Completely remodeled! Enjoy this amazing newly remodeled Liftside Deluxe Luxury Studio/Condo! It is located in the Village at Breckenridge. This perfect Ski In/Out condo is situated directly next to the Quicksilver lift at Peak 9. It is also just steps away from Main Street where you can enjoy dining and shop til you drop! Enjoy all new furniture throughout... including...yes a brand new 'king size bed'! Among the all new furniture is a convertible sofa bed which has an upgraded foam mattress for added comfort! Private ski/board locker steps from your room. Please note the beautiful partial views of Peaks 6,7,8,9 & 10 and the Quicksilver lift while relaxing on the couch, at the breakfast bar and even while preparing a meal. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite tile and pretty much everything you can think of to make all the terrific meals you wish for those cozy nights (or mornings) you stay in! This includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave. For the comforts of home, also included are items such as a coffee maker, French press, crock pot, and blender to name a few. We believe you will be truly satisfied with this fully equipped kitchen for all of your culinary needs! City Market can be visited with only a 2 minute taxi ride or shuttle ride away. The bathroom is made up of 3 private rooms (separate toilet, shower/bath room and sink area). These upgrades include new tile as well as a double vanity, toilet and fixtures. Everything is fresh and new! Also included will be shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. All towels, linens, cozy blankets, etc. are included as well! Other amenities included are The Village at Breckenridge Health Club which has an indoor/outdoor pool, four outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, workout room and locker room. There is also a heated parking garage to save your windshield wipers from freezing (parking pass required). Winter parking runs $30/night. Summer parking is $25/night. However, there is really no need to even rent a car while staying at the Liftside Condo as we are just steps to the lift, Main Street, and a free shuttle bus stop is located just across the street to get you around Summit County. For your days or nights on the town, just cross the street and there you are on Main Street! Various dining experiences available from family to romantic! We love Eric's Pizza for family night and for romantic dining experience...we really enjoy the Blue River Bistro! Also, don't miss all the great shopping that Breckenridge has to offer from tourist shops to one-of-a kind exclusive boutiques. Horse and carriage rides available along Main Street too! This unit is perfectly located for all seasonal activities including: Winter Activities: Skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snowmobiling, sledding, snow shoeing, sleigh rides, etc. Summer Activities: Hiking, biking, golf, horseback riding, fishing, etc.

This little gem is located at the base of Peak 9, only steps to the Quicksilver Super Chair. Clean, comfortable, and had all necessities. Hot tubs and heated pool were a bonus. Great stay!

The property was exactly as described. Perfect for our ski vacation! Easy in/out access to the slopes and the walkable to anywhere in downtown Breck. The property owner was super easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Breck! I will note that the owner was upfront about the space being small if we had a family of 4. However, for two it was perfect. If you have a family of four with two small kids, it would be fine but I’d get something a little larger if you have older kids.

Can’t beat location if you want proximity to both town and ski access, especially for the more beginner type skier since Quicksilver is in a green/ski school area. My 10 year-old son loved the health club—pool and game room.

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Very convenient parking (garage attached to building). Lots of great restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. Enjoyed the hot tub- wasn’t crowded. Best part was the excellent communication with the host, Lori, who answered all of our questions about parking and gave us suggestions about things to do and places to eat.

Lori was an amazing host. She worked with us through a bit of a sudden change from key cards to digital keys to access the unit. She made sure we had all the information we needed, and everything went perfectly. Unit was clean, wonderful location and the hot tubs are fabulous.

If looking for a great ski in/out ~ this is the place! Lori is great and worked so wonderfully with all our needs & many questions. The condo is the right size, bed is comfortable & we walked to every place we needed to ~ grocery store, restaurants & shops. We were on slopes a couple days and then hit the hot tubs! Everything is GREAT! I highly recommend this condo. I will be back next season!

Can’t beat the location!! The storage closet is great! The condo was nice. It’s a little tight for 3 adults. Not a lot of storage. It’s great for two people!

We did a long weekend and enjoyed that the property is walkable to all the restaurants and shops! We definitely took advantage of the hot tub too. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and the front desk held out luggage since we arrived a few hours before check in.

We had a great stay. Check in with the drop box was easy. The condo is big enough for two with a very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and couch. The location is great since we did not have a car. Easy walk to the lift and anywhere you wanted to go for dining or shopping. We were a little unsure of dropping the key in the garage since we did not drive but the slot for the key ended up being easy to find. We will be back.

Location was great, amazing view. View of Peak 9 and ski school from windows. Loved watching kids at the ski school. Checking in was very convenient. Studio/ property was just as described. Nicely furnished and clean. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

This studio was perfect for us! It was my husband, myself, and our 17 yo son. Space is tight at night with sofa sleeper open but we were in bed anyway! Son said mattress on sofa was comfortable. Studio was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for a great ski week!!! Highly recommend! Great for 3 people or a mom & dad with 2 younger children.!

All communication with owner about check in was excellent and very detailed. The location is right downtown. This unit has big windows with excellent views of the peaks. Extra towels/blankets provided and has a well stocked kitchen. Very quiet too! Hot tub/ pool are nice extras!

The perfect little place for two people. Lori was in touch regularly before our arrival. The location was ideal - ski in ski out and convenient to Main St. Plus the hot tub and pool area was amazing. Other than the floors and kitchen seemingly being totally missed by the cleaners, we loved everything about it.

This unit was exceptional! We could walk to the lifts (less than 300 ft) every morning in our ski boots! We were also close to town, so we could walk to any restaurants or shops within 1 mile (usually only 3-4 blocks). There were many updates and it was very comfortable. The king sized bed was very cozy with great bedding and pillows. We had friends spend one night with us and we used the fold out queen bed. It has a memory foam mattress and was the most comfortable fold out we've ever slept on. The place was immaculate and very well cared for. We cooked in most of the time and there were plenty of pots and pans. We walked to the big grocery (city market) and took an uber back for $15 but could've taken the free shuttle. We just didn't want to lug all our groceries onto the bus:) Lori was extremely responsive to any concerns or questions. There are 4 hot tubs just outside and the were never crowded. It was a spectacular vacation! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall very nice place. Clean, everything worked and comfortable bed. You can not beat the location for skiing and walking to town. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Only negative is you have to go offsite to get the keys and return them. Thanks for sharing your home.

Booking and checking in was convenient and quick. Property was as advertised and conveniently located for local attractions. Parking is the only issue I have, as our pass to park on premises was not activated, which prompted us to have to pay to park over a half mile away. Once pass was fixed it was already to late to get a refund on our pay to park fees. Other than that we would rent again.

The condo was located in a very desirable location. Easy access to downtown. If you are planning on sleeping in, or taking a nap. Look elsewhere or bring a sound machine. Construction of pool is right outside window. Noise starts early and lasts until 6 pm.
