Well appointed and comfortable, this home was centrally located to town and the chatham bars inn. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed location close to town and beach.needed more instructions on air conditioner. Was 91 in upstairs bedrooms even with windows opened.care taker came that evening to help out. Comfortable living r,oom. Narrow stairs difficult for elderly mom.

What an absolutely beautiful home! Our family of 4 loved our time here and had plenty of room to spread out. So cozy-really felt like home for the weekend. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in town as well as to the beach and pond. Great memories!

We only stayed for one night -just a quick trip to see cape cod while in Boston.

We left this morning after a wonderful month long stay. The house and location suited our needs perfectly. Our communication with Tom, both before and during our stay, was excellent. And we knew from the moment we walked into the house that we were going to have a great time! It is comfortable, homey, and very well-equipped. One of the things we enjoyed the most was how easy it was to walk into town, which we did almost every day. We explored shops, restaurants, galleries, and the movie theater, as well as finding a lovely route for our morning walk. We hated to leave this morning, it had become “home” for us, and if we return to the Cape, we would definitely want to want to come back here.

We've been visiting Chatham for 15+ years and more recently with our family of 5 (kids aged 4, 8, 10). We've stayed in many places around town and this is our absolute favorite. You can't beat the location - quick walk to all that downtown has to offer, an easy bike ride (5 minutes) to beach. I'd drop off all of our stuff and then ride my bike back, which was very easy. The park up at the top of the street was a fun and safe place for the kids to ride their bikes/scooters. And the house was the perfect size for the 5 of us. Incredibly comfortable rooms and beds, nice and cool with AC and a cool summer/surf vibe. Tom is really nice and easy to work with and super accommodating. We look forward to future trips back!

We’ve rented many cottages in Chatham and this has always been our favorite. We keep coming back because of the location of the home and how comfortable our family is in the house. Best week.

There were 5 of us who stayed at the house. Place was very clean upon arrival. Ample beach supplies provided (umbrellas, beach chairs, etc). Plenty of sleeping room. Bathroom a little tight for 5 people getting ready, but it was fine for a short stay. Beautiful neighborhood. Short 5 minute walk to main street where there is shopping, restaurants, and ice cream. Only 30 minute parking at beach. So we walked about 20-30 minutes instead of driving. Not easy if carrying a bunch of things. Need to plan accordingly.

My husband and I took a mini-vacation to the Cape and had friends recommend staying in Chatham. What a lovely town! Even though it was off-season, and we were there Sunday-Tuesday, when many shops and restaurants were closed, we were still able to find great meals (Wild Goose Tavern, Public Cafe, Impudent Oyster, Bistro on Main) and interesting shops. This house was wonderful - - nice, quiet neighborhood, clean, well-maintained, multi-zone heating/cooling, beautifully furnished and decorated with local artwork, plenty of kitchen amenities for meals at home, and in the perfect location, easy walk to Main St shops and restaurants. My husband and I are both runners and were able to find good running routes from the house, to Chatham Lighthouse, Oyster Pond, beaches, bike trail. We join our friends in recommending a visit to Chatham. In addition, we highly recommend staying at this house.

We had a whirlwind three nights in Chatham. The house is small, but was plenty big for us. Lots of kitchen things though we did not eat in at all. Too many great places to try nearby.
