a cleaning team can come in, do laundry, and clean everything up, and the place continue to be rented out with spots of mold all across the ceiling and a patch of, potentially black, mold above the unit where the air filter went in. The pull out sofa is the loudest, thinnest, most uncomfortable thing I have ever even tried to sit on. The large sliding blinds had a slew of missing slats, therefore very minimal coverage of the massive window. There were patches all over the wall that hadn't been blended to match the rest of the paint, and the flimsy curtain in the main bedroom would not even stay up. I believe due to the mold, my family was all stopped up, congested, and just feeling major allergies our entire stay. We are 24 hours out front leaving, and allergies are clearing up now. Also, be prepared, after spending over 1700 on your trip, you will have to buy toilet paper if you are going to be there more than a couple of days. Only 1 roll of 1 ply toilet paper is provided. I was told it doesnt matter if you stay a day, a week, or 2 weeks, you get what you get, and it is on you for the rest. This property has a lot of potential, but I felt the severity of these issues are underplayed. I did contact management immediately to discuss the issues, but could immediately tell by the replies that there was nothing that could be done and we should just stay gone to keep my kids away from the mold. I cannot believe I just paid over $1700 for this.

Our check-in was 3:00 and Liquid Life said early check-in may not be possible, but we were not able to get in our room until 5:00 that evening. I'm not sure why the owner had a coffee maker that only took odd mini-pods that no stores had...a cheap coffee pot or Keurig would have been nice. The vertical blinds had several missing slats that, even when closed, the people next to you could look around the balcony and see in our condo. The room is right in front of the elevators, but was quiet enough for us. The condo is in a very convenient location that we could actually walk to several restaraunts and/or stores. If a few minor things were addressed with this condo we would definitely stay there again.

And I swept and mopped the floor before I felt comfortable with my children playing on it. The bathroom door doesn’t close, and there is quite a bit of mold in the condo. It looks like they tried to paint over it, but it was very noticeable. There was only half a roll of toilet paper and no extra bathroom towels. For the huge cleaning fee we paid before arrival I really expected a clean condo with a couple of rolls of toilet paper.

Condo is small but very nice. Be careful of the elevator on west side of building. My friends were stuck in it. They charge for parking, even for 1 car, which is wrong. A free space should come with the condo. Staff could be a little friendlier. Much needed boardwalk from the pool to the dunes like everyone else. Building is Close to the public beach so some people take advantage of pool and parking.

The condo was clean and spacious enough for my husband, myself, and my mom! Our doorway was steps away from the elevator and was convenient for departure both coming and going! Loved that there were carts always available to help with luggage, AND a huge bonus was that IF the condo is ready before check in time they respond with a text message letting you know so that you can settle in! That’s HUGE being that almost a full day is lost in travel and waiting for check in. We go to the beach often, and this was the first time, we’ve ever been blessed with an early check in. However, I would think there are many factors that play into making an early check in happen! One last thing, we were 3 minutes from the famous Hangout!!!

The only complaint we had was the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable. It could use an upgrade. All in all this condo was good and we would stay here again.
