Even better, it’s the less than 150 yards from the 4 O’Clock ski run! It’s also just a short drive or shuttle ride to downtown Breck. You and your group will love this place! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to four people. The mountain modern décor is beautiful, and you’ll feel right at home in front of the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up perfect mountain meals, and the stainless-steel appliances complete the modern look. The location was perfect for boarding. It was clean and well stocked. We had an issue with a leak and broken toaster, they were quick to respond and take action. My only complaint was the bed in the master room was very very uncomfortable.

The condo is very nice and recently updated. It is clean, and the bedrooms and showers are nice. The location is awesome. There is a slope just across the parking lot which will take you to a lift. It's basically ski-in/ski-out minus a very easy walk. I can't over-state how convenient this condo is for those capable of skiing a cat-trail to and from the condo. Some negative reviews described the stairs like they had to ascend mt everest. It wasn't so bad. I was traveling with another adult who is a strong skiier, and we had a great time. That said, this condo might be tough for visitors with mobility concerns, or those that have to carry small children up and down stairs. I know my kids get tired after a long day of skiing and ask me to carry them -- which would make the stairs more challenging.

The house is in a great location to catch the bus to the lift. You can also take 4 o'clock back to the condo it's great. The kitchen had everything you need and the view is great. Bring your climbing shoes its different going upstairs if your used to being at sea level.

Great location! Unit was very clean and updated. The beds were a little firm but not too bad . Short walk through the parking lot, strap on the snowboard and away you go. Loved it

This rental place is awesome. Everything you need and then some. The apartment was clean, close to the town and if you rent it during the winter season, very close to peak 8. We stayed there before so we kinda knew what is going to be like. And again we weren’t disappointed. Summit Mountain Rentals as always were a great host. I will used their services again and if all go well, I will stayed at the same place again because it is so great for our family of 4.

This is a really stylish condo. It was extremely clean with beautiful tiled bathrooms and nice furnishings. After experiencing parking and carrying all of our ski equipment through parking lots and villages at other resorts, it was nice to have this condo within a 500 yards walk to the 4 o’clock run. My only suggestion is to invest in better sleeping pillows, or provide more. We never tried out the local shuttle, but saw the stop was about a 5 minute walk away. We attempted to walk into town one evening and we found, it’s not really doable in the winter time unless you don’t mind walking down and up the ski run.

Luckily we rented a car so we had somewhere to store our skies at night. The condo was really nice and had everything we needed. Getting to the slopes was a bit of a challenge but doable (Walk to end of parking lot, cross street, put on skies. Ski down to snowflake lift. Take off skies. Cross street. Get on lift. Going back at the end of the day was definitely easier.

Four adults stayed in this nicely furnished and well appointed unit. It had everything we needed to cook multiple dinners. The grill was a plus. Two nicely sized bedrooms. One has en-suite and the other has the hall bath right outside. Plenty of storage. The kitchen had everything and I do mean everything, you think you need. Regular coffee pot as well as a Kuerig and an electric tea pot. Electric stovetop. Would absolutely stay again.

Walking up to the 3rd floor was the only slight downside.
The description says there are no spices/cooking oil. There actually were many spices there in mid-September 2021, but I'm sure they can't list that since there's no guarantee what will be there when you visit.

Great Condo! Perfect for our needs
Really enjoyed spending the week here with my two kids. We will definitely come back.

The entire process was easy. The property was nice and clean and they had all the little amenities we needed. Even loved the humming birds that visited the bird feeder and the board games we played when the weather was bad. Everything looked new. The only issue we had was the "curtains" in main bedroom... sheer so don't try to sleep in late.

Excellent property, kitchen well stocked with everything you would need. Very comfortable bed, washer and dryer especially helpful. A beautiful view from balcony. Would stay here again!!

Great location and condo! They did a wonderful job renovating it and it was very clean. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and that the condo was essentially ski in/ski out. Just had to cross the parking lot to get to the slopes! We will definitely be staying here again!

It was a great place!!
3 minute walk to ski down.
Left skis in the car. We were not supposed to take skis and boots into condo and there was not a ski locker for this condo.
Worked well for us. Wondered what you would do if you did not have a car!!?
