Situated in Big Bear, this charming standard cabin for R 6,609 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Newer Cabin, Disabled Accessible, RV parking and Close to Everything This is a newer log-style cabin, with a bright and open layout, it's big enough for the whole family. While being cozy in the winter time and airy in the summer time, this cabin is beautiful all year round. It includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and even has a gaming area the whole family can enjoy. This cabin features a hot tub, rock fireplace, open great room, pool table, Wii, telephone, internet, patio furniture, a large wraparound deck, a fenced in dog run and is even handicap accessible. There are TV's in the living room as well as one in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a wonderful home cooked meal. With being less than a mile to the Village, a short hop to the lake, Alpine slide/tube run, and both ski resorts, there is something to do for everyone of all ages. This spacious cabin sleeps ten comfortably with enough room for everyone. The master suite features a California king bed with a full bathroom as well as glass sliding doors that lead out onto the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as a bunk beds with a full bathroom. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and a full wheelchair accessible bathroom. The living room also has a sofa bed. Plus a full size washer and dryer. The cabin has an attached owner private dog park. Outside security video cameras monitors the cabin when vacant. Free EV charging station on site for electric vehicles.

Property, Phil and Jennifer were all wonderful. The location is fabulous…walking distance from downtown. We had 4 kids with us and they loved the bunk beds, the games, the pool table and the jacuzzi. We loved how the place had everything we needed for cooking and being comfortable. The three bathrooms were great and the beds were beyond comfortable. Place was extremely clean! We will definitely be back.

This cabin is walking distance to the alpine slide, hiking trails and shopping. The cabin has a pool table and video games great for teenagers and adults. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to make this a temporary home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

This Cabin was the perfect place for our family and our needs! There were 8 of us ranging from 13 years-83 years! The accessible bathroom and ramp to the door made it so easy for my dad to get around. The kids (and the adult men kids), had a BLAST on the video game table with so many vintage games from their childhoods! Pools is always a hit and we took full advantage of the hot tub and the grill. Just an amazing weekend, with TONS of kitchen space and room for everyone! We were so thankful to be able to bring our sweet dog Polar Bear and she enjoyed the dog park and just being with all of her people.

This is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Finding a wheelchair accessible location is challenging with most property owners underestimating the true needs of someone in a wheelchair. This cabin was very accessible inside and out. The only challenge we had was the bed was a little too tall to transfer from a wheelchair without assistance but we figured it out. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and warmth of the cabin. We had such a restful stay and killer Spartan OCR race on the mountain. AROO!!! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Phils house. Everything pictured is as accurate as the description, if not even better. The property manager was very attentive and came to give us a tour of the house. We had a very pleasant time and the house was fully stocked. We can’t wait to return!

The cabin is even more beautiful than pictured. It has everything, incredible rooms, pool table and game machine, washer and dryer. They had all the comforts of home. They even provided treats. Someone greeted us when arrived to show us around and let us know they were available at anytime if needed. We immediately felt right at home.There is a dog park right next door. Everything was very close , downtown, and the parks and lake. The weather was great and just enough snow. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

This is the 4th year in a row staying at this cabin with my family. It’s a perfect spot for my husband and kids and my sister, husband and kids. The family room/kitchen is an open floor plan which allows us to cook, watch tv and play pool all at the same time. It has a cabin feel but with all the amenities of a modern home. Always plenty of towels, blankets, toilet paper etc as well as kitchen supplies; silverware, condiments, pots/pans etc. There is an awesome arcade style video game and tons of kids board games. The backyard is fenced in and a great place for the kids to play in the snow. There are some small hills around for sledding. The owner and manager are great and always respond asap! This last trip was big bears first blizzard and all roads up and down were closed for days. The owner was very quick to offer us to stay any additional nights we needed free of charge which I know many Vrbo’s were not so generous.! A very stand up guy. I would never stay anywhere else!

The kitchen was well stocked. They left a basket of goodies for us upon our arrival. Toiletries were plentiful. There was plenty of room for the dogs to run around. In addition, eateries, shopping, and an excellent bakery were within walking distance. Phil was a great host; he always responded within minutes to any questions or concerns. There was also a book with information that was very handy. This cabin also had plenty of parking. We will be sure to visit again.

My family and I stayed here over New Years and everything was perfect!
Upon check in the lovely manager, Jennifer, met us to give a quick tour and go over a couple details like how to use the spa and where to take the trash. The hosts also left us an adorable holiday themed welcome basket and stockings filled above the fire place which really made our stay feel extra special (we had mentioned in our booking notes that we love Christmas and do not mind if Christmas decor was still up on New Years!). I hope the owners know how much we really loved and appreciated that extra touch.
We also loved the open floor plan that offered different areas for relaxing activities while still being together. And the large couch was super comfortable which is surprisingly hard to find in big bear rentals. Same goes for the beds, we all slept great! We also appreciated the perfectly balanced “big bear cabin” themeing throughout the home, as it made the space extra cozy and warm. Exactly the vibes we were looking for.
This cabin was immaculate. And everything in the home was top quality. Honestly, it’s so refreshing to stay at a home that actually cared about the quality of the house. We’ve had the unfortunate experiences at OTHER properties of feeling like door hinges were going to fall off and faucets looking like they haven’t been updated in 50 years, NOT THIS PLACE! Here, you can tell that the owners take pride in their home. It’s those little details that really set this cabin apart for us and we will be visiting again as soon as possible.

Beautiful Boutique Style Cabin
Great location. Super clean. Perfect, quiet location Extra special touches throughout the home. For example, a welcome basket, and few groceries. Coffee. Wow! Soaps and lotion in the bathrooms. We rented this cabin for Christmas this year and man it was perfect. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom and the home was perfect for our family. Well stocked, clean and the host was very communicative. Check-in process was a breeze. The home is very well located within Big Bear. We even walked up in the snow to grab a beer at Big Bear Brewery and to Lakeview Market. All of it was easy to manage and the home was so great to cook and hang out in. We'll be back soon!

Spending time with my loved ones
We had such a great time spending it with our family. We don’t get to spend this type of quality time with our children and grandchildren. Usually due to the fact that it’s very difficult finding places with wheelchair accessibility. Your cabin was inviting and cozy. My son was able to get around in his wheelchair easily and the bedroom with the roll in shower was perfect for him. Thank you so much for checking in daily to make sure we were enjoying our time and all the information around the house for use was so confident and helpful. Definitely would 100% recommend to family and friends. Hope to do it again.

We came as a family with our grandpa so a total of 7 of us! Plus, we celebrated our grandpas birthday. We have four kids and three adults. We loved it here! The owner had put a lot of attention to detail throughout from the wood furniture, wood molding, bear decorations and rugs. They even had cute spring decorations and table settings. The rooms were perfect. We loved how every bedroom has its own bathroom....very important! I cooked every meal for the four days and three nights and every supply I needed was in the cabin. We went in the spa at least once a day and we all enjoyed that. We loved the pool table and the arcade game table. The location was perfect as it was a short drive. We had one dog and were glad to have our own dog area. Honestly, if I had a cabin, this is what I’d want it to be like. The owner was great and communicative. Thank you so much!

Phil , the owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything and were comfortable. Upon hearing the garbage disposal wasn’t working, there was a knock at the door and in walks in Juan to fix it in less than 5 minutes. Phil even let me check in one night before so we would beat the upcoming storm. This cabin and service was so on point that I am renting it out every year on my birthday. I also recommended it to many of my friends. It’s perfect:) Thanks again Phil !
