You also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas. * Keyless entry door lock system, no keys during your stay with your unique code. Your welcome package will have startup supply of bottled water, coffee, toilet papers, travel size shampoo, hand soaps in both bathrooms, paper towel, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher(2) and laundry(1) tablets. HOUSE AND RESORT RULES - 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in. - Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas. - No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor). - Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises. - Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking. - We do not provide beach towels and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo. - Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking.
