Situated in Panama City Beach, this attractive condo for R 5,455 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beach Tranquility on the top floor! Luxury 17th Floor 3Bed/3Bath Penthouse unit at Origin at Seahaven beach front resort within one mile walking distance of Pier Park. All rooms are ocean view. Origin is the only condo in the Panama City Beach area with interior finished corridors and entry doors for your added security and comfort. Some of the Amenities at Origin at Seahaven Include a Private 24 Seat Home Theater, Large Pool/spa Area, Fitness Center, BBQ Grills, Game/Arcade Room, Coin Operated Laundry, Covered Parking Garage and Convenience Store This freshly renovated 3 Bedroom/ 3 bathroom Penthouse is top unit with views from every room except bathrooms. This is our own personal beach Condo. We use it few times a year so we did not spare any expense in making it enjoyable and very homey. It has new tiles all over except bedrooms. Fresh paint throughout. All new furniture, paintings, bed covers, pillows, decorative pieces and light fixtures. New 50" flat screen HDTV and DVD player in living room and 3 new 42" Flat screen TV's with built-in DVD players in all bedrooms. The condo has 3 bedrooms with 2 masters and a good size 3rd bedroom and 3 full baths. All 3 bedrooms have king Beds and a pull out sleeper sofa in living room. We get the HVAC coils and ducts professionally cleaned every 6 months. All HVAC units on the beach develop mold on the coils from the moisture in the air when A/C is left running and doors open. It's very hazardous to the health and most people are unaware of it. It is specially bad for people with allergies or asthma. Condo is stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. kitchen is very well equipped. coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer and fridge. Everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal (and lots of convenient restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook). If cooking on vacation is not what you want to do, there are a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance including Sharky's beachfront restaurants across the street, Runaway Island and Barefoot Beach Club. Pizza, donuts and Moe's BBQ are also located within easy walking distance. Starbucks is located in the building. Many others are just a short drive away. Excellent location about one mile from the bustling shopping and entertainment complex known as Pier Park and a short drive to Frank Brown Park and other shopping. Walking distance to Gulf World. Over sized windows and 2 over-sized balconies with access from 2 bedrooms and living room. There are luxurious furnishings throughout with a pleasing nautical/beach decor accents and upscale wall colors. The bed mattresses are top of the line quality and very comfortable to sleep on. New Dining room table seats 6. There are 3 bar stools located at the breakfast bar for additional seating. LOCAL AREA Pier Park is exactly one mile west of the Origin down front beach road making it very convenient to enjoy all of the unique restaurants such As Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Pompano Joe's, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Five Guys Burgers, the Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, and a whole bunch more! The view took everyone's breath away; the sunsets were, by far, their favorite time of day. All the shopping and dine-in restaurants were within walking distance. The water could have been warmer and calmer; however, it was nice to be able to sit on the beach and watch the waves roll in. The condo itself was absolutely amazing; a lot of time was spent on the balconies - it was nice and relaxing. The heated pool is located on the 4th floor where a lot of time was spent as well. The owner stayed in constant communication which was great.

Property was very clean and convenient to beach and restaurants. Security and staff were very professional and helpful. A pleasant surprise was beach related items that were available in the unit. both balconies had great views of the beach. while I live in Panama City Beach, I booked this condo for my family to be together close to balance of wedding party. i would highly reccomend for anyone wanting to visit PCB

....For the amount of money you pay...You expect a little better attention to the property upkeep...& outdoor furniture... a/c very cold by "living room" area...needs 1 master bedroom to have chair height toilet & walk=in shower for older guests would be nice...But nice space...

We were there for a Parrothead event at Sharkeys........ We had a great time and this unit made it even more fun. After spending the day on the beach with great music we could retire to a comfortable place to unwind! We had great time with great people in a fabulous unit ....ALL GOOD!

This unit was perfect! It was exactly as described and pictures are accurate, the only thing is, it is way more beautiful in person!! It was well stocked, the views were amazing! There is literally a view from ever single room! The owner was a pleasure to deal with also! I would rent again without hesitation!

Everything was as promised, and we feel that the stay at the property was worth the money. Just two things concern us: 1) There were only two elevators, and with the crowd that stayed in the condo complex, the elevators often became very slow, with frequent stops. 2) Some of the people staying in the condo did not seem very civil. In particular, there was running/shouting among children in the lobby. When I stay at condos, I sometimes like to sit in the lobby and read, and I was not able to do that this time.,

This Condo is absolutely beautiful. It's at the far West End of Panama City and across the street from Sharky's. We happened to go during Spring Break and totally avoided the crowds. Lovely Penthouse!

The condo was beautiful and just big enough for all 7 of us. Really close to Pier Park and my favorite place Shuckums! Would definitely stay here again.
