Fantastisch

De locatie ligt aan een redelijk drukke weg. Maar je hebt er niet echt last van, omdat de ingang iets van de weg afligt. Aan een trap. Let hier dus op als je niet best ter been bent (maar, om eerlijk te zijn, dan heb je sowieso niets te zoeken in Lissabon). Je krijgt een paar dagen voor aankomt een bericht met een toegangscode tot het pand en appartement. Plus wat andere handige informatie. We hadden het bovenste appartement met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Het was er ruim, schoon (wordt ook dagelijks schoongemaakt) en modern ingericht. Blij verrast met o.a. een gratis flesje port. Als we ooit 's teruggaan naar Lissabon, dan boeken we zeker hier weer.

Nice place in a thoughtfully restored building. Breakfast Lovers cafe at corner. Opens at 8. It’s fabulous!

Convenient, secure building, was well equipped, with sound dampening shutters. communication very prompt and responsive, and helpful. Internet worked perfectly. Daily housekeeping kept it spotless!

Our stay was perfect and the apartment was very nice and clean

There was not enough towels. Only 1 big and 1 small per person that were not changed daily. We had to ask for them.

Great location and apartment

Fantastic location, very modern and the owner left us tea, coffee and a very nice bottle of port. Also cleaners came in every day to clean with was unexpected. Supermarket/bakery 5 mins away for supplies and plenty of cafes for breakfast

Nothing negative only advice - Could do with making the number 23 of the property stand out more, it was above the door with the bottom cut off ( to make it look modern ) so was not obvious went up and down the street a few times lol. So for the next people it’s the first property up the street on the right.

The host was really helpful. She gave me lots of recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions. Check in was so easy!

I had a ground floor apartment, so no view.

Nice view from upper floor, nice design, comfortable location

The view from the balcony and even from inside the room, thanks to the big window. The location of the apartment really exceeded our expectations. Not to mention that “Tram 28” stops right next to it! Modern decoration and very very comfortable mattress!! Very hot water any time! Ms Sonia was very helpful, gentle and actively responded to any of our requests not to mention that there we were allowed to check in a bit earlier than we normally should. Carrying luggage in Lisbon centre is not the easiest thing to do, which explains why there are quite a lot of luggage storage places :-)

Cleaning deserves some room for improvement, so as not to underestimate the overall nice and modern apartment. Dust and hairs piled up during our stay, although there was sb coming in the room on a daily basis, but unfortunately to do the basics. Yet, whatever we asked Ms Sonia for was settled promptly. Adding a mirror and a hanger on the wall for our clothes and our towels would be a plus, as room 4 lacks a bit of space for this. A small table on the veranda would be a nice to have. If going up the stairs is a problem, then the fact that there is no elevator may be an issue but only for people with disability.

Ground floor apartment is actually dark basement without usable windows. Can not recommend to anyone.

The apartment was located on the ground floor, which was actually a basement without a any usable window. Terrance was like a hole in the ground from where you could see only the sky. The apartment was clean but the experience was terrible. I don't recommend to anyone. This shouldn't even be available for rent on Bookin com. Stay away from the ground floor apartment.

I chose this apartment because of providing air condition environment.

Neat and tidy

The location is s bit difficult to find，noicy from downstairs apartment. A bit small for a four adult family.

The location of the appartment is perfect! So many hotspots closeby, yet a very quiet street. Check in was easy, the space was clean, plenty fresh towels and I had a good night's rest (comfy bed!). Contacting the host (Catia) was very easy and I appreciated the Nespresso coffee (not a Port fan, but still nice gesture to get a bottle) It was perfect for me as a solo traveler, but would not recommend if you are traveling with more than 2 people(the second bed is in a drawer in the kitchen...)

Despite it being clean (also daily cleaning) there was a musty smell (also on an off sewer smell in the bathroom) and opening the windows ment a lot of flies in the appartment. Also I didn't like the set up of the seperate bathroom/toilet: it's very small and you are literally showering in a closet. There's no mirror, except the one in the toilet. Also was missing a washingmachine and a towel rack.

Superb

The apartment was in a great location, clean, modern, with a great view. The host was helpful and responsive with our questions. Excellent light blocking window shades in the living room (where the second bed is located).

These are things that could be enhanced.... A mirror or mirrors added outside of the toilet bathroom. Repair the refrigerator... the kitchen was nice but the built in fridge was broken. The host did supply a tiny replacement fridge but it took almost a day for it to get cold and was too small to fit a liter bottle of anything.

Great stay for folks who are looking to enjoy night life, less suitable for families

- great location - good availability and willingness to help from the host - daily cleaning service

- room is much much smaller than expected. - noisy- a lost of noise from the street and from other guests - cleaning- could have been more thorough, dirt under the sofa and in the corners - fridge - didn’t work properly
