Breckenridge short term rental license # 0000045901 Located in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado, our Townhome is a tri-level unit, with ground level entry, in the Cedars complex at the base of Peak 9, adjacent to Quick Silver chair lift. Comfortably furnished with lots of space, our townhome is just like a 'home-away-from-home.' In addition to the amenities listed, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a Captain bunk bed. The bottom bunk is a full-size bed and the top bunk is a single. Each bedroom also has a full bath. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper (with electric pump air mattress) in the living area. With a pool and hot tub just down the block and the downtown shops, entertainment, and dining within walking distance, there is always something available for everyone. Summer time is just as fun as the ski season, with lots of activities. The Summit County area really caters to the tourists. Often, there are festivals of some type going on during the summer, along with all the other recreational activities you would enjoy in a Beautiful Mountain Setting. During the ski season your Breckenridge lift tickets are also valid at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail. You might consider trying the night skiing at Keystone. There is a shuttle service back and forth to each of the resorts. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there is also tubing and skating. Keywords: Townhome

My 3 young adult sons and I came to Colorado from the East Coast to ski for the 1st time out West. The Condo was perfect. Clean, nice decor and layout, plenty of space, and well equipped with all the supplies needed. Easy in-out to the slopes too! Close to town for evening fun as well. I would rent this same place again and we all want to come back again soon!

Cedars is at the base of peak 9. The condo has 2 big bed rooms and 3 full bathrooms. Fully equiped kitchen with all new appliances. Very confortable for 5 people. Excellent price! The owners are very nice people, but a little difficult to contact. Everything works well, water and central heating. Good mattresses. I will only suggest to take half the stuff and decoration so it will be easier to keep cleaner and leave some space for visitor’s belongings.

Enjoyed our stay. Fireplace was temperamental and entertainment system a little confusing (most are) but we got it to work. Will definitely rebook.

Ski in/out via Quicksilver lift at Peak 9. Five minute walk to Main St and other shops/restaurants. Having garage was big plus for ski gear.

We rented a 2nd townhome in the complex. As owners right down the drive we know what good looks like and this is a very good spot. Highly recommend. Kitchen has everything you need. Decor a bit dated, but overall very easy and comfortable.

We stayed here for Spring break and wanted something close to ski school and the quicksilver lift…. This place did not disappoint. Literally 1 min walk to ski school (where the kids ski) and same distance to lift. We always stay at the Village so I was skeptical about staying anywhere else.. well we have found our new favorite spot! Even has an awesome courtyard r that our kids loves making snowmen in!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is right on morganza the trail between Beaver Run and Quicksilver lifts. You are a short walk to downtown, great location. The kitchen is amazingly equipped. Two coffee makers, two crock pots, wafflemaker, stove grill with hood, and enough pots, pans and utensils for an army. The steam bath is great, but the best was the garage....no cleaning off the snow when you wanted to go anywhere. Nearby hot tubs were great and not crowded. We will definitely be returning.

This is THE property to stay at if you’re skiing or hiking the Breck area. Owners are all-around awesome and the home is everything you could need in a ski-in/out home for Breck. You can honestly see and hear the Quicksilver lift and you get to ski down to it every morning. Again, just awesome. Thanks again for everything!

Cindy and Bob provided an wonderful place for my family to spend 12 nights while we skied and played in the Breckenridge area. The townhome is conveniently located to both the ski lifts (2 min walk) and town (5 min walk). The house was nicely updated, comfortable and well provisioned with everything we needed. A bonus was having a washer and dryer to keep up with our needs for three adults and four children. Overall, I would say this was the best kept VRBO we've stayed. We will be back again next year!!!

The condo was perfect for our family, we have 4 kids ranging from 2-11 and it was so nice to have ski in and ski out. The condo had everything we could need and Bob and Cindy were very responsive.

We try to go skiing every year and prefer to stay at the cedars due to location to town and the ski lift. This rental had an excellent kitchen and amenities. There are parts of the condo that are a little dated, but very well kept. We loved watching movies on the couches and playing cards after home cooked dinner. The local grocery store and liquor are close we a great selection and having a garage parking spot for the rental was a big plus!

We had the best time! This was our first time visiting Breckenridge as a family. Bob and Cindy are amazing hosts! They have thought of everything that you might possibly need, its there! You are steps from the lift. Short walk to down town area! Short drive to keystone for night skiing. We absolutely enjoyed our time. The pictures do not do this place justice! Thank you Bob and Cindy.

Good communication. Just like ski in and out town house, just in the quick sliver lift. Neat and well organized . Will come back.
Just one suggestion, the kettle for hot water is bad designed, it is very hot when water is boiling. It almost burned my hand when I touched the handle.

This property was perfect four our family. The slopes were just steps away. We've never stayed in a Vrbo that felt more "homelike" than this one. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen and very comfortable beds. The hosts promptly answered our questions and clearly take pride in their property. We'll be back next year for sure.

Awesome location to peak 8/9. Kitchen is really great. Some tiny things were broken like toilet seat for two bathrooms and fireplace only worked for us on 1st day. The unit still exceeded expectations and would definitely stay there again on my next trip to breck

Our family of four stayed here to visit our daughter and enjoy our first visit to Breckenridge. Location is perfect! We were right beside the peak 9 Quicksilver lift, ski rental shop and a short walk to to downtown to eat and shop. We had all the amenities we needed as well as a seamless check in/checkout. Would highly recommend this condo.
