Our 2-bed/3-bath condo is perfect for your Breckenridge escape in any season. Recently remodeled, contemporary decor throughout. We are located a block from the Peak 9 ski lifts and 5 minutes walk to downtown Breckenridge. There are indoor/outdoor hot tubs available for apres-ski and a heated outdoor pool for warmer weather. The Blue River and national forest exists directly behind our building, so you can explore endless miles of hiking and mountain biking out your door. Washer/dryer in unit. Prices vary by season and holiday. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen bed & triple bunk (four beds total) Bedroom 2: Two queen beds Living Room: Full sleeper sofa Baths: Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a third full bath in the hall. We loved our stay here! Roomy, updated, SO close to the ski slopes (ski almost right there, walk 5 minutes back). Enjoyed the in-house laundry, dedicated covered parking spot, and 3 full bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Unit was exceptional! Great location, 5 min walk to Peak 9 SilverChair Lift and maggie's. 5 min walk into the beautiful town of Breckenridge. Condo was clean and had plenty of linens, kitchen and bathroom amenities, etc. Owners make it very easy for a family to stay there. Would definitely rent again!

Our stay was great. Covered parking and an elevator were a major bonus. This is a great compromise between distance to the ski lifts, # of beds, and price.

This was my son’s 16th birthday present-a trip to ski Breck. I selected this property based on the listing for both skiers and myself as a non skier. I was completely blown away by the property in terms of condition, cleanliness, decor, location and especially the property owners. Having never been to Breck, and being a non skier with 2 teen boys who had never skied out West. I had so much anxiety and questions. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, kind, responsive and helpful at all times. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to an impending snow storm (10-20 inches, 65 mph winds) this time but we will definitely be back. We loved everything about this condo and the people who own it! 5 minute walk to town and lift. Remarkable property!

The property was very spacious and well appointed. Everything we needed and more was available in the unit. Instructions were provided before our arrival so we were aware of all procedures. Check-in and check-out procedures were very clear. The owner was so quick to answer any questions we had.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The condo was as good as advertised. Great space for 6 adults. Clean, comfortable. Easy walk to Quicksilver lift. Hosts were responsive to our questions. Excellent stay!

This place was clean, incredibly easy to find, and well-equipped with everything our family needed. The triple bunk beds were a hit with the kids, and having a washer/dryer was a convenient bonus. The proximity to the slopes and town made our stay even more enjoyable, and the keyless entry system added a nice touch to our hassle-free experience. Check-in, check-out, and communication were seamless. Overall, a fantastic stay in a well-maintained and conveniently located property.

Beautiful condo with all the right amenities. Perfect location. Less then a five minute walk to the slopes. The owner was great. So nice and organized with check in process along with supplying a handbook for everything I needed to know. That was so helpful. This listing deserves all 5 stars.

We LOVED our stay at this condo. It’s super cute, has plenty of space and is in the best location! Can easily walk to Quicksilver lift and easily walk to town for food and shopping. Loved it and we will definitely be back!

The kitchen had everything we needed. Coach was comfortable for 4 easily. Nice to have humidifiers in the bedrooms. Near lifts and the town. Thanks for everything!

The property was perfect for our needs. The location was a 5 minute walk to the quicksilver lift and a 10 minute walk to main street. The condo was very spacious and had more than enough room for the four of us. The kitchen was very well equipped and had more than enough cookware for us to prepare our meals. Will definitely try to stay here again.

We were impressed by the overall size of the unit and sleeping arrangements. The walk wasn't too far from the slopes and it had an abundant amount of hot tub space. Overall an excellent stay.

This property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was well stocked eith towels, linens, and paper products. It's just minutes away from the slopes and mainstreet - everything was within walking distance (even for my kids). Stacy responded immediately when I couldn't find my access information (my mistake - I deleted it on accident). We will definitely stay again if we're in Breckenridge.

Location was perfect - 5 min walk to Peak 9 base and 5 min to Main St. for restaurants. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!

This is my favorite area to stay in a Breck. This unit is across the street from the pool and (4) hot tubs. The pool/hot tub area has a locker room and shower stall which is fantastic.
The unit itself has plenty of room for a family of four and then some.
The elevator is great and given that there are not a lot of units in the building, we didn’t have to wait for it.
We had no issues finding parking outside. We have a roof rack on our SUV which would not fit in the covered parking garage.
Communication with the owners was excellent.

This was a great VRBO for skiing and hitting the town afterwards. The location is perfect. It was clean, stocked with everything you need for your stay and also has an underground parking garage. The only negative thing I can report are the hot tubs. They seem to be running luke warm and not very hot as expected. After a long day of skiing we were looking forward to a good soak but it seems the water temperatures were under 99 degrees. The 4 hot tubs you can access all seemed to have this temp issue. One day only one tub seemed full (hot enough) while the other 3 hot tubs were not being used (luke warm) with some people just turning to go home. These hot tubs are shared by other condos in the vicinity. Other than that this is a great VRBO for location and amenities.

The condo was very clean, cozy, and well stocked. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the slopes or to the shops & restaurants. The hot tubs and pool are well kept and were great after a full day of skiing. We would highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend. Very nice place - although 2 bedrooms, it sleeps 10 comfortably with the triple bunk bed as an added bonus for kids/teens. 3 full baths was nice too. It was very nice that the owners had all the little things available (TP, paper towels, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, trash bags, etc.). Nice large capacity wash/dryer available too. The place had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to the slopes and to Main Street. Great covered parking too.

Property was neat and well maintained. It had all the things you would have in your home. It was in a great location walking distance from downtown. Working with booking and everything up to arrival was easy and worry free. Check out was a breeze. Would stay here again.

10/10 recommended. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The location was close to everything, we could have walked but we are from Texas and it was too cold for us!! We did noticed that the rooms would get stuffy at night time we didn't have the heater on at all in the bedrooms. Would have been nice to have ceiling fans or a box fan. The kitchen was fully stock with everything we needed. I told my fiancé that I wanted to come back during the summer to see how it is. Breckenridge was just so beautiful just like a hallmark movie. Stacy was such a great help with all of our questions or needs. I would recommended this condo to anyone!!

So well equipped and awesome location
This was a perfect condo for our family of 5. There was plenty of space to spread out and unpack. So many supplies were provided, the stream out back was lovely, and the walk to town was super easy. Stacey was so responsive to any questions. Would love to come back another time.

Summer in Breckenridge
We had a fantastic stay with our family (2 adults, 12 year-old, 10 year-old and 8 year-old in late June. The condo is extremely clean and kitchen is well-stocked. Our kids really enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tubs. Location is great - quick, nice walk to town. Stacy was extremely responsive to questions. We had a fantastic vacation!

Excellent location and accommodations! Close to everything, yet private setting. A small, wooded area along a stream that was fun for a snowball fight with the kids and a short walk to the ski slope and downtown! Amazing Place!

We had a great experience in this condo at Breckinridge. It was walking distance to the Peak 9 lift as well as into town. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in Breckinridge.

From booking to checkout everything was perfect. The place is super clean, well stocked with plenty of room and comfortable. The owners went out of their way to help us and make sure the stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again if its available!
