We came here as a girls trip to celebrate my Grandmothers 80th birthday. The check in process was very easy and she was very kind. She even put us in a room closest to the elevator. There was plenty of parking and room was clean. Beds/pillows were not very comfy, the AC was very loud, and the description wasn’t very accurate. The pool/lobby bar was permanently closed, which was a bummer when we had a pool day. I also don’t believe the 20 minute walk to Univeral was accurate, we ended up having to Uber everywhere. I did like that they offered early check in if it was available.

Two night stay was perfect for the five of us. It was roomie, well equipped & comfortable. The staff was friendly & the location is great. Short ride to the Orange County convention center, universal’s city walk and a quick walk over to international drive. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect. It was just enough room for our family. The staff is great, friendly and very helpful, especially the people working the guard stand at the parking entrance. Manager was very easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

We did a quick, three night Universal trip and stayed here which was wonderful! The two bedroom two bath condo was great for our family. Having two twin beds, in one of the rooms makes our life easier. King bed mattress in our room was so comfortable. The location was outstanding. We took Uber over to Universal each day and afternoon, which was super quick and pretty cheap each day. We came back and use the amenities such as the pool, arcade room and paddle boats. The staff at check-in (Ce Ce)was wonderful and answered all of our questions, and gave us suggestions since we didn’t have a car, we walked to dinner, and there were many restaurants within walking distance.

This property was nice spacious and well kept. Only minor complaint would be the need for a bigger garbage can for the kitchen. But that wasnt too difficult to manage. We just requested a few extra trash bags.
Other than that loved every bit of ky stay at the proprty. Would stay again and refer others to this proprty.

I would have given 5 stars for everything but when we first arrived after checking in, as we were walking to our condo for the first time, a cleaning lady saw us with our dogs ( on harnesses and a muzzle just for others comfort) and called security on us. I had already paid the pet fee and assumed when checking in that the info was already there. I had to go back to the lobby and tell the lady at the desk and show where I had paid the pet deposit. It wasn't a huge task but just slightly annoying to have a security person come to our door right after we got there. Other than that, we really enjoyed the resort. It was exactly what we expected. I would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed at this property and we all loved it, the apartment is impeccable just like the pictures, very convenient location and the view is absolutely gorgeous. we will definitely stay in this property again

Vacation and conference center
Overall a great stay. Undergoing renovations but not in the way. Would stay again. Very easy to get around and can Uber to most locations for less than $15

property was exactly as it was shown. super easy booking, check in, easy communication. condo was clean, modern and met our needs. washer and dryer off kitchen were an added bonus. thank you for a great stay!

Overall amazing
This place was amazing everyone mouth opened wide as soon as we walked in the kids enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub. Rooms comfy lots of extra blankets. We enjoyed our mini Easter vacation

When we go to Disney parks we don't have a lot of time to stay at a resort. We were adding Universal this time and this resort was very close. Our kids enjoyed it. We would have like to have spent some time at the pool but it was chilly the afternoon we had extra time. There were a few little cleaning issues but overall it was a good stay.
