What an amazing property! We never left a mile radius and were able to hit the pool AND the beach! The house is beautiful, and you can walk or take the golf cart to both the pool AND the beach! Only downside is that the HOA is very strict on rules. Other than that, we loved it and would totally stay here again!!

Overall our stay was really great. For the most part we had everything we needed. The house was clean & everything was very comfortable. The major pitfalls of this place…. Mold was on the ac vents in the bedrooms, mold was on the cushions on the patio furniture, the ice maker did not work, the TVs did not work well, we ran out of TP on day 2 and the AC took a looooong time to cool the house off. The location was great, the golf cart was very convenient, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy! One thing to note is that they had lots of beach chairs in the garage, beach toys for kids and even a bassinet for the beach. We didn’t use any of the kids stuff but it would have been nice to know about the provided beach chairs as we all brought our own!

Overall house was very nice. Master TV didn’t work, filter status on fridge water/ice was red and needed to be replaced. For a house that sleeps 12 having more than 2 dishwasher pods would have been ideal as well as little kitchen supplies like salt and pepper.
This house is ran by a property management company and they made you talk to them through their portal vs VRBO which isn’t preferred. The cleaning crew showed up an hour before checkout and we’re just waiting outside which was a little weird.
As I said, overall great house and great location.

Everything here was great. Only thing is the master bedroom tv didn’t work but we were too busy to use it anyways. Also the furniture could use a deep clean as well as the floors, I would not walk barefoot. But overall it was a great fit for our family and friends. The golf cart was also a huge plus and it was very close to the beach and amentities exactly as listed. I would definitely stay here again 😊

Location of property is great and the area is beautiful. The golf cart available comes in handy to go to the beach which is literally across the street. Plenty of space and a few extras for beach use.. However, area rugs in bedrooms and living rooms are filthy practically brown as well as the couch. Vents are full of mold. Black Ants in the bathrooms. Check the windows. It has become a personal habit after a bad experience. 7 windows in the house were unlocked and cracked open. Thank goodness we checked and locked them. That is a huge safety issue.

This was an Amazing experience. Myself and 6 other family members came to Destin to celebrate my 59th birthday and my mother’s 85th. The house was immaculate and everything was in order. We absolutely loved the golf cart, since my mother was on a walking cane. We had one problem with the refrigerator not getting cold and it was quickly resolved by Erin, when I called to report it. The gated community was beautiful and everyone was friendly!!! Location, Location, Location!! The beach was simply the BEST!! We’ll be Back Soon!!!

Beautiful home in a well maintained community and the bed was very comfortable. The golf cart was an awesome toss in to get to and from the clubhouse. We enjoyed the clubhouse and it's full array of amenities. We will visit again soon.

We had a issue with the fridge the whole time. They sent out someone but it still wasn’t fixed Before you go, check to make sure it’s fixed.

The location of the property was great.(close to shopping area and things to do for the kids on a rainy day.) The amenities provided was exactly what we needed for our large family of 11. Overall this was a great stay and we would definitely like to return in the future.

Our family of 12 had a great time at this location! The house had a nice open concept which was perfect for our big group. The house was very close to the pool and beach.
The included golf cart was very nice and now my husband insists that we get a golf cart with every rental lol.
The fridge and all the beach equipment were a pleasant surprise when we opened the garage.
Management was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed.
We loved our location and will definitely book again.

Beautiful property, great location, the gate code didn’t work until the last day, the golf cart was no working and no one ever responded to us. It was a great week though and we loved the house.

Location was central to great beaches, world class food and helped us make memories that will last several lifetimes. The golf cart was very convenient and the living spaces allowed for all 8 adults to celebrate together. We would definitely stay here again!

I would recommend the couches be replaced, the seats are super dirty, it’s cloth, so I would recommend to replace them with leather couches, it would make a world of a difference in an otherwise decent kept house.
We went out to eat, didn’t have to cook. Fridge and dishwasher looked new. Golf cart was great to have, made the drive to pool and beach a breeze. Pool was pretty empty, and just around the corner; that was great. Beach was just ahead, and not too crowded in the morning either. Shopping and food was close by, and although it wasn’t a house with beach views or even a back yard, it was good for the price.
