I came into town for my daughter’s 21st birthday. She attends CoC and I wanted to be close, but still have my own experience while she was in class. This was the perfect place! Cozy and well appointed with everything I needed; within walking distance from shops and The Blind Tiger pub across the street. Bikes were available if you didn’t want to walk around and explore. I will book again for my future trips.

Convenient, clean and comfortable
This studio apartment was right in the district we wanted to explore and had everything we needed. I would like to have used the bicycles but time did not permit! The laundry facilities were new and conveniently placed in the building. Parking was a concern but actually not a problem at all...just pay attention to street signs!

This studio is an absolute gem! Spotless, and the owner has thought about everything you might need. Location could not be better. We can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect for our long weekend. Central to the historic district, location couldn't be better. Minor glitch at check in, but had an immediate response to my inquiry. Very nice, tastefully decorated studio apartment, perfect for our needs. Basic amenities supplied, plus cold bottle of water in the fridge, and an ice machine just outside the door of the unit. Coffee, etc. supplied. Nice bed and linens. Only complaint was the bathroom. Hot and cold were reversed at the vanity. And the lack of pressure in the shower made getting my longish hair rinsed out nearly impossible. In addition, the water constantly fluctuated temperature, making showering a chore instead of a pleasure. I did not contact the property owner/manager during our stay, as did not want to deal with someone in the unit during out stay. However, I reached out afterward, and never received any response. Hopefully they have taken care of the issues. I would stay here again if they would verify the bath issues have been taken care of.

Traveling for two days in Charleston. Studio room was in a convenient location for walking to the many activities in Historic Charleston. The room was comfortable with a/c, ceiling fan and standing fan. Bed was comfortable and nice bedding. There is no living room in this rental. Bathroom is tight but has nice fixtures, but the water pressure was very low. The pantry was nicely supplied with coffees and teas and glassware.
I would highly recommend this rental for a few days stay, anything longer and you would probably want something a little larger.

Really nice generously spaced studio. Very easy access to walk almost everywhere. We were in town for our Daughters wedding. Loved picking up breakfast at local Bakehouse and taking it down to Pineapple fountain to eat. Would definitely suggest to anyone to stay here. Make sure to have dinner reservations before arriving in peak season at many if restaurants.

This was the perfect space for the wedding weekend. It was convenient, very easy to catch an Uber and near great restaurants. I like being in an area like this so you can go for walks or ride the bikes.

Great studio condo within walking distance to lots of great things to explore in Charleston! We loved being able to park and not have to drive anywhere again after we got there! Would love to stay here again!

Perfect for a weekend getaway! Great location. Less than 8 min walk from all the restaurants/bars. The bikes were a great addition that I wasn’t expecting- we rode to The Battery, Colonial Lake Park, the City Market, and the Pineapple Fountain all within about 15 min away. Although it isn’t a large space to stay in, it was a perfect central location to explore all that downtown Charleston has to offer.

Went for a wedding. Perfect space and walking distance to hot spots. Way better than a hotel. Highly recommend!

Clean property in a great location. Very communicative and friendly staff. Parking is always a challenge in this area but there is a reserved spot available within easy walking distance. There was one minor issue with hot water in one sink but otherwise an excellent experience. Would absolutely book there again!

Thank you so much for the hospitality! Great spot. Loved that there was water and ice provided and the location was great too. I also appreciated the fact that the hose was willing to be flexible in regards to late check out since my flight wasn’t until the afternoon. The suggestions and tips provided in the binder were all very helpful as well! Next time I’m k. Charleston, I’ll definitely stay here. High recommend!

This property was ideal for our 4 day / 3 night visit to Charleston. The location makes for convenient access to the historic district, tours, downtown restaurants, shopping, etc. The bonus of the available bikes was used and appreciated! The studio is well equipped and the pellet ice maker was perfect for drinks and water bottles. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it for any couple looking to explore Charleston!

Heart of Old Town. 2 blocks to the bay. Spacious room; coffee creamers were sour.

Location location location! Quite cozy but provided us with what we needed. Be sure to take the bikes out for a spin, we totally enjoyed that. Small fridge doesn't have the ability to make ice successfully, could not freeze two trays in 24hrs.
Sadly the provided coffee creamers in the fridge had spoiled.

We liked the place quite a bit. It was close to everything Charleston had to offer. Great little breakfast joint down the street. Parking is a challenge, but once you understand the situation, it is quite easy.

My boyfriend and I came here to explore Charleston and absolutely loved this little studio! The location was perfect! We walked everywhere & really felt like we were in the heart of the city. Mari & Kit were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything needed for our stay! The bikes were also a nice feature! Thanks for a great stay, 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I have stayed at the studio twice. The location can’t be beat. Four of our favorite restaurants are within a three minute walk, waterfront park is nearby, and countless gorgeous historic streets, homes and other sites of interest are in the neighborhood. Additionally, the decor and finishes are so tasteful and nice! The kitchenette and bathroom are stocked with essentials, and towels/linens are pristine. Check in/out was easy, and communication was timely and efficient. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because you have to walk through an unfinished room to get out to the patio. The outdoor space is VERY important to me. I used it everyday we were there, but walking through an unfinished basement/storage type room with uneven pieces of plywood placed down to create a floor is less than ideal, although the patio/courtyard is beautiful once you are out there. I feel that the property management could, with minimal effort, transform that walkthrough space and courtyard into something equally as lovely as the studio apartment. We would be happy to stay in this unit again and again, and I hope to see the improvements I am suggesting at some point in the future. Overall, I would rate this unit at 4.5.

Great location, great accommodations! This apartment had it all! My husband enjoyed his coffee on the upstairs balcony while I enjoyed lounging in the room. Close to everything in the historic district, great restaurants and shopping within steps of the apartment. We ate at The Establishment directly across the street and it was an experience. Highly recommend this if you are wanting a great place to stay when you visit Charleston.
