This property features reclaimed wood floors, travertine, granite and onyx countertops, and Wolf & SubZero appliances. Relax around the firepit and look out over Old Town Park City after a hard day skiing, or take a plunge in the spa downstairs adjacent to the game room/bar. Enjoy all of this while being less than 1.5 miles from Main St Park City... Overall the location met our requirements, and we were able to enjoy ourselves.
The babysitter was excellent and managed to get both little ones to sleep earlier than their parents!
I've found Abode staff ready to assist once approached and would use the organization again.

Our large family with our children and grandchildren spent a fabulous week together in this spacious and lovely home in Park City. We enjoyed its magnificent views, its large and open kitchen and dining area, and the relaxing living area on the main floor.
Every bedroom was comfortable and roomy, with an individual bathroom.
We enjoyed eating and relaxing on outside on the patio and cooking on the large grill. This is the ideal home for a fantastic family vacation!

Summer high school cross country training
With all the fabulous running trails in Park City, this house was a perfect home-base for our team. Comfortable for the adult coaches, and great set-up for the athletes. We ate most meals at the house, the kitchen was great!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful house - overall. One improvement could be made with the wall mounted stereo system and also the ice maker which both didn’t work.

This property was well represented with the images and is great overall deal relative to other places in the same vicinity. You are a stones throw to Main street but still have a ton of privacy when you want to get away from it all. The house itself was well maintained and cleaned with all the essentials and then some. If I could make one recommendation, it'd be a better coffee maker (I'm reaching to find one thing to recommend here)!
The property management company was on top of their game and is one of the better I have encountered. As someone who personally owns 5+ VRBO rentals of similar style properties, I would gladly use them to list our houses if we ever owned anything in their coverage area.

This was a great home for our family! The lay out was great as we all had our own space with private en-suite bathrooms. We traveled with our adult children and my parents.
BBQ grill was great. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub from zip lines, hiking and biking activities.
The home was well stocked and everything was as described! They provided dish soap, hand soap, extra trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. This is not always the case with all rentals.
We were there in the summer and home is on Aerie Mountain so not sure about getting up there on winter roads. We rented bikes but kept them in the valley at the bike store.
We would certainly stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Park City and were super happy with the house we rented from Abode.
It had everything we needed and then some. And the location was terrific.
Furthermore, the people at Abode were incredibly friendly and super helpful.
We will definitely want to rent this house again the next time we are in Park City.

Took advantage of the property with the family. Made s’mores in the fire pit, used the bar-b-que, played family poker downstairs, kids took advantage of the bunk beds, and enjoyed music and TV during quiet time.

Great house in a great location. My family and some friends stayed for 1 week and enjoyed the property.
What was stellar, was the management company. They were outstanding. Upon check-in, we noticed the property was lacking a mixer and called to see if they had one we could use. While not required, the property management company sent an individual to a local store to buy a quality stand up mixer and delivered it within an hour. We were blown away! That mixer produced treats for the household for an entire week ;-)
In summary, the house was nice, well located and well appointed but the management company took top prize. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Beautiful Mountain Getaway!
We loved staying in this home! The home was furnished beautifully and met all of our needs. The first morning we were there we woke up to a moose in the front yard! Amazing! We also saw lots of deer. We would definitely recommend this beautiful mountain getaway!

Great, spacious, clean house
We just stayed at this beautiful house and never wanted to leave. The house was lovely, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for us, we're walkers/hikers so we walked to town often, and there was a ton of hiking around the house. The staff at Abode are so incredibly awesome. Any problems we might have had were addressed immediately. Tilly is the greatest. We want to go back again and again. Some have asked about the distance to town... we found it to be around 1.5 miles walking. Going to town is awesome, because it's all downhill. Coming back is a little bit more difficult, but we did it almost every day we were there. The house is SO CLOSE to everything. Great location. Great house. Great rental company. I can't say enough good things about it. We'll be back! Thank you Abode!

Mellow Mountain Family Vacation
This house was perfect for our family rendezvous, coming from Denver, Boise, and Sacramento. The home is lovely with plenty of room to spread out, great outdoor spaces, and extra cleaning protocols in place during this crazy time. The location was exactly where we wanted to be, both close to old town and plenty of hiking trails. I would stay here again!

Our family of 15, our three children and their mates, and our 7 grandchildren spent a glorious week in this beautiful spacious home in Park City, Utah. This house is roomy with large bedrooms and bathrooms, it has a fantastic spacious kitchen and family dining table for eating and games. Their is a nice back yard for the children to play. The large windows throughout the house display the gorgeous views of the ski slopes of Park City.
This home is comfortable and perfect for a large family get-together. It is close to downtown Park City which has many nice shops and walking and biking trails. The Park City area offers plenty of fun activities for the whole family!
We had a super WONDERFUL vacation in Park City in this home and we hope to be able to come back next summer!

Fantastic mountain location
The Mellow Mountain House was perfect for our three families! One bunk room for the boys and one for the girls! The boys especially enjoyed the yard with the mini goals. The house is well equipped with all the necessities and the location was amazing!

Wonderful stay to include wildlife!!
We were a group of friends meeting from 4 different locations to include Alaska and Mexico. The home and location were amazing. The two deer out the front window with huge racks were a hit. Everything was very nice. Tilly's communication and hosting before, during, and after our stay really enhanced our ability to relax with now worries. Thank you very much for this time away in such a luxurious home.

Amazing views. Amazing moose!
This home suited our family 6 adults 4 children perfectly. The kids loved the bunk rooms and the adults loved their bedroom suites! The kitchen appliances were top notch. We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit every night! The best however was the moose who visited the yard multiple times during our visit. What a thrill for us all. My only disappointment was that the house was NO way within walking distance to town. My husband and I did make it on foot, round trip. However it is much more a hike than a walk and we were so thankful we did not do it with the whole family! I would stay in this home again it was lovely. Skip the walk into town. It is a hike not a stroll!

Fantastic house for larger group. Comfortable and well-appointed.
The house was great. Everything was as advertised. Its not really walkable to Main Street so be prepared to drive but its a short drive. We were very comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms; great kitchen; nice LR.
