The house is amazing, nice location. We enjoyed a lot staying here, thanks!

It is a comfortable house in a central but quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants that deliver in the area.
Master bedroom is very large and comfortable. Third floor is a great place for kids to play and there are plenty of board games and kids stuff in the house as well as a fun selection of Dvds for them to watch.
Kitchen is well equipped. Owner was very helpful planning our visit and especially when there was a power outage on the block and we could not get out car out of the garage.
All in all we had a wonderful week in "our SF Holiday Home".
3.0
The house is beautiful and sleeps 10 - 15 depending on if people are sharing rooms or not. The top floor has a pull out and a futon which worked out well for our group.
It was a great house with a great location. My only critique is that I felt anxious during my stay. The owner reached out before confirming my stay to let me know "there were no parties allowed", which was confusing because I have 13 folks staying here so is that a party or what do you mean? And then the week of my arrival she tells me that if I move any furniture, even within the room, it's like a $300 charge.
I really didn't feel like I could fully enjoy myself because I was constantly worried about whether I was making too much noise at night or if someone had unintentionally moved any furniture around resulting in extra charges.
The owner was highly communicative, which is better than surprise charges but I could have paid a fraction of the price at a hotel and not been worried about extra charges for noise or out of place chairs. Just had me thinking "what am I really paying for"?
I would still recommend the house because it is beautiful and well placed. Just know that it comes with an anxious owner.

Beautiful, sunny, and comfortable home in a wonderful and walkable part of the city. Home is very clean and lots of space to gather. Host is very communicative and helpful.

Spacious family house with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone (All 8 of us ). Lots of place to read or play. My grandchildren loved the third floor loft area with ping pong table. The house is on a quiet cul de sac but an easy walk to Castro area with nearby neighbourhood groceries and restaurants. We happened during an unusual heat wave but there were fans available for each bedroom. Hosts were very responsive to messages and questions. We would highly recommend this house.

We came to SF for a family wedding and this home was perfect. Great space and looks just like the photos. Would return without hesitation.

We had a wonderful trip staying at this property. Sharon was fantastic, communicated so well, and made this a great trip for us. We had several kids with us and the space was perfect. The top room with the ping pong table was just what they needed. The property is in a secluded side street and we felt very safe there. We also were able to fit the car into their garage. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the San Fran area.

Host was excellent - very responsive. We enjoyed the property overall.
The location was great and property size/layout great.
General cleanliness was ok, but the property needs a deep clean (cupboards, carpets, rugs, doors, skirtings etc) and numerous smaller maintenance tasks need to be attended to, to bring this property up to standard.

Thoroughly enjoyed this great space with our family. Lots of dining/coffee options within walking distance. It’s a dead end street so very quiet. Older house, but very comfortable, great wi-fi (for our remote worker kids). Very pleased!

We are a group of business travelers that opted for a communal experience instead of hotels around Moscone. This home is AMAZING! The host was very communicative and kind.
Great location, plenty of space so it's not weird with work colleagues, beautiful home. We will definitely come back here on our next biz trip to SF.

I was in San Francisco with family and friends for a music festival, and this place was perfect for us. Very clean and spacious with lots of amenities. The neighborhood is also quiet and felt safe.

My family stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding and enjoyed Sharon’s home. The location was beautiful, felt safe, and was perfectly walkable to parks, shops and restaurants in the Castro neighborhood. There was plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out in the house too. Parking was slightly challenging, as we rented a large SUV that didn’t fit in the garage so had to pay for a parking permit, which was not a big deal for us because we only had to pay for one day. However, it could get pricey if staying multiple days during the week. If you rent a car, go for a small one that can fit in the garage. All in all it was a great stay for my family.

I booked the house for an offsite for my executive team and they were EXTREMELY happy with it. The house had plenty of space for the team to function and collaborate, including private bedrooms that were beautifully outfitted and comfortable. Everything about this home was thoughtfully done to maximize your experience. What a gem! This will be our go-to for our guests coming to town or for any offsites going forward. Thank you Sharon for everything! Can't wait to schedule the next one!

Sharon's home is even more spectacular than the listing shows. Plenty of room for a large family group and lovely personalized touches. Sharon was the perfect host, easy to reach and always more than accommodating. What a perfect home and location to stay in.

Beautiful home on a quiet dead end street near the Castro/Corona Heights neighborhoods. Well equipped kitchen, large spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living/dining room. The entire third floor is a beautiful family/recreation room with several day beds and lovely skylights. Beautiful outdoor patio with a barbecue available and beautiful garden.
There are several restaurants and markets within walking distance and Corona Heights Park can be reached by climbing the stairs at the end of the street.
This was a great place for our adult children, grandchildren, and us to stay and hope we can stay there again in the future. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Sharon’s house for 3 days and we had an absolute blast.
Every time we had to leave the house my kids would get mad because they were having so much fun.
We all loved it!! The house is Super clean and was comfortable for our group (7 to 65 year old). The kitchen is perfect for cooking and well equipped.
Sharon responded immediately every question we had and was very accommodating when we requested an early check in (we were coming from Lake Tahoe)
We will recommend this property to all our friends/family traveling to San Francisco for sure!!!!

