About this house rental
Nestled in Santa Fe, this attractive house for R 3,868 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Owner-operated 2014 Pulte 4/2.5 home with modern style on the inside and classic Santa Fe on the outside. House is fully furnished and has a tankless water heater that allows unlimited guests to shower in the master and guest bathrooms. We are now fully powered by solar energy. We are still on the grid, but the current monthly production is greater than consumption. Sleeping arrangements: 5 beds - 1 King + 2 queen + Full-Twin-Twin Trundle Bunkbed + Living Room sofa queen. This house is right across the street from a park and is just a few blocks from the Bypass, so you can get from one end of town to the other quickly. As of 2020 I have completed a complete painting refresh.

We had the best time! Great location! My kids loved having the playground right across the street, and my parents enjoyed walking around on the neighborhood's sidewalks under stunning sunsets. The house feels spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the whole family. We slept so good in the comfy beds. The sunny backyard is well kept and lined with gorgeous flowering trees. Perfect for eating our meals outside and listening to the birds. Fantastic communication with our host, Jeff. We would highly recommend this home!

Multiple family members met up in Santa Fe to have my mom’s ashes interred with my dad at the veterans cemetery. The house was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. It was great to have garage access for one of our vehicles. The neighborhood is quiet and we happened to be there while the tree-lined streets were in full bloom. It was beautiful.

We stayed here for our 8 year old twins spring break. The house is in a great location, close to everything! We drove to Bandelier and Taos. It was nice coming back to the house each night. The house was very comfortable for the 5 of us. One night there was a power outage and the owner reached out to us (we were out) to let us know about it and offered to go grab flashlights from the store for us. Overall the stay was great and we would stay again if we come back to the area.

This 4 bedroom was everything we needed for a gaggle of girls! There were plenty of blankets and towels, space, and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Overall this was a great, spacious property. We had seven in our party and we had plenty of room to hang out. The location within Santa Fe is great, close to the airport, golf course, the historic square and Cerrillos Rd where many restaurants and stores are. The neighborhood was quiet too. The only downside were the mattresses. All of them were way too firm. The sheets and linens were superb, just wish I could say the same about the mattresses.

Good location too. Only a 10 minute ride to just about anywhere we needed to go. It’s not brimming with Santa Fe type charm, but it is comfortable. The yard is useable too, with 2 card table and chair sets to stretch the outdoor dinning set. I’d come back. The host/owner really went out of his way to help us have the healing memorial we all needed.

The common areas are comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to make a few meals. Note that all the bedrooms are upstairs, and the staircase is steep. The host is very thoughtful and we appreciated the extra mattresses, bedding, and card tables and chairs located under the stairs. This property is about 15 minutes from the Plaza, but it is a very drive and there are many restaurants and stores in between. We highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay for a small group! The homeowner thought of every detail and left clear home details in a notebook. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from so many restaurants and maybe 10 minute drive from the plaza. We had a great time.

I wanted to say that the stairs are very steep. If you have people in your party that would have trouble with that then they would have to sleep on the couch or this might not be the place for them.
