Only 2 steps from driveway into chalet so perfect for Senior Citizens or anyone with limited mobility. ****HOME MAXIMUM OF 7 ADULTS DUE TO BED CONFIGURATIONS. THAT WOULD BE 2 ADULTS PER BEDROOM AND ONE ADULT ON BOTTOM BUNK. SOFA BEDS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ******PLEASE NOTE, THE CREDIT CARD YOU USE FOR RESERVATION PAYMENTS MUST MATCH THE NAME ON YOUR VRBO ACCOUNT/RESERVATION. YOU CANNOT BOOK UNDER YOUR NAME AND THEN PAY WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S CREDIT CARD. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. Open area room. This room is NOT closed off with a door. Upstairs: Full bath with walk in shower Basement Bedroom: King size bed Basement: Full bath with tub and shower Sofa sleeper in living room and basement for additional sleeping. Each sofa bed will accommodate 2 kids (SUITABLE FOR KIDS ONLY, NO ADULTS ON SOFA BEDS) Flat Screen TVs in Master Bedroom, Main floor living room, and basement living room. Dish Network with 190+ channels Gas Fireplace in Living Room - not available in warmer months Main level porch features Gas grill and table with seating for 6 Basement level porch with wooden swing Upper-level porch off loft area Community pool just a short walk from chalet. *****Usually opens Memorial Day weekend and closes October 9th. Pool hours 9AM-10PM. Of course, these dates and hours are determined by the HOA association board, and I have no control over the opening and closing of pool. I cannot guarantee hours and dates!*****But honestly have never had any issues with it being open when it is supposed to be. Washer and Dryer in finished basement Pool Table in Basement for late night fun! ****MAXIMUM 2 dogs allowed. Please discuss with us breed of animal before booking to get clearance. Pet fee of $125 will be requested. Please clean up after your dogs. *****No Smoking Please! *****Minimum age to rent 25 years old *****PARKING at chalet is limited to 3 regular size vehicles or 2 oversized trucks/SUVS. Please see parking photo in pictures. ***Please note the House will be stocked with a STARTER SUPPLY only of toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, garbage bags, clothes detergent, etc. If you anticipate needing more, please plan accordingly. *****HASSEL FREE CHECK-IN!!! Chalet uses keyless entry. One day prior to your arrival you will be messaged a key code that will be specific to your family. This code will be used to enter Chalet. We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of space for our family and our 2 shih tzu fur babies. Loved the pool table and the location is very convenient to Pigeon Forge restaurants and shopping. Cicely is a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

W love this property. This is our 2nd time staying here and it’s perfect for our family. We love the floor plan, each couple has their own space. Being able to bring our dogs is wonderful. Beautifully furnished, plenty of towels, clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. Cicely is a great hostess. Can’t wait to return!

It had a plenty of room for 3 family groups, 11 people. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes & cooking equipment. Comfortable beds & clean house. Parking spots accommodated 2 midsized SUV & 1 larger sized. It fit but had to be careful parking! Definitely would need 4W drive if snow possible. We saw a midsized bear across the drive from the house! Kids loved that!

This was our first time visiting tennessee. we spent turkey day at this location and felt right at home. First time in Tennessee and with all the support the owners gave for ideas of things to do and the location that was so convenient this was definitely a trip to be remembered. We cant wait to visit next time (kids want this to be our trip next year lol) and hoping we can stay in the same location. What a joy and just plain great vacation and amazing views,location, and communication!

Spacious cabin with ample parking. It was decorated super cute for fall. Very clean and plenty of linens, blankets, pillows, etc. They even had space heaters and a baby gate which was great. Plenty of room for our family of 7 and 2 dogs to spread out. We didnt have a chance to use but the cabin had a pool table and Nintendo as well. Location is perfect and close to everywhere we wanted to go in Pigeon Forge. Communication with owner was excellent, very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The house was very convenient and well stocked. The owners were great to work with. Minor technical issue occurred the day of check in which was quickly handled. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. This is the perfect cabin for a family to relax and enjoy the mountains but still be close to all the fun in Pigeon Forge. Everything was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The inside of cabin was just what our family of 11 needed….plenty of space, clean, and comfy beds. The outside area was so packed with cabins so close together, it just felt crowded and claustrophobic to me.The distance from town was good, just almost needed GPS every time we came in or left because it was like a maze with so many cabins and cul de sac roads…..not what I expected.

This was a nice place for a getaway to Pigeon Forge. It’s spacious, well-stocked and clean. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy . It’s very convenient to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, the Sevierville Tanger Outlets, and activities and Gatlinburg is nearby. All the entertainment systems worked well too. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool table. It has a very family friendly cozy feeling!

Some work on the property is needed. The kitchen sink and garbage disposal were clogged up. The master suite bathroom has extremely low water pressure and the drains are very slow running. The toilet also runs. Some of the towel bars in the other bathrooms were loose, the one in the basement bathroom came off the wall. These weren't horrible things, just basic stuff that needs addressed. We had a nice stay at any rate.

This Chalet was everything we needed. Short distance to the Parkway and easy to get to. It has everything that our family needed for our trip. Host checked in regularly to make sure our trip was going well and was appreciated.

We stayed here 4 nights while visiting Pigeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains. Wish we could have stayed longer! The place was so clean and had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 1 dog.
Amenities were all there and even some snacks we took advantage of. Plenty of towels and pillows and blankets.
Best for small dogs, not a lot of outdoor space for large dogs if they like to run.
Nice pool table in lower level. Plenty of seating at dinner.

This is our second year in a row staying here! We love it just as much as the first time. There were a few wonderful updates. There were hangers hooray! They did some updates to the balconies. The home is the perfect size for our family. It’s very quiet and we did love the feeling of familiarity. This is our home away from home. When we come back this will be our spot. Me and my family enjoyed our time here. It was literally minutes away from everything in Pigeon Forge. Easy to find and get in and out of without the worry of traffic. It was also one of the cleanest places we have rented so far.