This property was perfect! Not to mention the owner; She is wonderful and so accommodating. Our family was visiting Santa Cruz from out of state. We were evacuated because of the local wildfires and had nowhere to go. We needed to get as far away as possible. San Francisco was perfect and Sharon worked with us directly so that we could move quickly. We were welcomed with all of the amenities and would be happy to stay there again. Our children said "It finally feels like we are on vacation!"

We stayed at Sharon's home for a company offsite. We had 8 people sleeping in the house, and the setup was spacious enough that only 2 rooms had to be shared, and everybody was still comfortable! The location is great--the street itself is quiet, but it's walking distance from so many Castro/Market attractions and convenient to multiple transit lines as well. Having Corona Heights park right up the hill was great as well for taking a break to take in some views of the city. The patio area is very pleasant--though it rained a bit while we were there, most people enjoyed a few hours of working outdoors. The 3rd floor game/family room got a lot of use as well, and is a great attraction for the young and young at heart.

We really enjoyed our stay here over Easter. The house is so welcoming and comfortable. The neighborhood is a fun place to be with friendly restaurants and a great park within walking distance for toddlers. Also enjoyed the beautifully landscaped back patio with the gorgeous weather. Sharon is a great host. Everything was perfect!

We arrived finding a meticulously kept, roomy, bright home, stocked with the items needed for a very comfortable stay. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 2 children, and the layout of the home allowed everyone to have a private space, while the upstairs game room provided a favorite gathering area.
We really got the feeling of being at home in this house. There was a sense of warmth and friendliness about it that led to our being "settled in" very quickly.
Our host, Sharon, made sure that every detail was attended to. Our group had one rental vehicle, and parking with the required residence pass, was never an issue.
The home is in a quiet area on a picturesque tree-lined street and within walking distance to many interesting shops and restaurants. Grocery shopping is nearby.
We look forward to staying here again when we visit San Francisco!

Sharon's home is amazing! We rent large houses in SF regularly for work travel and this house by far surpasses all the others.

We came to San Francisco to celebrate our 50 wedding anniversary. Our party included 8 adults, 4 children and one infant. The house fit our needs perfectly. The house was well stocked with everything you might need for a successful vacation.
Sharon our host was great from start to finish and was always available to help us with anything we needed during our visit. She is a very warm and caring person.
The house is very spacious and all of our family enjoyed the wonderful accommodations. The children especially enjoyed the third floor play room with the games and ping pong table. We had a wonderful celebration of our wedding anniversary and a great visit.
The location of the home in the Castro District is in the heart of the city and you can use public transportation to reach all points within the city.
I highly recommend this home as your destination for a great visit to San Francisco.

We came over for my sons wedding needing comfortable space for 8 people ranging from 84 to 17 years of age.
The house was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and it had plenty of bathrooms to accomodate us all. The downstairs area with the open plan kitchen/diner was a great place to relax and get together. The location was great with excellent transport links, nearby supermarkets and restaurants Sharon helped us with a parking permit, however we did manage to get our large 8 seater hire car into the garage. We did meet Casey who checked we were happy and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a house that could accommodate 8 family members comfortably in a robust location. We found our match in the Castro district with this home. First, the house was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. Second, there was plenty of room for our entire party - each couple and both teenagers had their own rooms and access to one of the four bathrooms –there was no arguing over who was using them. The bathrooms were well appointed with plenty of clean towels, soap and shampoo, and soft robes. Third, with my brother and I being the ‘cooks’ of the family, we were more than happy to see the kitchen well stocked with basic provisions, high-end appliances and sufficient kitchen tools to meet our discerning needs. The only thing that was really missing were sharper knives! Regardless, we were able to cook problem-free five of the six nights of our stay. Finally, the garden area was also great with a BBQ where we all took turns basking in the sun and enjoying the December SF weather.
The home was very well located and within walking distance to interesting areas such as Castro, the Mission District and Haight-Ashbury. It was also a surprisingly short underground ride to the Union Square shopping district, Chinatown and the Ferry Terminal. For groceries, a Safeway and Whole Foods were close by (within a 15 minute walk) as well as a couple of convenience and liquor stores within an even shorter distance.
In summary the house was everything as advertised. Sharon was great from start to finish – we could not have asked for a better host. She even helped us get a parking pass for the week. We would not hesitate to rent this house again next time we are in San Francisco – perhaps even next year!

This house was perfect for my extended family of 12. We range in age from 76 to 5 and all had a terrific time in San Francisco and in this beautiful home. The home owners were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The home is in a safe, convenient location and although we had two rental cars we did not need to use them to sightsee in the city.
We loved it!
