Talk about a great deal, right in OLD TOWN!! This beautiful Condo is fully equipped for either your Summer or Winter getaway, right in the heart of Park City. The ski lift is two blocks away from the Condo!! Deer Valley Mountain Resort is also just a few minutes away, by car or bus. There are 2 assigned garage (low clearance) parking spaces for your convenience as well as locked ski racks to store your skis or boards. There are 3 sleeping areas. The Primary bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a bunkbed with its own bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom on the main floor. We even have an additional queen electric inflatable mattress that could be set up in any room. The shuttle also picks up right in front of the building. The kids will love the brand newly installed playground equipment, skate park, basketball, volleyball, football field, jogging trail, special events, all located at The City Park, right outside your front door. Want some night time fun? The only problem you'll have is choosing from the huge array of live music venues or wonderful restaurants, right on Main Street (which is only a 10 minute walk or two minute bus ride away. There is also fantastic shopping in Park City or right outside Old Town. Supplies, such as groceries, health food and liquor are conveniently located around the corner. With nearly 2000 square feet of living area, this condo feels more like a home, than a vacation rental. Three levels provides a more spacious surrounding and allows for multiple family accommodations with Free WiFi. There are two dining areas and high quality furnishings. We rely on repeat visits, so we make every effort to make sure that your lodging experience is perfect! This terrific location can be yours with the best deal available in Park City. We had an amazing ski vacation, and this rental made the stay extremely enjoyable!! it is stocked with all the necessities for cooking your own meals and plenty of room for families!! There were a lot of bonus features, including cubbies to hold ski equipment right at the main entrance, heated floors in the bathrooms, lotion, and shampoo available to use! The owner and property manager were very responsive to all of our needs. The location to this rental is perfect. As you can walk to the resort daily or take the shuttle. It is also less than a mile to walk to the downtown area which is super convenient!! This was our first time in Park City and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

Mike was very communicative with all of my questions. He made sure we were taken care of, and the house was very nice. About an eight minute walk to the lifts, which was important to us. And you’re pretty close to downtown. I would recommend this place

A fabulous Home. Mike the owner was wonderful
The price was up there a bit but worth the $$$. We had planned on 6-7 people and went down to 5. I almost cancelled for a less expensive location.
This was very nice. The 3 full baths have heated floors. All the appliances were new. The (very large)hot tub is just step from the kitchen slider. The bus to the mountain(or anyplace else) is right out front. (both directions)
If I have to state a negative, an extra frying pan would be nice. But the large electric skillet filled in nicely.
Nice TV, Gas Fireplace, All Linens, Soaps and shampoos.

Michael was a great host - super quick on all communications and very helpful. The place was laid out perfectly for 3 couples. New bathrooms were great. The hot tub was perfect after skiing. I'd stay here again as it was a great place at a great value.

Outstanding location! Easy walk to PC lift or downtown restaurants/shops. Loved the heated floors in all bathrooms. A few concerns.....parking super tight with mid size SUV's, lots of stairs in condo, hot tub was dirty and we did not use, fry pans need to be replaced, fitted sheets in master came off every night.

We completely enjoyed our stay. We had 6 adults and the property was very spacious. The location was perfect for skiing, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely try to stay there again when we return.

We rented Michael’s place for 4 weeks this summer and it couldn’t have been better. The location is perfection! The condo is easy to get to, in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants and is right next to a park that has many activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and we had plenty of household supplies for the month we were there. The rooms were great as well. We had plenty of storage for our belongings. We loved that each room had its own private bathroom. And the beds… were so comfortable! Everyone slept well.
Micheal was easy to work with and communicated quickly when we had a question. The other neighbors in the small complex were kind and inviting. They checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable. This was truly one of the best vacation home stays we have ever had. We will be back!

We had a great time skiing in Park City with another family. This condo has enough beds for the 9 of us ranging in age from 6 to adults. The living room is spacious enough for group meals and games. Takes less than 10 minutes on the shuttle to Park City Mountain Resort. You can even walk there but takes a bit of effort in ski boots. Owner is very responsive and on top of things.

Great property with fantastic amenities and proximity to everything. Stocked kitchen, and great hot tub. Great check out process too - so easy for those early morning flights out of town. Definitely would come back to this property next time we are in Park City.

Our family loved this place. It is the gold standard by which all other VRBO properties should be measured. This property is like new, and well equipped with everything and more a family could possibly need or want during a ski vacation, even heated bathroom floors. The 2 garage spaces and outdoor hot tub were added bonuses. We had measurable snowfall during our stay, and he deck, sidewalk and driveway were cleared of snow almost immediately. We were able to walk to Main Street in about 10 minutes and to the ski resort in about 5-10 minutes. The host was very responsive and helpful at all times. We had a great time!

Pictures don’t do it justice! Stayed with 7 adults for a ski weekend and had a great time. Plenty of space, hot tub was huge, free shuttle literally picks you up at the front door. Would definitely stay here again on future trips!

I have not been to Park city in more than 20 years to ski. The location was ideal. Very close proximity to main street/town as well as Park city. Super easy using the local free shuttle service. Indoor parking for our rental car was nice since we had gotten quite a bit of snow while we were there. The unit was really quite nice, very spacious and well appointed.
I have stayed in other like rentals, but this one exceeded my expectation and so many ways. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.

This condo checked every box! There was enough separate space for all of my individual family members and laid out and decorated beautifully! The Bathrooms were top notch and plentiful!
Mike was so easy to work with and totally went above and beyond to help us accomadate my sons parking, as it was very limited parking in park city period. Everything was convenient to find and use. The owners thought of everything for comfort and practicality. The garage was also so convenient and we felt secure and safe there. I definitely would recommend this condo and we plan to stay here again in the future. Also wanted to add that the cleanliness of the place was also top notch!! We Loved the place and the whole experience!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo which was fully renovated to the highest standard. Excellent location across from the playground and sports fields and the free city bus stop right in front of the building. Underground parking was an extra plus. We enjoyed using the gas barbeque and having meals on the outdoor deck. Definitely would plan to stay there again.

Terrific Stay at PC
Everything about the house was wonderful. It was perfect for our group of 5. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Mike provided great communication and help with area information. We used Uber and city bus to go back and forth to Main St. Walk to/from PCMR was a little far with skis and boots so we used the bus. The stop is right near the house. Timing is hard to pin down but we didn’t wait any longer than 10 min or so. From PCMR, you want the Main St/Deer Valley bus. Ask the driver if they stop at City Park. For an airport shuttle, Ski Taxi worked out great and was more reasonably priced than others.

Great stay even without the movies
The condo was just as advertised. The location was great, we could walk or ride the bus. The sleeping arrangements were great for three couples and an adult daughter. The living room was just what we wanted for sitting around in the evening. The skiers loved the hot tub. The kitchen and washer/dryer were much appreciated. Even the little mud room at the entrance was just a perfect touch. We would definitely want to stay there again. The homeowner responded promptly to my questions. The only flaw in our trip was that Sundance had been cancelled. Thank you so much.

Our family of 7 stayed for a week. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle directly out the front door got us to base of park city in 5 minutes. It was a quick 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride into town.

Great stay
The location of this property is perfect..It’s in the heart of town and guests have only a short walk to Main Street…. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful and so was the handyman.. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there next year
